Very clean. The addition of an armchair to the room this year has made it more comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. Loved the rooftop bar. It is great that they are not using plastic water bottles but providing a drinking water fountain on each floor with glass jugs in the rooms.

The restaurant was closed during my stay which was an inconvenience. It would be great if they could add some decaffeinated coffee and tea choices in the room as well as a small bottle of milk in the fridge. To add to the comfort of the rooms I would suggest a couple of scatter cushions, a soft rug under/ around the bed and a sleep mask as the curtains are not black out.

I liked that it had a rooftop swimming pool and they served nice breakfast and it was a comfortable 6 night stay. Had a few drinks in the rooftop bar. One of the staff members gave me 0.30 LEV off a drink for being a hotel resident

The last night I was drinking in the rooftop bar one of the staff members decided not to serve me any more and I had to walk into town to be served as I was no longer being served in the hotel I was staying in. It took me 2 hours to return to the hotel so I didn't enjoy the last night of it

Great place, really, very nice venue, comfortable rooms, in a minimalistic, but extremely pleasant way, crystal clean, good wifi, decent parking (need to be a little bit lucky to catch an empty spot, when the hotel is full). Try, also, the restaurant, the chef is really special and the menu, again, minimalistic, is extremely tasty and well chosen. Stayed, already, twice and, for sure i'll be back again during my next visit in Sofia

It is not about "do not like", but to improve.. Operational staff (reception, restaurant) is very young and lack of experience can be seen in a loose attitude. Rooftop restaurant parties are keeping you awake until midnight, if not later especially if your room is on floors 6,7 or 8 Maybe breakfast should be included in the room's price; it may create a critical mass of sure customers that may enable some more variety (sweets?) when serving

Modern spacious room. Good room ventilation/climate. Comfortable bed Comfortable Bathroom and shower. Friendly staff at all different stations. Good breakfast. Rooftop bar was perfect during day and evenings. Easy/fast to get to city center , tram stop is close.

Minor detail improvements; Please test/try out the breakfast knifes (not easy to cut breads with current ones). styling of breakfast buffet a bit over simplistic ,some room for improvement to present it in a better way so it looks more appealing.

The property was very quirky and modern. The lives that it had a swimming pool due to the heat and the rooftop bar was very good. The rooms were comfortable though could have done with some proper furniture for sitting rather than the bean bag! A coffee table and small sofa would be far better in the rooms we had.

The bean bags were poor for the rooms we had - I would have normally expected a small coffee table and sofa in the deluxe rooms for an extra area to relax. Some of the staff we encountered weren’t always the friendliest also which was disappointing after the lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and polite.

Really liked this hotel, friendly people, nice and clean. The pool at the top with view was amazing and they had music and drinks in the upstairs bar. We had an electrical storm while sitting up there which was fantastic to see. The only negative was the breakfast in the morning was nearly just as much as the overnight accommodation. A good walk into the main town took around 40 minutes for us and the food there was amazing. Great introduction to Bulgaria.

As mentioned above the only negative is the price of breakfast was nearly just as much as the accommodation and the scrambled eggs were cold. We had a great coffee and tea however and the staff went out of their way to find a green tea for me.

Really creative and comfortable rooms. Staff were amazing!

The breakfast. Complete waste of money. I think if they had it menu based it would have been better. I was asked if I wanted eggs on my first morning, and they were really really great, but the other mornings no eggs mentioned, I had to ask for them. What if the first server didn't ask me if I wanted them? Were there other options? We would never know. But they really were the most delicious eggs I have eaten.

Everything was perfect - rooms, staff, pool, parking, location, food. It was a perfect holiday with our baby too 🙂. Near the hotel is a children's playground. There is a tram line next to the hotel, with tram number 5 we reached the city center in a short time. The design of the hotel is timeless and very nice. The bed was very big and comfortable. We would love to come back here.🙂

The room (it's spacious, it's very clean, with many facilities), the fact that we had a parking space

The restaurant wasn't open on Sundays so we had to go to a restaurant nearby This time we had an issue with the air conditioning , could not be stopped The breakfast was expensive and there is low variety. Also, it took a lot of time for the stuff to refill something that went over (I noticed this is the usual pace in the restaurant: very slow) The hotel postcards that we've sent never arrived

The immaculate cleanliness. The modern design, the rooftop pool and bar. The restaurant. The fast fiber wi-fi But most of all the staff! Intelligent, responsive and super friendly. A special thanks to the manager Nadezhda and Aleks. Everyone though, was superb

Keep up the good work! You run a tight ship!
