Excellent location to ferry, train and restaurants. Apartment was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Arrived after hours check in was very easy.

Bathroom a little tired but clean. 3 lights not working in apartment was told globes would be changed. Not done week we were in the apartment..

Big room with a nice view. Good facilities such as kitchen, washing machine and dryer, free wifi. Amenities can be choosen by ourselves.

No staff can be asked after workhours :( House keeping were not cleaning all part of the room. For example just cleaning the bathroom, not cleaning the floor and vacuum the carpet, not tiding up the bed. Or in another day only tiding up the bed, not the other parts of the room.

The Location is very convenient, with Ferry, Train & Buses a very short walk. There are many Restaurants & Cafes in the area. This was our 4th stay, 2nd time in a Studio Room. Made use of the kitchenette with microwave. Netflix was a bonus and watched a movie most nights. Aircon, washing machine, dryer, internet etc, all worked well. Bed was comfortable, so always slept well. The young lady on reception was very efficient and friendly. We were well supplied with toiletries, milk etc. They leave supplies at reception to take yourself when required, it was very much appreciated! We had a wonderful 9 nights and was sad to leave! Thankyou Cosmo Team!

This was the 4th room we have stayed in, but were disappointed in the cleaning standard this time. As we walked into our Studio on 4th Floor 410G, the "Do not disturb" sign fell from inside handle to floor. Upon picking it up, I was shocked to see dirt & dust on the floor in the corner against the kitchenette. Judging by the amount of dust, it looked like it had been there for a while. Considering a room is supposed to be thoroughly cleaned before the next guests enter, it was quite a shock to witness this. The grout on the bathroom floor could do with a good clean too! I couldn't fault the cleaning standard of my previous stays, I would have given a 10 if we hadn't encountered the poor cleaning of the room.

The room was lovely, bright, airy, well set out. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I loved being able to access things like coffee, shampoo, soap etc from a bureau next to reception. The location being on a well-lit street meant that I was comfortable walking back to the apartments from the train station after attending events. The train station was a short walk (down a fairly steep hill, harder on the way up than down so recommend walking to Park Rd and up that way rather than up Manning St which was a nightmare while pulling a suitcase with a backpack on my back!). Trains ran regularly, and were comfortable. A shorter walk the other way took you to Brisbane River and the Cat Ferry's where I spent an enjoyable afternoon just sightseeing on the ferry.

This is really quite minor, but a TV in the bedroom, or the ability to manoeuvre the TV in the living area so it could have been watched from the bed would have been an added benefit.

Location is very good. Lots of restaurants near Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel. Close to Brisbane River for walks. Washing machine, drier and washing powder are available all the time. House keeping is everyday except weekend and bedsheets are changed once a week which is excellent. Staff gave us top floor with Brisbane River view (not guranteed) which was a bonus and we are thankful.

Drains in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink need to put in pine o clean disinfectant as they stink. I think the plates given are too big to put into the dish washer as they obstruct the water spray, consequently the dishes couldn't clean properly. We only just found out during the last 2 days of our stay.

The location of the apartments are great: very close to the City Cat stop and to Park road and Milton Road shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and reasonably spacious.

The apartments are a bit dated in appearance. The biggest issue was assuming the photo of a riverview in the apartment details was accurate. I t was not. We did not have a view. We had been told, in a message after booking, that we might not get a riverview. It depends on allocation. Perhaps clarifying this policy more clearly before the booking occurs, would be useful, to avoid misunderstandings.

The location of the Cosmos was exceptional for our requirements. It is close to Brisbane City, the CityCat and bus services. The Toowong Shopping Centre is very close, as is the Regatta Hotel and, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is just a bus ride away. Same with the city. The apartment was small and a little dated but comfortable. The kitchen was small but we were able to cook quick meals when we didn't wish to go out and utensils were all supplied. We had a patio which faced the city. Night views of the city were excellent. Rooms were clean and everything we required was included. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

Access to Park Road was a little precarious getting out with the traffic and the carpark is tight on the corners!

The location of the apartments was great - close to a train station, bus stops and the ferry stop. The apartment had pretty much everything I needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher - with necessary soaps freely provided. The place was pretty clean (although the shower curtain could do with replacing) and very comfortable, with a lovely king size bed. This was a really lovely place to stay.

I feel the out-of-hours check in process could be made a little more secure - I had to use the phone in the reception to check in, which entailed giving my credit card details over the phone for the security deposit. Had anyone else been in the lobby, I would have felt even more uncomfortable about this. The next 2 places I was staying had an online page where I could input my credit card details prior to arriving, which I feel could easily be implemented here too.

The reason for our visit was for me to undergo medical treatment including day surgery, with appointments spread across 3 days. The hotel's location nearby Wesley Specialist Centre was ideal, and the availability of on-site/basement parking at a reasonable rate was much appreciated. The staff we came into contact with were very efficient, courteous and helpful. The Queen Studio ground floor room was perfect for us. Despite the busy location we experienced zero street noise as the building is very well soundproofed. The room was spotlessly clean throughout, and well equipped with new or near-new appliances and a spacious and private open-air courtyard with a little cafe-style table and chairs. Although the sleeping area is only a small alcove, it can be closed off for privacy if needed. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. Despite the Studio's small size, it was perfectly adequate and comfortable. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel at Milton to other travellers.

Very little to comment on here. The only improvements that I could suggest would be: 1. Some shade/cover over the patio table & chairs. As the only provision for dining seating (apart from the lounge furniture), it could easily be unusable in hot or wet weather. 2. The HiSense smart TV was an appropriate size and worked ok, apart from very uncomfortable fluctuations in volume. Regardless of the volume setting (or the program), background sound effects were so overwhelming as to render dialogue virtually unintelligible. This despite multiple attempts to adjust the settings. Perhaps there's a fault. 3. Bathroom lighting was only just adequate.

We had an entire apartment to ourselves so we had plenty of space. Having a separate bedroom was great as well. The bed was comfy and it was quiet, so we had a good sleep and a lovely stay. There is a ferry stop within 100 meters from the apartment and there is also a bus stop very close, although you can also walk to the center in 30 mins.

We were on the 2nd floor so there wasn't much of a view, but that didn't bother us much. What bothered us was that we couldn't adjust where the aircon blows the air in the bedroom, as it was blowing the cold air at us directly as trying to sleep. I had to turn off the AC in order to sleep, but were a bit hot by the morning because of that.
