When we arrived at reception, we were surprised with an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment. Allocated car spots with easy access within building. Loved the location, with sweeping views of Coolangatta Beach and surrounds from our generous 13th floor balcony. Close walking distance to many cafes, restaurants & Coolangatta shopping precinct. Every bedroom had views either of the ocean, river or hinterland. Well furnished apartment with a well stocked kitchen.

Maintenance checks were lacking a little. The fridge interior light was not working. When freezer draw was opened each time, shards of rust particles dropped on floor as it probably hadn't been opened recently. The fridge door also had old tape stuck over the front which looked tacky. Also both bathroom shower glass door rims were needing attention. Either rubber edging was needing repair in master or calcified buildup was evident in 2nd bathroom. The sink drains were also rusting out or needed to be replaced. Attention to detail is recommended.

Brilliant location for us - great view from room 503 and Unit was spacious. Easy parking and surprisingly quite given the main road location. Convienience of restaurants located at the base of the building was an added bonus.

Unit was a little dated - but that's OK. What I couldn't accept was the following: rusty bar stools at kitchen bench rusty toilet buttons on both toilets - clunky to use warned and cracked leather lounge stove rangehood/exhaust fan not working Ensuite shower leaking onto floor These things you expect in a 2/3 star hotel but not at Reflection 2.

Amazing location and the Ocean View rooms are phenomenal! We saw whales all day long and had amazing views and sunsets. We even had an amazing view from our shower which was such a luxurious feeling. The furnishings in our Level 8 room was very up to date and stylish. Parking was easy to navigate and we hardly had to drive as there are lots of restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for a getaway to spend the day at the beach and go for scenic walks, this is an ideal spot.

There were a few cleanliness issues on the walls however easily looked over. Also, we were hoping to get a bath in our two bedroom room as per the pictures but seeing the shower was amazing, we were able to look past that.

The apartment was great, clean, amazing views, crisp bedding, soft towels. It is perfectly located. Everything we needed was close by.

I don't have anything bad to say about the appartment. The only complaint I have is about the owner of the apartment above us who decided to do renovations and improvements for the duration of our stay. The drilling, dropping the bolts and parts (on the hard floor above so you really hear it bellow) and various dragging noises (over the hard floor) would start from 6 am, so we had no sleep from 6 am onwards for the duration of the stay.

Apartment was great. Location fantastic.

The staff - one person, was absolutely horrible. They were not friendly. They were annoyed that we didn’t book directly through them and that booking.com do not communicate our requests to them. The bed configuration was incorrect and when I asked if I could get sheets so I could fix it- was very reluctant until I pushed the point that it was not our error. Upon checkout my daughter - 16 yrs old. forgot her pillow and was hounded about the checkout time being 10am- despite us being told we could leave later at 11am. Extremely rude and not friendly.

The location was perfection. Right opposite the beach, above lots of cafes and shops and easy walking around Coolangatta’s main streets. Underground car park was a bonus! The pool area was brilliant, and the gym was well equipped. The apartment size was brilliant, so much room and the view was stunning. The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

There is only 2 lifts which service 20 floors and 3 basement levels, so be prepared to wait a while! The apartment was starting to age and had dust on the walls and skirting boards etc and mould around the air con. Needs a lick of paint and good deep clean. General cleanliness like kitchen, bathroom etc was fine.

Location is perfect! Shops - plenty of choice downstairs and a short walk to so much choice. The view - perfect. Loved it. Happy to pay for the view.

Check in process, my son went to check in - because he arrived earlier than me - and the booking wasn't in his name. However, booking.com went above and beyond to help me out - I was hours away - and they took a few details and let him check in before i arrived. It was just a bit time consuming - whilst trying to drive, i had to stop to organise this.

Items in kitchen, such as frypans and toaster are old and dirty, and need replacing. A couple of coffee cups were. Cracked and leaked. The drains smelled. Also we did not like the "antics" in the car park, which we overlooked, of the "what looked like" free campers, on drugs and spaced out, making a nuisance of themselves and annoying pedestrians and the public in general as they walked by.

Very large unit- lots of open spaces & separation for big groups. Large well supplied kitchen. We were 3 families. Excellent location, very handy to beach, parks, grocery, shops &cafes etc & great ocean view. Well appointed with AC & TV's. Accommodating staff. 2 car parks for the 4 bedroom unit 1301.

Lounge furniture modern but very worn. Floor mat & cushions are heavily stained (wear&tear)& needed good steam or dry clean. Beds were too soft for us. Loose glass top coffee table was an accident waiting to happen. (We moved it to a bedroom instead of risking it).

A living area that was spaciousness, light filled, with a wonderful view made the stay a pleasure. The bed was comfortable although a bedside table on each side, each with a light would have been appreciated. The location with easy access to beach as well as shops and restaurants was ideal. We found the staff delightful staff as they couldn't have been more helpful.
