Located literally across the road from the Cadorna railway and Metro stations, Cadorna House really couldn't be better placed for getting around the city. Our spacious standard double room was on the inside of the courtyard so it was peaceful at night away from the busy street. Really nice room with a big comfy bed. Despite being located on a busy city street, it felt very safe and secure with separate keys for the room, courtyard door and gate onto the street at night. There is also a Carrefour mini-supermarket a couple of doors down which stays open late and was really handy.

Not a criticism, but it's important to realise that these are not maid serviced rooms like in a hotel. On longer stays you might need to make arrangements to empty the bins. Also, check-in starts at 14:00 which was a bit awkward for us as we arrived by train from Malpensa Airport mid-morning. However there is a convenient Bounce bag storage location right next door to the train station at Patti Bakery & Bistro which we used and was a good solution.

It was the perfect location, about a 5-10 min walk to the start of the main road into the centre. A shop just downstairs, the train was right outside the hotel which runs directly to the airport. The beds are very comfy and the room has the best blackout curtains ever! You can hear the trains but it’s more the vibrating of the building. It’s nothing that is going to give you a sleepless night.

The links that were sent to access the room and pay city tax didn’t work at first which was annoying but it was resolved via WhatsApp. The bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze especially if you’re taller/bigger person.

Location was great, right next to a train station which made it extremely easy to get to from the airport and getting around Milano in general. Lots of restaurants and cafe’s in the area also. The apartment was very spacious with lots of storage. A washing machine was a really handy bonus. The building had a lift if you didn’t want to use the stairs, we only really used it for our luggage on arrival and departure as we don’t mind the stairs.

The shower temperature was tricky to get the hang of and on the last day the hot water service didn’t work at all. I’m sure they would have fixed this for us but as we were leaving so it didn’t bother us that much. No detergent for the washing machine was provided and no wine glasses either which would have been nice for a vino or 2 at the apartment.

Firstly the location is phenomenal, there is a train/metro station opposite the building. There is a store 30 seconds away which has everything u may need such as food, toiletries etc. There are plenty of food spots near by which are all great. The room itself was superb, there was a large bed for two and a sofa bed which we used. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. There’s a smart tv, every single kitchen appliance if you decide to cook. The bathroom was clean and very nice, it had toilet, bidet, and a large overhead shower. There were 3 balconies for the room we had which has a decent view. In terms of security some may we weary of the check in/out times and even though it seems as if you don’t have much time do not worry. You are given a link to open the main gate/door which is very secure and then a code for the room to go into. Enter the code and then turn the handle to enter the room. Simple as that you have a great spot to stay at. Overall I would highly recommend this place if u decide to stay in Milan as the accessibility was just way too good to gig up and go somewhere else. We were a group of 3 boys that went and getting to the location was easy as taking a train straight to Cadorna and 1-3 min walk to the place.

Only issue that I had was that we wanted 3 beds however we only got the large bed and sofa bed, we was meant to have an extra sofa bed however the spot was so good this was something we just had to deal with.

Comfortable stay. Great location. Right opposite Milano Cadorna station so easy access to airport Malpensa and close walking proximity to main attractions. Good communication with direct staff.

Initially confused with access as another man sitting in an office at the bottom of the hotel wasn’t actually linked to the hotel and was quite dismissive. I was trying to communicate that I had a booking. Recommend informing customers that he is not linked. No other issues once in the room.

The location is good. It's right by a subway station and close enough to walk to numerous sites in Milan. We enjoyed our time in Milan. The room is close to some good restaurants, as well.

I sent several emails that went unanswered, which made planning for this leg of the visit more difficult. When they did answer, they were great. But I felt like I was shouting into the wilderness at times. Also, it seems to be a corporate-type rental, so I think you're dealing with corporate employees. There is no attempt to accommodate travellers who ask for extra assistance. We hoped to drop off our bags before the check-in time. They don't allow that. We ended up renting space at Bounce (affiliated with a local cafe) to leave our carry-on bags for a few hours to allow us to explore the city. I think that's the disadvantage of dealing with a company and not an individual host. Still, it's a comfortable apartment.

The location of this place is fantastic — it’s only 15 minutes from the city center, very well connected with public transport, and situated in a really pretty area. The house itself is charming, nicely designed, and very easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free.

The only downside was that there was a noticeable smell inside, somewhat like mold, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice little property, set back from the main road, with secure gate. Apartment block I was in had 3 rooms, and was surrounded by other apartments. Very quiet location, near to main train and metro station with good links across Milan. Room was big enough for myself, with private en-suite. Tv, mini fridge, coffee machine inc pods and good amount of storage facilities. Clean through out and would definitely stay again.

Had some difficulty using the air con and initially missed the info regarding keys & accessing/securing room. Was resolved quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The self check-in was too easy and everthing is explained before we arrived and other instructions about how we lock the door etc. inside the room’s door. The location is excellent. It is near the cadorna train station. We can easily go central on foot.

The room was too hot and the walls are too thin and we can easily heard the noises from other rooms and the corridor but it wasn’t a problem for us and not very disturbing.
