Bathtub in the honeymoon suite is an absolute dream! The room was huge and spotless, very quiet and with a nice view. Breakfast nice and varied, staff very friendly, location close to town center (<10 minute walk), plenty of parking, spa facilities were very nice and relaxing.

Biggest problem is the bed - mattress could really do with updating. Also there are no accessible power outlets close to the bed, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, Gym is bleak and outdated and dinner does not include drinks. I mean I don't expect it to include cocktails or anything fancy, but water...? These are small nitpicky details, we still had an amazing and relaxing stay :)

Hotel reception services were exellent due to Mrs. Aishe! Great LADY with big heart! She advised us to take VIP cards for ski and helped us to change the room from one very hot (in Block A) to normal room (in Block B). Each morning discussed with Aishe in Bulgarian language and she was very friendly and nice. Mrs. Aishe is a great asset for this hotel! Breakfast was good - thank you to Mr. Chef Musa for the great eggs each morning. Mr. Chef Musa is a great person & professional and great asset for this hotel! Every morning discussed with him in Bulgarian language. Shuttle bus driver - with long grayish hair (Bon Jovi style :) ...sorry I don't remember his name) it is a great person with big heart (GOLIAM SIRTZE) and a great asset for this hotel! Every morning he had smile on his face and took us to ski slope and discussed with him in Bulgarian language. Hotel room is big and beds are confortable.

Inside pool can be cleaner. Outside pool did not used because you needed to exit from hotel to arrive to outside pool and it was very cold. Maybe a bridge can be built from hotel to pool to avoid exiting and walking too much in cold temperatures. Temperature in the SPA was very low - this can be improved because when you go out form inside pool you are freezing. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaner, filters definitely need to be changed - impossible to use jacuzzi due to smell.

Facilities were perfect, location is 10 minutes by walking to the ski site, although there are shuttles from the hotel every 15 minutes, rooms were good size for couples. The outdoor pool was just fantastic!!

Meals were not very good for us, there wasn’t a lot to choose from, especially in the evening meal… Most importantly also if you pay for meals, there are not free drinks and we didn’t know that so we had to pay for the water we took, and it was very expensive for a plastic bottle water. So overall it’s not worthy to eat dinner at the hotel.. there are very cheap and good restaurants it the streets.

The hotel reception and bar area you can see has been recently refurbished as it’s very modern and beautiful. Staff were lovely - pre arranged balloon and cake for my partners birthday in the room upon arrival. We also got there very late in the night and missed dinner so they left a snack plate in the room which was considerate of them. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean (albeit a bit dated compared to the recent refurbishment of the downstairs). We were half board so had breakfast and dinner included. Food was decent and had a lot of choice. The spa was also great, we had a couples massage on our last day which was relaxing. Loved the outdoor thermal pool as well! Hotel definitely was more luxurious than many in the area. Ski shop is right next door so we got everything we needed from there which was handy then the shuttle bus takes you to the gondola every 15 mins until 12pm and collects from 3-5pm

Not really the property but hotel grounds and gorgeous and then you only need to walk a few minutes to see abandoned buildings and areas that look quite run down. If you steer off the main strip in bankso it’s all very similar Our view from bedroom unfortunately overlooked a car park so wasn’t particularly scenic compared to the front of the hotel but this didn’t take away from our experience too much

Our visit was more than wonderful! We were extremely pleased with everything – from the warm welcome to the smallest details. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and offer an incredible view of the mountains. We were especially impressed by the attention to cleanliness. The spa center was a true paradise – a variety of saunas, steam baths, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations – a rich menu and fresh, delicious food. The location is also fantastic – a quiet and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to the center of Bansko and the ski lifts.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, with spotless cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner offered a tasty variety of dishes. The shuttle service to the gondola was frequent and reliable. I appreciated the hotel’s charming vintage ambiance. The spa was exceptional—a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the stunning Pirin Mountains.

The shuttle service paused between 1 PM and 3 PM. The bins at the entrance would be better placed in a less noticeable location. The spa became quite crowded after 4 PM, with the ideal time to visit being between 2 PM and 4 PM.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The highlight for me was the heated outdoor swimming pool—absolutely incredible! Relaxing in the warm water while surrounded by snowy mountains was an unforgettable experience. The spa was also fantastic, with excellent facilities that made unwinding after a day on the slopes a real treat. Food-wise, I couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day, and the à la carte restaurant was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.

The hotel was amazing. The views from the rooms absolutely spectacular. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen with huge variety of fresh fruit (something you don't see everywhere), lots of international and local dishes. The bakery stuff was delicious. The SPA was incredible. The pool area is very cosy and relaxing. The rooms were impeccable, a bit outdated but very well maintained. For dinner, we visited the a-la-carte restaurant and the dishes were absolutely amazing! Some of the best steaks we've tried!

everything was great!

Large room with balcony Great pool area with hot tubs and steam rooms Good (but not brilliant) breakfast Free and regular shuttle to the gondola 10 minute walk to slopes and top of town

A bit dated in parts Not a major issue but room service expected us to set our own tables. We were a family of 4 over 2 rooms and room service watched as we carried a table through from one bedroom to the next and then arranged everything. Didn’t offer to hold the door open. Would have helped if they could leave the trolley with you

The staff were all extremely polite and very service-oriented. I especially loved the breakfast (very varied and offers food for every mood), and the hotel's restaurant. We ate dinner and lunch there and it was extraordinary! Very very fresh food, very tasty and not so pricy. If I may, I would like to suggest adding pizza to the menu :) Also, it would be amazing if breakfast had bannitsa in the options of pastries, since we could barely find one in Bansko.

I loved everything! The only thing that people should know is that the hotel is a bit far from the center. But having a car or walking around 25-30 minutes was fine for us.
