Location is almost alongside Primark and is handy for restaurants and bars. Didn't know how to get in but pressed the door buzzer and we got in. The one bedroom apartment was excellent, had absolutely everything you would need for a short stay including a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc and all the kitchen essentials. Bed was excellent. had a really good sleep. Also a minutes walk from Liverpool Central train station and there is a taxi rank alongside.
The room wasn't ready at 3pm although we only had to wait for another 40 minutes and the pleasant young lady checking us in never mentioned there were complimentary hot drinks in the reception which I only found out later when reading the hotel information. Nothing major and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal. Walking distance to Liverpool Central as well as to Lime street station. The free Nesspresso and cookies in the lobby overlooking the bustling Church Street is a treat. Church Street, where the hotel is located, is a very happening street during not only during the day with people busking every 50m but until late night. The private kitchenette and shared but free washing machine and dryer made the aparthotel a home away from home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to their very helpful staff Christopher.
The cleaning service is only provided if the stay is over a week.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre at the beginning of Bold Street. We were given a spacious two bedroom apartment with a nice view of the street. The staff, especially Elizabeth (Liz) at the reception, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. They kindly stored our luggage for free when we arrived early, and even called us at 1 PM to let us check in earlier than the standard time. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and the kitchen was fully equipped. At checkout, they also kept our luggage until 7 PM, which was very convenient.
Nothing really, everything was great.

The location was more perfect than we realised. Right in the heart of the centre, all the shops beside you,, Pandora opposite, Primark a few buildings down then Liverpool One. Apartment style room which is perfect with family, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster etc
Wet hard to have a dislikes but The only issue would be that our hand towels weren’t changed. One taken away & not replaced when used bath towels were taken & replaced….& the other hand towel we used had just been rolled up nicely & placed back on the shelf (I assumed it was fresh til I used it)

The quality of the property and facilities were topnotch. I didn’t expect them to be! The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and had huge windows which is always a plus. The kitchen and living room/table space is very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice - shower was really good (the handheld one was ok, the rain one was great) there were adequate plugs around the room which was a huge plus and not often found in hotel rooms of this size. The sole lady in the reception that checked us out was one of the loveliest people we have met. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but she had a Scouse accent and was just so lovely, we spoke to her around 11.30am.
You could do with some better mirror lighting in the bathroom as it would be ideal for getting ready. The handheld / smaller shower didn’t work that well in room 503 but other than that everhhrint was great. The staff at check in (afternoon time both days) seemed a bit dreary or like they were annoyed at you being there. I understood the first day as check in time seemed so busy and there were loads of people so I never want to tell staff to ‘smile” or be happier but then the next afternoon when we came to collect our luggage as the morning staff member kindly let us hold our bags in.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location within Liverpool was convenient in terms of closeness to the train station and local attractions. There's also a little kitchen, plus a washer and dryer, which were helpful to have.
It was hard to find! It's part of a set of buildings, so figuring out which part was specifically Citadines was challenging. The oven was tricky to figure out, and there was only one awkward dish that looked like it could be used in the oven. Pretty minor things, especially if you plan on eating out.

The staff at the reception was very kind, helpful and friendly. Starting from Anna, who welcomed us for the check-in and check-out, and her colleagues who were also very kind and provided recommendations upon request. The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The studio was big enough for 2 people for a short stay; rooms were clean, beds -comfortable.. All needed kitchen amenities were provided to prepare food, if you prefer not to eat out. Good internet, too.
The windows in the room were not opening fully (one side couldn't be open at all), the other window just very minimally. So it was hard to ventilate and have some fresh air in. The air-conditioning for the heating wasn't warming enough, but the staff provided us with extra blanket which helped.

The Star of Quest is excellent customer service, although all I came into contact with were very good, Carrie and Inez were 'Standout' for me.
Window would not open. I realise that this is a staple health & safety being on the 5th floor , however the alternative air Conditioning meant I was too cold and having asthma was not good for me. The only heating was a heated towel rail in the bathroom and I had to put 2 towels over me and my coat , hence ; I rated lower for comfort What I did not like was the tv It was the worst I have ever encountered. Very minimal channels Lots and lots not available saying not broadcasting today.

Location was amazing and central. The facilities were excellent. The shower was powerful and the rest of the bathroom spacious and well equipped.
The sofabed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing. When a request was made to change rooms we couldn’t as the hotel was full. Instead we received a second duvet to use as additional layer. I wouldn’t recommend sharing a room with teenage children as you are separated by a glass screen from the lounge and the sofabed is set up right next to the glass. There is only a very lightweight roller blind which is not very private.

the location was ideal. the room was spacious and very clean. the staff were welcoming and very helpful
the shower in our room was very temper-mental, if the temperature knob was touched even in the slightest way the water would become extremely hot and impossible to shower under. housekeeping wasn’t great. they came in once a day to change our bins and that was it. we stayed for four nights and not once were our bed sheets changed or offered to be changed and we weren’t offered clean towels. we had to ask for extra towels ourselves as having only 2 towels for two of us showering twice daily wasn’t sufficient.
