The property is conveniently located close to most things. Even though it is on a main road the road traffic was minimal. Check in was super easy. Outside the rooms was a little crowded on the balcony with extra seating however didn't affect us hugely. The room itself was a very nice size and had all the things you could need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable (once we got the electric blanket centred so the power cord wasn't under us) the kitchen had basic items required to cook with which was fantastic to see. The tv could face either the bed or the couch and was a newish smart tv. The couch was comfortable. The little table was slightly old but definitely did the job. The bathroom was very spacious and set out with practicality in mind. Very good value for money.

The only things we didn't really like was that the bed was very close to the window and when other guests were coming and going and chatting at the window it was very loud and woke us a few times in the night. Also the tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom has been done up really lovely however the tiles on the floors are 100% not anti slip. Just from running the bath (with the fan on) the entire room got damp and the floor tiles became super slippery just to enter the room.

After a long day of travel, it was nice to get to the motel, because we were due in late, they messaged me saying the key will be in the room already so that saved time booking in, the room was fabulous as it was so comfortable and clean and warm had such a great sleep that might. The location is also great as it is in the quiet part of town and set back far enough so as you don't hear all the traffic so nice and quiet. This was the second time back as was just there a few weeks ago and will be going back there again.

We cant find any faults.

First of all, I got a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom unit which was a great surprise and I am very grateful for that, as I was travelling with a friend and we could enjoy the privacy. The apartment was clean and quiet, I couldn't hear anyone from other rooms. I could park just opposite the apartment and keep an eye on the car at all times. The location was great, really close to the restaurants and the scenic viewpoint - Whale Watching Platform (less than 10 min drive). Rooms were spacious, kitchen well equipped, bathroom was also a good size.

The only thing I can think of was a hole in a mesh window screen in a bathroom that let many bugs in when the light was on.

Very impressed with the room, was better than we expected and even enjoyed a lovely spa in the comfort of our room. Was set back from main road so didn't hear any road noise while there. Staff were so friendly and accommodating from the minute we arrived. Location was great as only 2 minutes to main town and wonderful food even though they have food delivered if you want to stay in. Great time had and looking forward to going back again soon.

Can't put a negative on anything.

The linens used for bedding were clean. The bed itself is medium to hard comfort which suited our needs. Excellent reception on Netflix and YouTube streaming. The Spa was amazing and the bathroom looked like it has recently been re-done.

In the the unit that we stayed in, there was only one very small frying pan provided and it was made of an uncoated stainless steel which was so hard to clean, that it took several minutes of grinding just to remove soot and unwanted food debris. No spatula present, just a long soup spoon made of wood. So it was such a challenge to cook food.

Everything was clean. Clean towels on the bed. Very welcoming and friendly staff offered extra coffee, towels the next morning, offered to clean the room but we asked them to clean and tidy up the next morning. They came the next morning and cleaned and tidied up. Great room size, bathroom size and spa bath.

Location was easy to find & had a lovely view particularly at night with the water tower lit up & changed colour. On entry to the room, it was spacious, well set up, had everything we would likely need to cook etc but above all it was exceptionally clean. I work in the cleaning business, so I am very particular about cleanliness & this motel was spotless!

Can’t think of anything at all.

We liked that we were able to book accommodation in our price range as I booked only night before and there was very little availability in Warrnambool, being long weekend. Room was good size along with spacious bathroom. Spa was relaxing and I like having separate roomed toilet. I was concerned highway traffic may disturb us during night but this wasn't the case at all. We experienced a good night's sleep. Manager was friendly & followed up on our request of staying 2nd night which we appreciated.

Be prepared to carry bags upstairs if your room is on upper floor.

Toilet is big and toiletries are all provided. Kitchen also well equipped. Nice bed. Friendly staff at the registration counter.

Our room is located on the second floor and we have to take the stairs. Both of us are 61 yrs of age. But it’s our mistake not to request the lower floor when we made the booking.

I book this venue for business and find that is very well situated in town near all the amenities. The booking is always easy and the room spacious and clean. It's not the most modern motel but everything is in excellent working order and would be a great location for couples and families.
