Breakfast was good! Family room was nice and spacious, friendly staff, hotel was clean and nice location at the middle of CBD. Had travelled out of the Cape Town for few days (Garden Route); the hotel let my luggage stay in their store room with no extra charge. Easy access to Taxi, Uber etc.

Nothing much.. bit disappointed with one lady at the breakfast point who didn't allow us to get in the breakfast point coz we were wearing clothes that looked like PJ's... however we could see other people sitting there with the same kind of cloths (even worse) and she allowed them... double standard! However, one lady should not ruin the whole experience there. Overall was good!

On Saturday morning around 7h15 we asked one guy for a take away cup for my daughters hot chocolate which we were willing to pay. The waiter got upset and uttered some words in Afrikaans that i could not understand and we eventually left it as we could see he is annoyed by us asking for a cups and his unwillingness to help us. Saturday when wanting to order food the telephone line was not working and we went down to order and got the food. The steak was very small and over cooked and dry. When wanting to order dessert we also went down again from Level 28 and this was not delivered around 22h30 they called asking if we receive the order and we said NO and subsequently cancelled our order.

Good hotel downtown Cape Town. Had a room on the 31st. floor with a nice view over Table bay and Robben island. Nice glass elevators with view of Table Montain. 2-3 mins. walk to Greenmarket square, and a few minutes walk to tourist office and hop-on/hop off busstation in Long street. Good security in hotel and nice staff. Longstreet with bars and restaurants are 2 mins. away. The hotel is also arranging private driver/trips on request.

The neighbourhood is a little rough and not so safe at night, however did not encounter any problems. There is no outdoor pool. No taxis in front of hotel like before, must use Uber

Location was near shops, e.g Pick n Pay, Woolworth Staff were friendly Security was intact, peace of mind Buffet breakfast Laundry service good Air-conditioning works well, even though it's an old model conditioner Clean place

The TV channels were limited, to free to air ones in SA. But some were good like Enca. But more Dstv channels could be included TV did not have ability to watch Netflix, in other words not smart. TV not facing bed. I prefer tv sets that face the bed personally. Shower not separate from Bathtub, which is something I expected Cold reception area Room landline phones took long to fix, over 3 days, so if you wanted help you had to go down to reception. But I believe this is a one off, and probably is up on most days of year. Swimming pool small and not heated. Gym area also smaller than I expected. But still good machines to get a good workout. More variety in breakfast could be done

It is value for money. We booked the double beds room which was spacious and clean. The room had great view of the mountains. The room was cleaned daily and they ensured that items which were finished/used were replaced daily I.e bottled water, coffee, shower caps etc. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Exceptional service from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and had lot of options. The menus also changed everyday. The gentleman who was playing piano in the evenings 👌🏾. Lastly, the hotel location is excellent.

The bathroom needs some renovation, however it is not bad at all.

The warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. The porter that assisted us was amazing , Sim has exceptional service from the time we walked into the hotel. The Manager who was on duty had excellent customer service and she did her best to keep us happy and also went the extra mile. We were so amazed that she went out of her way to upgrade our room as we needed an upgrade. She is an asset to the company without a doubt. All the staff were so great and offer such good service. This hotel is our preference from all thr other hotels and we will keep going back.

The parking is not ideal.

The room was great, with the best view of Table Mountain. The bed was to die for—big and very comfortable. Given that I was celebrating my birthday, the staff outdid themselves and found a surprise birthday cake in my room. My daughter enjoyed every bit of her stay. It's a pity we never got to use all the facilities on board, but we definitely will visit again. The location is easy to find, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff was quite friendly, especially the servers.

The bathroom shower needs a little upgrade, but other than that, all was well.

We had a 4 night stay here between Christmas & New Year, with a room that has postcard perfect views of table mountain. The ambience was inviting and added to the festive vibe. There was a daily kids program which was awesome for families. Perfect location with V&A waterfront about 5 minutes away. Breakfast was lovely with a big variety of food to choose from. Food was of high quality.

The parking entrance & exit is awful especially during busy periods. There is only a very small indoor pool which is part of the spa/gym - you definitely cant relax by the poolside. There is also no rooftop or any outdoor area anywhere in the hotel vicinity - so this would have been an amazing space to enjoy table mountain views.

Was disappointed upon arrival to be told that there was no longer a shuttle provided to V&A waterfront.Good breakfast buffet. Excellent transport and breakfast provided for Two oceans marathon participants. Great location. The shower could have been in better condition, water temperature was difficult to maintain, and the shower curtain didn't prevent water from splashing all over the floor.Beautiful mountain views from room. Was difficult getting ahold of housekeeping as phone lines weren't fully functional. Lovely Bar with pricey drinks.

Our room was very good with a beautiful view of table mountain. On the 27th floor. Loved the breakfast varieties. We even had buffet dinner and was very good.

We had once asked for some cutleries in the room ( two plates and two forks ) which never came and our dinner became cold by then. Had to eat whatever we could with fingers and left the rest of our dinner ( which was noodles and chicken and needed the forks ). Ended up going to sleep later. The bathrooms need a little upgrade, it's outdated
