We enjoyed our stay in this hotel tremendously. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and felt like home. Location of the hotel is a street away from the main road thus it was very peaceful and quiet. There are many restaurants nearby so food is not a problem. We walked for about 15 mins to the ancient town which was not far away or you can hire an electric tramp for 50k dong per tramp to get you there. Our room was upgraded to our surprise! Room was very clean and smelled good. Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Kimono robes and umbrellas were provided in the room. Water pressure in the bathroom was good and the towels were clean. The hotel provided free drinking water for us to refill anytime we wanted which was a plus point. Buffet breakfast was quite a spread. We cycled to the beach, along the padi fields and the new and ancient town using the hotel's bicycle. Special thanks to Giang, Ha, Duyen and Yen for making our stay such a memorable and pleasurable one. Love your smiles and helpfulness. Will we stay here again if we were to come back to Hoi An? A big YES.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and wonderful staff. When we arrived we got upgraded to a bigger room with a better view free of charge! The staff were super friendly by giving us information about Hoi an and what we could do. We also went to rent bikes off the hotel and the bikes ended up being free with our room! Breakfast was a massive buffet which was stocked up regularly and great choice. Just a 15minute walk from the old town and would definitely stay here again in future

The hotel is located in a quiet environment with convenient access to various eateries, city centre and places of interest in Hoi An. The room is spacious, well ventilated and clean. The bed is comfortable, and the bed sheet and pillow cases are clean and smell good. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a huge variety of dishes! Also not forgetting the excellent customer service of the hotel staff, Ms. Yen, Ms. Bich Duyen, Ms. Ha and all their colleagues who were attentive and helpful to ensure that we were well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay at Rose Garden Hotel having already travelled to several places such as Danang, Bana Hills, Hue, Saigon, Nha Trang & Dalat over our two weeks vacation in Vietnam. Kudos to the staff & management at Rose Garden Hotel, Hoi An for the excellent service, especially Ms. Yen!. Truely a home away from home! ❤️ 👍👏

Everything. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff, especially Yung and Vivian, clean, comfortable, close to old town, good breakfasts, and lovely pool for a swim at this hot time of year. Helped us with booking tours, restaurant reservations and airport transfers. I will always stay here whenever I come to Hoi An!

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking (or scooter/bike) distance to historic downtown. Beautiful mix of interior design in rooms (local/modern). The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure everything was perfect for their guests. They helped booking a tour short-notice. The pool is spacious and particularly beautiful at dawn with the reflecting lanterns.

Staff are the friendliest I've ever met! Everyone working here made such an effort to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Rooms are clean and so is the pool. Breakfast had a good offering of western and Asian food with fresh fruit.

The hotel was clean with big rooms, a nice pool and a good breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - perhaps the friendliest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and you can rent bikes to cycle out to the beach. Would stay again.

The stuff was so helpful and polite. They had great recommendations, drove us even to our bus station, the massage was from beginning to end wonderful relaxing, focused on body and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was a good variety and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and even extended our stay one more night.

The Rose Garden Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off the main road. It is very well maintained and housekeeping keeps rooms spruced up on a daily basis. The rooms are big with a lovely balcony and very comfortable bed. The staff are also very attentive and helpful especially Yen at the reception who made sure that we had a great stay in Hỏi An. In fact we didn’t have breakfast with our package but Yen very sweetly gave us complimentary breakfast. And the breakfast spread is very good too with both Vietnamese and Continental food. While the hotel currently does not have a restaurant, there are a few mini marts and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood and Hoai Linh is an option if you want great food! You can also easily walk from the hotel to the main town and the riverside. Just takes about 20 mins one way. Anyways we had a wonderful stay at Rose Garden and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and quiet and clean place to stay in Hỏi An!

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, excellent value.

Only ‘negative’ feedback would be the shower ledge/curtain. Water pressure is excellent but it was difficult to shower without water spraying onto bathroom floor, because of gaps around the shower curtain. Minor complaint though…overall it was a wonderful stay.
