Location was excellent, close to almost everything. Beach, public transport, restaurants. Check-in check-out was smooth. Due to short stay unable to use the pool and recreational area, just had a look and it looked good.

Apartment maintenance was not appropriate, blinds, one of the three balcony door, cooktop was broken. Appliances were not upto the mark. Microwave didn't had the plate ring so you could put multiple items to heat. Washing Machine is tricky to use, luckily I had the same washing machine earlier so I know how to handle it. It was asked to leave the house clean and tidy but other than a mop nothing else was provided to clean, whole house is carpeted other than kitchen area and you cannot clean the carpet by mop.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, it was huge. So roomy and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed, including extra blankets, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid and washing detergent to last a couple of days, until you could purchase some, or ideal for over nighters. My kids loved the heated pool, great for the cooler months. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates etc. We are very thankful we were able to get an extra car park. I really appreciated the staff accomodating in that way. TBH I could not fault our stay at all. Oh yes, I almost forgot....Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the tram, it is certainly in a prime position. I would highly recommend staying in the 3 bedroom ground floor apartment.

Heated pool and spa, games room all were great. Spacious apartment. Staff generally friendly tried to be helpful. The apartment was older in style but very spacious

The apartment was partly self clean by guests situation possibly could benefit with an occasional clean by staff, just to keep it of a standard. Would only need to be done with each letting. While most of the apartment was suitably clean, we did feel the need to clean dishes before use and I wiped out some of the cupboards before use.

Amazing location 10min walk to surfers. Spacious and clean apartment, 3bdrm/2bthrm was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. Very friendly and accomodating manager. Free parking underground and two pools for the kids to use was great

Was a little dusty when the doors and windows were left open but we were on the twelfth floor and Gc winds can’t be avoided!

Great location near tram stop and close to the beach and shops. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and lounge suite. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great.

The room needed some maintenance. Staff were prompt in replacing the fan/light in one of the bedrooms when we realised there was no remote. There were other areas that needed attention eg dryer didn't work, most sliding doors to balcony were so stiff that we couldn't open them, broken clothes horse, shower curtain hanging off the hooks. Overall, we were happy with the room.

Great location. Take the 777 bus from GC Airport and swap to tram at broadbeach south, get off at surfers paradise stop and walk back a couple hundred metres. Easy to get to connecting transport links. Watched whales frolicking most afternoon from our 15th floor apartment deck. Grandkids hand fed lorokeets from the deck every morning. Great to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Good heated pool and BBQ areas. Handy location to the beach and Caville street for shopping and entertainment.

Bed needed updating a bit lumpy. Air-conditioning unit leaked onto bed that needed to be replaced b4 we could go to sleep. Manager was very helpful but owner needs to invest into their unit and fix a few things including fixing draws and cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms. In saying this we would stay there again. Just reviewing unit 47 on 15th floor. Oven was a bit tricky a manual would be helpful on how to work appliances. Other residents were lovely and very helpful. No one responded to our e mail on airport pick up despite a few e mails but we sorted this ourselves in the end by using public transport which proved to be easy and cheap.

The view was really good and the apartment was large and comfortable albeit a little old in some aspects, but we really enjoyed the stay and would go there again. It was one block from the beach and about 3 blocks from the centre of Surfers Paradise, with the tram stop a couple of mins walk away. The receptionist at Genesis was a lovely young man, very obliging. Looking at many other apartments it was really good value.

We could not get the dryer to work and there was no toaster in the flat and no hangers in the wardrobe

Getting stuck in the elevator for an hour, due to the contracted maintenance teams incompetence, building management should consider looking at new companies to service the elevators as the same elevator I got stuck in had a failure 2 hours prior to me getting stuck. Also on a side note, an upgrade to a newer tv in the living room, and also maybe adding wall mounted TV's to the bedroom, the balcony does need tightening or maintenance, seems a bit loose and wobbly, also quilts on the beds would be good to have as well, and maybe new couches as one of them looked like it had collapsed, apart from those, we really enjoyed our stay, and may be back next year! 😀

Apartment just felt like it needed a bit of an update. Matching crockery & glasses in kitchen would be nice. Sliding doors to balcony were quite hard to open & close.

Location was amazing. Spacious apartment. Walking distance to most places was good and tram stop was just out front. We were lucky enough to score an upgrade to Ocean view room and weren't disappointed. The grounds were very clean and maintained.

Sliding door to balcony from bedroom appeared to be locked in by screws to frame but had a gap of almost 1cm so all Street noise was heard, all hours! Eg: garbage trucks, sirens, hoons, builders working nearby, traffic. Most of the lights throughout apartment didn't work, also some power points. Mattress was in need of replacing, was the worst. On our last day discovered a slow water leak in cupboard under sink in ensuite.
