Big room. Good breakfast. Loved the on-site restaurant. There's also a limited room service menu that you can order on the phone and pick up at the restaurant and take back to your room. Reception staff were flawless.

Bad soundproofing between rooms. Never heard back how to get the shuttle from Gatwick, so I took a local bus and walked 5mins. I took the shuttle back to Gatwick the next day, costs £5 (runs approx every 45mins). Room smelled a bit stuffy. No one picked up the phone when I called twice to order room service, but went to restaurant instead.

The hotel is very good, the room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet so easy to sleep.

The shuttle bus went once an hour and wasn't very convenient. I thought the hotel would be closer to Gatwick as it looks like it's hugging the airport but it's on the other side from the terminals. I also didn't like that Booking automatically assigns exceptional to the hotel so I had to write this review to not give a false impression to new guests. The hotel is good it's just the shuttle bus that was an issue.

The staff were attentive, professional, polite and made me feel like my status as a customer was important to them. There was not a single moment during which I thought the staff were not doing exactly the right thing and with a pleasant demeanor.

I would have appreciated a very specific description, with photos, of how to find the hotel shuttle at Gatwick airport, and what cost I should expect to pay for that transport option. I believe that future customers would greatly benefit from such information being easily obtained on the Booking website, as well as on the Hotel's website.

Really stylish hotel not too far from Gatwick airport, the rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed and ours even looked out over the runway. There was a restaurant on the ground floor however we didn’t eat there and ordered food instead (good options on Deliveroo/uber eats etc. The hotel is in a good location as it is the last hotel on the shuttle bus back to the airport, however this does mean that it is the last of five when taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

As expected the restaurant prices were extortionate hence why we ordered food. The shuttle bus is around £10 return so factor this into your costs should you stay here.

Hotel was modern and bed super comfortable, evening meal delicious.

Loved the room and amenties, room temperature on the night I stayed just a little too hot for me and I was unable to adjust the thermostat. Aside from this, I enjoyed my stay. I was unable to wait for breakfast owing to limited shuttle bus timetable options - I would have missed my flight. However, there were some cold food options available in the food vending machines in the hotel lobby. Also to note, the airport shuttle bus service accepts card payments only not cash. Pick up stops at Gatwick South airport are currently on the ground floor level. Enquire via the Gatwick Airport website for any timetable changes.

I always thought that reasonably priced hotels close to an airport were for men of my age to take their secretaries or mistresses, this time was with my wife. We had an early flight to Italy, so with the (what turned out to be a very punctuation) shuttle service and parking for the week, it seemed like an ideal choice. Every aspect of the room beat any expectations I had. The staff were kind and courteous. The room was spotless, and the bed was definitely in the goldilocks zone. Firm but yielding. Feel free to add a mistress pun here. I would highly recommend this place to stay, and as soon as I get a mistress, im bringing her here..

The parking spaces are tiny. And not plentiful. It's probably best to arrange parking elsewhere.

Spacious beautifil rooms. Modern and very comfortable beds. Lovely theme througout the hotel

Doors between romms such as hall and elevators should be automatic. The elevator was small but would nor be a problem if the doors were automatic. The process of getting from tge lobby to your room with 3 pieces of luggage was painfull. Work on the coffee machine. Good coffee can be a selling point to bring people to your hotels. At the moment you have very poor coffee. Even after buting a coffee, I was not please. For the buycoffee- increase the dosage on the formular a bit on the rxpresso. Finally the furniture in the eating area needs to be maintained. Shaky chairs and tables will not do. Goodjobb but keep paying attention on the snall details.

10 min shuttle ride to Airport! Hotel is nice and gives good vibes.

The rooms and area where we stayed smelled of cigarettes. The receptionist claimed it was a non-smoking hotel, but there was definitely a smoke odor.

The hotel staff were really quick when you ask for something and even the bus driver was really helpful. They also made me aware of perks I can have due to my work if I stay with them which was really helpful should I need to stay again. Many options on the food menu aswell with allergens stated clearly which was helpful for me

nothing really was wrong. My lamp in my room didn’t work but I didn’t mind, I’m sure if I asked the reception would have changed it for me as they were so helpful. An amazing hotel

The hotel was nice, clean, stylish. My bed was super comfortable, and I liked the toiletries. I had asked if it would be possible to have an iron in my room on my arrival and they had not forgotten, which I thought was great. The staff were very frendly and helpful.

This hotel and staff were great, but for a hotel that is marketed as being at the airport, I have to say it was a bit of a trek away - not absurd, but still there are other hotels that are directly at the airport that would be a lot easier to get to and from if you have a super early flight like I did. The hotel was totally fine. But keep in mind it is not at the airport and definely not within walking distance.
