The food at the Sublime was the best we had ever tasted! The chef was an amazing person who transformed each plate into a masterpiece! The best poached eggs for breakfast on the most delicate of homemade breads! Our main meal was a delight, and we even went back for an extra lunch after we had checked out. The staff are so attentive, you are not kept waiting, and the food quality is outstanding. The concierge was professional and friendly and did everything to help our stay be a good one. We shall most definitely return.

Very cute boutique concept. Lots of little small touches such as eye masks etc which made it quite special. Location very good, quieter area but exclusive, and not the crowds of downtown Lisbon.

We were next to the maids room which made a lot of noise relatively early on Saturday (0800-0830). We called down but the noise continued. Towels were taken but not replaced one day (just an inconvenience when you realise there are no towels and you have already showered). Ironing board took a long time to arrive when requested (even though our room was next to the maids room as above).

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The hotel was lovely, quaint and quiet. They had a nice welcome gift of the local cherry brandy and fruit in the room as well as a coupon for a free drink at the bar.

For a european breakfast, it was rather paltry. Understandably, the hotel is small so they can't really afford to have a large breakfast buffet like larger hotels. Our "suite" was a rather odd layout; it was formerly the attic, so the ceilings were sloped to dormer windows and there were some support beams in the center of the room. To close the shade you had to crouch down in order avoid hitting your head. The bathroom was completely open with the bathtub in the middle of the room and the WC enclosed in frosted glass that you could see into from the shower. Strange! We liked the location being far away from the center of old town, but guests should be aware that it is quite a significant walk.

Beautiful building, friendly staff and fabulous customer service. The lobby, dining area, bar and bedroom suite were very nicely appointed. Adjusting the temperature in the room was very easy. And the bed was very comfortable.

Complementary items in the room were not delineated from items you have to pay for. After we drank the sparkling water we discovered it was not complementary. There was hair on floor and some mold spots on shower shelf. We reported it, and they came and re-cleaned the room. The mold spot probably needs to be treated or painted.

Such friendly staff. Constant cleaning service and turn down service. The daily little treats really added an extra touch. Rooms were spacious. Loved the access to the gym which was huge and a great perk. Breakfast was also great.

A couple times the maid service left the windows open and it was quite hot out so came back to a hot room. Outside of that everything was great.

Location is good, nice area, not too touristic. Nice old building, super cool interior design! That includes the rooms, especially on the 2nd floor. (Rooms are spacious and comfortable as well with a lot of useful amenities) The restaurant seems to attract locals as well. Had couple nice conversations with guests sitting next to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. What else would one want of a hotel?)

The hotel is a bit pricey for Lisbon. Probably worth it, though.

The staff is simply amazing. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for better staff. Location is great, near El Corte Ingles, the main shopping street and near a very nice park. Room was stunning, bed so comfy and interior design beautiful. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in partnership with a near by GYM that is awesome. Highly recommend it. When we come to Lisbon, we will stay there again Ideal for couples

Fantastic staff and wonderful room layout. Couldn't ask for a better hospitality experience.

Location is away from most restaurants, coffee shops, and other walking destinations. We like to walk so we could get to the good stuff, but the connected restaurant is kinda fancy and there's not much in the way of grab n go food or drinks around.

The staff was attentive- simply superb. Overall 10++ excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff left lovely new details every day. We engaged with staff on a daily basis for guidance, reservations, and tips in the city- the concierge service made a huge difference in our experience in Lisbon. Sublime team worked well together and provided seamless service and follow-ups between shifts. Kudos to the management for inspiring such great service. The restaurant staff was equally responsive. We enjoyed breakfast, great Soalhiero wine, cheese, and a homey stylish ambiance. The location was great too, quiet and safe- we were able to walk around to most places in Lisbon within 20 minutes. Thank you for a memorable trip.
