We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. It is a beautifully appointed residenza, situated within walking distance of all of the major attractions. Nicole and Antonio were amazing hosts; warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Upon arrival Nicole sat with us and guided us through a map of Rome identifying places we wanted to visit, which was so helpful, and allowed us to fit in everything we wanted to see with ease. Our room was beautiful. It was impeccably clean and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The personal touches from Antonio and Nicole made our stay extra special. The complimentary pastries and special treats provided were much appreciated! Nicole and Antonio were always available yet never intrusive - we couldn't have wished for better hosts. We would love to return to Rome one day and would book a stay here again without question. We miss it already!

We had a 3 night stay recently and were blown away by our hosts Antonio & Nicole. Words will never do our stay justice but I’ll try. On arrival Nicole took so much time to help personalise our stay and made lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat, making sure we had time to do all the things we wanted and help make the most of our stay. Antonio was on hand with delicious refreshments, which we really appreciated after our long journey that day. Communication from start to finish was amazing. The room was immaculate, well thought out and all the extras you could need. Each morning they provided a variety of yummy goods, we are still talking about how tasty they were. On our last night, they provided complimentary treats for us (it also happened to be our anniversary, so it made it extra special) I mentioned it to Nicole the next morning and to my utter shock and surprise they gave us a lovely box of chocs on our departure. We have raved to everyone who will listen about our experience. Thank you both again for your extraordinary hosting skills and attention to detail, you are Amazing and we will definitely be back again.

WOW!!! What an amazing stay, could not have asked for better. From start to finish Antonio and Nicole (the hosts) were absolutely brilliant. I chose this hotel based on all the 10 star reviews and it did not disappoint. This was a very special break for me and my girlfriend as not only was it her 30th birthday but I was also planning to propose during our trip. I contacted the property long before our arrival and told them of the my intentions and arranged a romantic package for the Sunday for when we returned to the room (after the proposal) and a cake for the Monday (my girlfriends birthday). Nothing was a bother and Nicole was very quick to reply to my messages and also kept in contact with me throughout our stay to make sure that everything went to plan. On arrival to the hotel Antonio was there to greet us, took our luggage and gave us the warmest of welcomes, offering us drinks and hot food. He then sat down with us and provided us with a map of the City and gave in-depth information on everything - attractions, travel, restaurants, the lot! The hotel itself is modern, very clean, smells amazing and located perfectly with lots of restaurants and attractions near by. There is not an option to book breakfast but the hosts provide the most amazing breakfast everyday free of charge! We would ring reception every morning and request which particular coffee we would like and within 10minutes Antonio and Nicole would be at the door with our coffees and a tray of food fit for a king! Honestly I cannot praise this hotel enough! I will be recommending it to all my family and friends and look forward to visiting again with my now Fiancée is near future. The extremely high hospitality, cleanliness, and homey/cosy atmosphere made our experience superb. The owners went out of their way to answer all our questions, suggest places to see and support us in any way possible. This made our first visit to Rome very enjoyable and effective. In addition, although the website indicated that breakfast was not included in the price, the owners do offer breakfast. Each morning, we were spoiled with a tasty breakfast delivered to our rooms at the time we were ready and according to our eating preferences.

Some guests may find the location farther from the inner city core. However, this actually provided an additional advantage in that there was less business and chaos on the streets. On the other hand, we were motivated to make longer walks, which we did not even feel much, as there was plenty to see and enjoy on the way. To reach some farther places or when we wished to arrive faster, we occasionally used a regular taxi, which in Rome is actually cheaper and faster responding than Uber.

The property was very clean. Antonio and Nicole were fantastic. We always felt safe and well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience our first time in Rome.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but it is farther from a lot of the touristy things to see in Rome. Instead of a 10 minute walk you might have a 20 minute walk. But this should not take away from the 10 out of 10 score this place deserves. We loved the opportunity to eat in local restaurants with local people. So I’m not sure if this is even a negative. 😀

Having not been to Rome before, we chose this hotel based on the large number of high ratings. Having stayed, I can see why the ratings are so high, the hotel and the owners are exceptional. Nicole and Antonio were the perfect hosts. Once the booking was confirmed they messaged us with additional information, which was very welcome, and provided us with information on some local vegan restaurants (which there are a number of close to the hotel). The hotel has a wonderful location, not far from a large park, walkable distance to the main attractions and very close to the main train station, and blue and red metro. The room was so clean (spotless) and comfortable, fantastic large shower, which made for welcomed rest after walking in Rome all day! Upon arrival the owners gave us a map and suggested places to visit, including lesser known museums. Each morning we had fresh pastries and cappuccinos delivered to our room, which were made specially vegan for us. We loved Rome- the hotel and the owners made it a truly unforgettable trip.

Our stay was amazing! The hosts Antonio and Nicole were incredibly kind and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. Everything was spotless clean; The complimentary pastries and special treats provided were much appreciated! we even had a free mini bar. Every morning we were treated to coffee, juices, sweet and savory croissants, fresh fruit, and delicious paninis — all complimentary! The location couldn’t be better — probably the safest and quietest spot in the center of Rome. Just 1 minute from a bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Nicole and Antonio were always available with recommendations about restaurants and places to visit .We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, do not look any further! The excellent reviews for Residenza Venti Settembre that led us to book this place were absolutely spot on. Nicole en Antonio are the kindest hosts we ever had; they went out of their way to make our stay the most comfortable experience imaginable. They are really, really caring hosts. They gave us great personal attention, as well as excellent suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was super clean, the delicious breakfast was served to our room at our convenience. We found the area very pleasant too: it's a beautiful, relatively quiet, and very safe part of the city. Highly recommended!

After reading reviews for this accommodation, I honestly was waiting to see if it was as wonderful as everyone else said (with so many glowing reviews, it seemed too good to be true), But OH MY GOD. Antonio and Nicole go absolutely above and beyond to take care of their guests (Antonio stayed up so late to wait for our super delayed flight from London and I'm so very grateful for that). Our room was spacious, comfortable, SO clean and so conveniently located. Everything is walkable - including the train station which made our connection to Bari so easy as we were just able to walk there when we checked out. I cannot recommend this place enough, their hospitality is so warm and welcoming - I can't wait to stay here again next time we're in Rome! If there is availability at this accom, don't think twice guys, JUST BOOK IT!

I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely amazing, without a doubt the BEST stay we’ve ever had anywhere. From the moment we arrived we were spoiled with pastries and coffee, our room was so beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were beautiful, and every possible thing you could ever want in a hotel, and even ones you never even considered were taken care of for you. The most accommodating and welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. Equally, the location of the property is perfect, within reasonable walking distance but far enough away from the hectic tourists commotion. In fact, we slept with our windows open every night, it was that quiet. Will most definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
