The room was very clean, which is huge. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and we loved the walk-in shower. Wish there had been a shower chair or seat.

We ate breakfast there one of the two mornings we stayed and it was just okay. Food was barely warm , but otherwise it was okay. My husband paid cash and they wanted his signature, which seemed odd. Also, when we ate breakfast, we had tried to sit outside and was told we could not until lunch time.

The pillow was better than my home pillow (even offered both firm & soft)! The bed was comfortable. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The facilities clean. Restaurant had delicious pizza and good service (additional fee). We wouldn’t have found it without good GPS because the entrance is behind other buildings that don’t look like hotel entrance, otherwise would be 10 outta 10. The parking lot appeared safe with free parking. Would definitely stay here again. Also note: the hotel offers discounts for a list of things (including going to barns Jewish hospital).

We wouldn’t have found it without GPS. That is the only downfall we had with the facility. Would suggest offering instructions on HOW to use free wifi along with the access code (we had the code but aren’t tech savvy. The front desk walked us through the issue easily and was very friendly.).

Staff was fine. The restaurant food was good. Hotel bed was comfortable. Loved that the bathroom had Dove products. Very clean.

Wish that we had a menu in the hotel room for restaurant and that we could order before going down or even order room service but glad it was there during snow storm. Also, I think breakfast should be included in the price of the room. Options to purchase snacks at hotel were very minimal.

Stayed here for a weekend it was nice. The staff was geat!! I was put in the wrong room but they resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. Rooms were very spacious. We would definitely stay again. It's off to itself and not on a busy street.

Lighting could be better in the bathroom and they don't have exhaust fans. The bar closed early.

As soon as we walked in,we was greeted by Jackie, and the hospitality was more than exceptional . Her professionalism was right on point,the comfort of the rooms the friendly staff,.made our stay wonderful all the way to the end!I would recommend this hotel to everyone...

Great environment peace

super clean facility. Jackie at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Price was beyond fair. Soaps were a treat (dove is my favorite). Bed was a cloud.

There was a drain in the bathroom floor that smelled like sewage. We just put a towel over it to prevent it from getting worse. I think it's just from not being used (mine at home did the same thing)

Clean and comfortable. It was right off the interstate yet tucked away in a quiet area. Staff was friendly. We would have been happy to spend a long weekend at this property had we more time. We returned to our room late after a show and we felt completely safe in this area.

The check-in process felt a little long but it may have just been me after spending 5 hours in a car. We also seemed to arrive at a busy time. The ladies at check-in were pleasant and informative so it wasn’t that bad.

The tornado brought me here unexpectedly, and from the time I checked in until the time I checked out was AMAZING. The staff was great and friendly and theres a great free breakfast. I’ll definitely tell everyone I know about this hotel!

Didn't stay for breakfast. The location was excellent. I was happy with the room switch for no extra charge. I didn't need 2 queen beds. Wasn't happy with the street paving that was being done on Olive.

More Herbal Tea in the Keurig coffee machine.

water pressure in the shower is not good. Also, please provide one or two bottles of water in the room. When I asked for it, the response was a surprise as to why I am asking. I thought water is a given in a room.
