The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious, the kids rooms was stellar - equipped with a loft bed and toys, high chair and crib were also a plus for us. Gibreel was incredibly helpful and attentive, communicated very well and was very kind. It was about a 20 minute walk from the old town - very easy to navigate to! And the apartment was located in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds for the kids!

Gave us an upgrade and it was very nice. Always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. When I stay in Heidelberg, this will be my hotel of choice if available. The bathroom and room was clean. Plenty of cleaning supplies and laundry detergent if needed. Has a beautiful fish tank that we enjoyed every day we were there. Outside seating was very nice and accessible.

Parking was a little difficult, but there was always a spot. Best to reserve a spot if you can as there is no parking for guests in the streets around the hotel, it's all for residents.

Everything!!!!! We loved our suits. And we looked at some others and they all looked amazing too. This place is a true gem! Everyone is super nice, our fridge was stocked for us with all the items we requested. All the furniture and the bathrooms are modern and high quality. The kitchen is so well equipped I wish I had had more time for cooking there. And the location is perfect too! A beautiful area just a 15 minute walk away from the shopping street. Lots of good restaurants and supermarkets for all you need… we really enjoyed our stay there and are looking forward to staying there again next year!!!

As a family with 3 young kids (ages 3, 7 and 9 yrs) we LOVED staying here! After a week in cosy Parisian accommodation we were shocked by how much space was available in the apartment. Two generous sized bedrooms, a large central room, a large modern kitchen with excellent quality appliances and a large sitting room! The kids were in heaven being able to spread out, and to top it off there were kids books and toys, even a toy kitchen! A great playground a few minutes walk away. Staff here were amazing - we couldn’t fault the customer service from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to accommodate requests.

Nothing. Although the location is not as central as some other Heidelberg accommodation, it is an easy and short tram ride to the old town and tourist attractions. We enjoyed staying in a residential area and would not hesitate to stay again in the future!

The location was excellent with a few minutes walking distance from the tram station; it took a few minutes to reach the city centre. The cleanliness, facilities and comfort were outstanding.

Quiet, lovely space with good lighting, stylish interior and nice exterior space too. Lovely area around the property, with park and restaurants nearby. Sofa was very comfortable, and my youngest child really enjoyed the toys. Nice to have a large corner bath.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I might have expected. Showering in the bath was a bit awkward.

Loved the apartment! Very large rooms, great decor, fully equipped, massive bathtub, super hot shower. We are a family of four and enjoyed the space and remodeled charm.

This is not an Old Town location. There aren't many restaurants near the apartment, you have to walk a few blocks. Old Town is too far away to comfortably walk, but we realized there is a tram stop only 2 blocks away and takes you downtown and Old Town very quickly. There are only two off-street parking spots, if you have a car make sure to reserve a spot before you arrive.

Excellent place.The hospitality and friendliness of the host gives added value that. I can only highly recommend this apartment to all who want to experience a quiet and charming location . From the moment I arrived, I was fascinated by the beauty and attention to each small detail of this property. Inside , you can find a welcoming and comfortable environment.
