Excellent location. Amazing breakfast, Clean room , Great people!!! The diner at the restaurant was outstanding with a new menu they just recommended.

An incident on the day I left with a crazy guy naked on my floor locked out of his room.......But immediately the receptionist with a security solved the problem.

The location

some cleanliness issues I encountered during my stay. Upon entering my room, I noticed a visible spider web on the window, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, I found dust on the drinking glasses in the room, further contributing to my concerns about the overall cleanliness. These issues were disappointing, especially given the high standards I associate with your hotel. I kindly ask that you review your cleaning protocols to ensure all areas, including windows, corners, and glassware, are properly attended to. I trust this matter will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

Location was amazing, room was comfortable and clean.

The hot water wasn’t always available in the shower. + this is the first time I see a service charge of 100 to just deliver your food from room service to your room?? I’m sorry should I have picked it up from the kitchen? Is that what I’m supposed to do because never have I stayed in a hotel and got a service charge to just deliver the food to my room that i ordered from room service and not from any outside restaurant or delivery.

The rooms were beautiful but quite noisy, we could hear neighbors and hallway sounds. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, veggies, and egg dishes. The gym was better equipped than many other hotels, and both the bar and coffee shop were great. One of our rooms was above a club, and we felt the bass even on the sixth floor. Some staff were friendly, though a few weren’t. The location was convenient, close to everything, though the nearby clubs were noisy, and the presence of homeless people on the main street corner might feel uncomfortable especially for female travelers.

One downside: the hotel uses its own exchange rate, higher than the standard, which means a higher price than expected—something they don’t clearly disclose.

Our stay was fantastic! The beautifully renovated hotel impressed us with its spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms featuring incredibly cozy beds. The breakfast was exceptional. Pro tip: Try the Lecho from the à la carte menu - we're already missing this delicious dish! 🥹 What truly stood out was the staff - always kind and incredibly helpful. Special mention goes to Sujeewa, who welcomed us during breakfast every morning with a big smile and enjoyable chats. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague! 🥰

I had an amazing stay. The location could not be better. I love the fact that it has standing shower and heated floor for the bathroom! The bed was good too. Still typical european combined single bed but I did not even feel it. The avocado toast at breakfast was the best that I'd ever had and the staff even remember my room number and my usual order.

We had some issues with the ac, they fixed it but it came back, but they respond so quickly. Cleaners should pay more attention to the details, some accessories and parts are dusty

I like the interior of the room and bathroom is really modern. Good breakfast selection. The lobby staff were fast and attentive.

The AC was hot and would not stay at a fixed temperature, the plug sockets that were provided by the lobby were unable to work, there were no tea options for a 5 stat hotel in the tea/ coffee area. We were two guests in the hotel and only one of each toiletry, shaving skit, dental kit etc… were provided. I thought that there was supposed to be two of each kit. And there was a lack of fruit selection for breakfast, no berries provided.
