Rooms were good, comfortable, spacious, good shower. Breakfast good . Generally, It met the expctaions( during summer season i was there)

Sheets in bedrooms are not changed frequently enough for 5 star hotel. G Hotel also need some deep , drycleaning of carpetry. TV Channels in rooms to be inspected as well as internet in some parts of the hotel. Entertainment in lobby bar or in some part of the hotel is supposed to be introduced, at least according to me.

Very good service, special thanks to the F&B manager who was there every dinner and the whole team! Food was good and convenient to have dinners without leaving hotel. The shuttle bus to cable car was a huge bonus (could run till 5:30-6:00pm though). Kids animation was nice, my daughter liked to play with girls there after skiing and dance at the disco. SPA was ok, had a Turkish bath ceremony, the woman was very nice. Finish sauna would be a great plus, the steam bath was not always warm enough. Rooms are spacious, very nice big beds.

Overall hotel rooms are a little outdated and need some renovation but it’s a minor comment. We had a great time and it’s an amazing value for money.

The location and the room were excellent, the food was very good and staff were very nice and accommodative especially Miss Lyman who was very nice helpfully and very sweet, I would come back just for her.

The jacuzzi was not working and the pool water was cold on the first day hover on the next day it was ok.

Very nice hotel, maybe slightly old, but everything is in good condition. Breakfast is very good with omlet station, wide choice of dishes vegetables and fruits. Shuttle bus to gondola every half an hour in the morning and back after noon. Very clean, house cleaning every day. Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and will come again!

The location is 10-15 minutes walking from gondola which may be hard with skiing equipment if you loose the shuttle bus.

I've been a patron of this hotel for years. While it has a classic charm, there's potential for improvement with a renovation. Despite its age, it maintains a commendable level of condition.

At a late evening visit, I discovered that the kids' machines only accept Bulgarian Leva. Despite having euros, the receptionist declined to exchange them for leva. I proposed putting the amount on my room, even a small sum like 5-10 leva, but he refused, leaving my kids disappointed. This occurred on the evening of Saturday, December 9th.

We had a summer stay with a baby, the location is perfect for that, a walking distance to the main street and still having the mountains landscape. The facilities are great, the amount of pools were great.

You can get lost in the hotel due to its complexed structure, to get from our room to the Spa we had to pass stairs, 2 elevators and long walking. If you have a baby stroller or a suitcase you will need to lift it at some point, with a baby it might be painful as you are doing it each time. The breakfast was 7/10 and dinner was 4/10. There is a single air-condition in the leaving room which is not ideal but ok.

Breakfast was very good. Amazing swimmingpoule with waterslides, kids loved it. Kids also loved all the activities for the children. The lady who ran it, did a very good job! Also the apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Nice lobby area and terrace to sit in the evening.

Never quite understand hotel star ratings. Regnum may have 5 stars from facilities perspective, but it doesn't really look luxurious because of the cheap materials and furniture used to build/decorate the hotel rooms. It is not to be compared with 5 star Kempinski in Bansko but of course it also does not have the premium price of the Kempinski, much more affordable.

I loved the big room with 2 separate bathrooms which is great having with kids, the breakfast is great! The variety of pools! Very good and happy we stayed there 😊 The playroom for the kids didnt have much to offer although the woman playing with the kids was very nice 🙂 it is very big my kids liked to just run around there.

I liked less the fact that only the living room had air conditioning and not the bedrooms as well. The view of the room was towards an unbuilt building which wasn't nice but i knew before we will have no view so didn't expect any.

There was a good amount of food. Many staff members are not natives and don't speak the native language. Room service was good and not expensive. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. I expected more, but it was reasonable.

The hotel is a bit like a maze. It required a lot of walking to get to our room, changing levels, and using multiple elevators. The locks on the doors were not working properly. I had an issue with opening the door and enabling electricity.

Just everything is above our expectations! Wide rooms with balcony, comfortable bad and pillows I never meet jet, breakfast and dinner are delicious and versatile, 3 hours timing each. Very quiet beside many family guest. Spa with closeed and opened pools are comming into accomodation, with different pleasure temperature each, sauna and steam room are something new for me and I used it many times. It was a wanderfull weekend. By the way the hotel was fill with guests I didnt see that in other hotels. I'll be back! and Alal neka im se parite !

I'm not sure, but it will be better with lower prices for massage so no one will think twice.
