Everything was perfectly clean and exactly as the photos indicated on booking.com. Cleaning staff were our only point of contact, and were very helpful !

Perhaps the crockery/pans etc. could use a little updating. We were a family, so didn't eat out 3 times a day. Maybe lift the microwave onto a wall shelf to make more kitchen counter space ? the kitchen drawers couldn't open, unless the oven door was opened fully, as the rim came over drawers. There was only 1 thing we really didn't like - 1. the advert makes you think the airport shuttle collection is free, but we were charged 30 euros... and 2. it doesn't cost 30 euros to/from the airport ! We arranged our own ride back when we left [with the same taxi company] and then were only charged 18.70 with luggage... but otherwise everything was very good!

The property was bright and sunny! It had all the kitchen supplies you would need, great shower temp and pressure and was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff went above and beyond to help helpful and kind.

Look at the location carefully. It’s a steep climb and a bit away from most ‘attractions.’ The furniture and cupboards were a bit worn and frayed. There seemed to be a washer but I was told to use the Lavandaria. Laundry was close but it seemed odd.

The apartment was very easy to locate with clear and easy instructions on how to enter the building and collect the keys provided by a WhatsApp message. The host was very communicative and helpful whenever needed. The apartment was a in great location surrounded by café shops/restaurants and supermarkets which made it easy to navigate around. The apartment had everything needed from pots and pans to ironing board to towels and even Netflix was included which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and organized - the bed was very spacious and very comfortable - the bathroom was also spacious and many towels were provided and as well as other bathroom needs ( toilet paper, Hair Dryer etc.) Although located near a main road the noise was not too bad and still nice to sleep with your windows open - It was also a short bus ride to the city Centre of Porto or around a 20min walk to the main square - Great location. Very happy with my short stay - Will definitely return and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Porto. It was spacious, conveniently located, and well-equipped with modern appliances. The nearby amenities and easy access to public transportation made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Porto.

Although my stay at the apartment in Porto was generally pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bathroom had issues with water leakage from the shower and the sink was clogged. Additionally, the sofa, bed sheets, and walls had noticeable stains, and the wardrobe was quite dusty. Addressing these cleanliness and maintenance issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the communication with the host was very good. Also, there was the option to leave our luggage after the check out at a nearby hotel.

My stay was in December and it was very cold in the apartment. 2 electric heaters were provided, but still, they were enough to warm up the bedroom, while the living room and bathroom remained very cold.

The apartments are wonderful! The staff is friendly, responsive, and ready to help in every possible way. The presence of electric heaters adds a comfortable atmosphere during the chilly winter months and in damp, rainy weather.

The only minor drawback was the spontaneous opening of the shower cabin door.

Very large and spacious apartment, in a good location. The building has an elevator, which is very convenient if you have a baby stroller. Easy communication regarding check-in and check-out.

The apartment was in good neighborhood, 15-20 min walk from the centre, in nice building. The apartment is comfortable with all u need for the stay.

It was only one glass for wine, and broken wine bottle opener😏 in the city of wine.

Location was good. Near metro. Comfortable, clean apartment. Kitchen was well appointed.

Struggled with door lock. Lighting could be improved in the hallway. No air conditioning which in hotter summer months might be an issue.

We were able to check in an hour earlier, the apartment is huge, handy having a washing machine and decent kitchen, comfy bed.

Shower handle was broken, but the rain shower head works fine. No AC, a fan is available, but perhaps a ceiling fan would be better
