The hotel was ideally located for us, within walking distance of the harbour and the old town, but happily quiet at nighttime. It was just a short walk to a number of beaches both the right and left of the hotel. The rooms were very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool at the hotel is quite small but we were aware of this in advance, However, it was frustrating to note that most sunbeds were reserved from early in the morning by persons placing towels on them and then heading away for much of the day. It would be helpful if the management could display a sign indicating that beds cannot be reserved for long periods, and for this rule to be implemented by the staff.

First of all, the location was perfect. Not even once did we think to order a taxi or rent a bike. The reception staff was nice, professional, competent, helpful. The rooms were great. The pool was fun and cozy, not crowded.

The cleaning wasn't done properly, twice. There was some kind of dust or trash on the bed when we arrived, and then the floors remained unpleasantly dirty even after an explicit request to focus on the floors. There was a dirty towel in the room, and no soap. At one point a cleaning lady tried to enter the room like five times in short intervals while we were there, didn't understand English. The taxi in Kos is not as well organized as something like Uber, and there is no shuttle available. But the staff warned us in advance, then ordered a taxi for us, and then did it again when the first one didn't want to wait and left. A little stressful but OK.

This hotel is extremely well located for the old town. A quick ten minute walk and you’re in the heart of the harbour. But there are also plenty of little shops and restaurants around the hotel and you are right on the seafront too. Massive choice at breakfast. It’s clean and the staff are friendly and the pool area is lovely. It’s definitely worth paying that little extra for a Seaview room. Comfy beds, great storage and modern furnishings. Very happy.

Not so many sun beds by the pool but good seating area within the shallow pools to accommodate.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant to talk to and helpful with suggestions of where to eat, requested taxi, etc. They also gave me early check-in, which I was happy for after walking 15mins in the heat from the ferry port. The location was great, 10mins walk to town but it wasn't necessary. There was the hotel bar, and restaurants, cafes and convenience stores few steps away. The beach was literally across the street. The room was spacious and spotless, had all amenities (except shower cap), and there was a coffee machine with 2 complimentary pods. The balcony had table/chair to relax and enjoy sea view. Room service was daily, I was there for 2 days and didn't need, but I got fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, everything was tasty and fresh. The pool was on the small side with covered loungers, still cozy. It's located at the back of the hotel surrounded by other tall buildings. There is a pool bar. I was very comfortable, had a great stay, and definitely recommend this hotel.

Just to highlight that the bed was 2 twins pushed together, they can separate while on the bed, creating a space in the middle.

The property’s location is fantastic and close to most local sight seeing attractions. It has a nice clean pool and the rooms are cleaned well every day. The sea is right outside the door. Very Comfortable bed. All amenities you would expect in the room. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Very small bathroom difficult to access toilet around the door. Sink in bedroom. No toaster at breakfast. 2 free Coffee pods on arrival and then €1.50 each after that. Bar drinks quite expensive around pool. Very small select breakfast adequate but not much variety and the same every day.

lovely hotel in a great locations, it is right on the beach front, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, a shop right next door to top up on drinks and snacks etc. the hotel was always clean and tidy, staff were wonderful, very attentive to our needs. breakfast was amazing with lots of selection of different foods,. the room was a great size with balcony facing the pool which captured the afternoon sun.

would of liked a walk in shower rather than shower over the bath, also not alot of sunbeds around the pool, this area got busy really quickly.. none of these 2 points ruined our experience at this hotel, it is a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location, 10minute walk outside of main town positioned facing the sea with lovely views and promenade.

Small pool for size of hotel, wasn’t a problem for us as beach people but something to consider. Would have liked water in the room replenished everyday but was only received upon arrival. No cutlery in room.

Hotel clean and sympathetically refurbished. Our junior suite with sea view was excellent size. The bathroom compact but modern; slightly disconcerting was the hand basin in the bedroom area. Breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals, hot and cold choices; juice, tea/coffee. Staff reception, breakfast staff and pool side bar staff ALL very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Due to wash basin & towels in bedroom area - for us this was a minor inconvenience after using the bathroom shower etc.

Breakfast was excellent. It was very rich and you could find anything you would like. If there was something little missing you could not find in the menu, somebody from the staff there would help you. Information about everything in Kos and the nearby islands was given from the office personnel with pleasure and with eagerness to help (Kalliopi, the head, Chrysoula, Krista, Vassiliki).

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel was recently renovated. The room was Family Suite and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and the sea view was amazing. Staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room dueing check in and we were lucky enough to stay probably in the best room. The breakfast is really good. There are variety of different foods, deserts and drinks. The location is super. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. 0 km far from sea. 15minutes walk to Ferries Port. It does not have private car parking but you can park anywhere around the hotel for free. I absolutely suggest anyone to stay at Kosea Hotel.
