The apartment is in a great location. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great power shower. The receptionist when we arrived was also very helpful and gave great recommendations.

There were two coffee pods in the room on arrival and 2 bottles of water which was great, but it would've been useful to have these replaced daily. We would've even purchased them but we never saw anyone else on reception to ask during our stay.

Location is fabulous! Minutes walking from Sao Bento train station, near big pedestrian shopping areas, across the street from multiple foot massage places. The room is comfortable. The view from the little window (we were on the top floor) is adorable and quintesential Europe. The mini-kitchen is convenient.

The signage at the front desk (for example hours are stated from 11-whenever) are not consistent with the email (which states hours begin at 9:00). When we went to check-out, no one was at the front desk (9 am) to hold our bags and no one answered the phones. However, the receptionist's purse was there! The man on the reception desk at night was always friendly and helpful.

I had a really nice stay at Olive apartments. I want to thank the staff, who help me through every single step. I had to change rooms because some friends were coming, and they had the second room ready in a heartbeat so I wouldn't wait outside for too long. I would highly recommend this place.

The only thing that was a problem was the acoustic in the first room I stayed in. I could hear every step from the room upstairs, because the apartment had wooden stairs and wood floor.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and the interior was beautiful and to me and my partner’s taste. The location was perfect and close to major attractions and popular restaurants in Porto! The staff were so friendly, I asked whether they could possibly do a little surprise for my partners birthday and they decorated the apartment with balloons! I would recommend Olive nature to my friends and family when they visit Porto!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment. Easy to find and easy to check in. Excellent location in the city center with easy access with public transportation. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

As the windows are small and facing north, there is not much daylight in the apartment.

Two things. The floor above floor was extremely noisy and with travellers, their hours are often during the night, or awake during the night. It left me tired and sad as having been a Travel Agent I would have highly recommended this apartment. Also the double lock on the apartment door locked me in for 10 minutes one morning when I had a 7.15am train to catch. Very stressful. No one man’s reception unless it is check-in time. I later heard the apartment opposite mine having the same trouble, but getting in. Other than these two issues my apartment, facing the road and a double balcony was absolutely lovely and a welcome gift of a delicious port made by the owners.

Upon arrival, the staff member warmly welcomed us and shared valuable insights about the city, recommending favorite locations, attractions, and restaurants. The apartment’s central location allowed us to explore popular spots like Riberia with ease. We highly recommend this Olive Nature for a memorable stay in the heart of the city. Its size, facilities, decor and location were all excellent. Staff could not be more helpful. Complimentary mini bottle of port was a lovely touch.

Not really a criticism of the property as such, more of the heavy footed guest who would stomp/run about the room above m. It’s an older property, noise can transfer rather readily so a little more consideration would be nice.

Great location. Loved the complementary port and coffee plus the vibe of the hotel staff, and the awesome apartment which was really spacious. The lift was handy and the shower was really good 👍

The floorboards creaked a little above us but to be honest the apartment was great and you’d have to be a seriously light sleeper to care. We had to search hard to find a fault - great value for money and the staff were SO helpful, kind and informative.

We checked in straight after 15.00,but don't wait for somebody to come, you need to call the number. Miguel was very good, explained everything and booked a taxi for us as well to get us going on Monday. From that moment you are independent, you have keys to get in and out as you please. Our apartment was on the top, under the eaves, very spacious, airy, good air conditioning, little quirky and very comfortable. Little kitchen with cups and glasses, even a hob if you wanted to cook. You don't hear any noise, very peaceful during the day and most nights.

The main issue are nights on Friday, Saturday. Right under the house at the back is a nightclub. Not just a typical English nightclub, this one starts after midnight till 6am! And you hear it! Even with windows closed.
