The variety of food at the restaurant is rather limited.

Cleanliness. Staff is very welcoming and polite. It is in the city centre however Casablanca's city centre area is a bit far from the old medina and especially HassanII mosque is far from the city centre. Bathrooms, rooms, bed linen, and everything was very clean. It's a small but nice hotel. Nada at reception was very cooperative and guides guests on their queries. For South Asian or Indian food, there is Bollywood restaurant just across the street, which may be less than 10 meters. There is a currency exchange house right next building and a grocery store. Tram Station is just 40 meters, may be.

The credit card payment machine wasn't working due to their connectivity issues for the whole of 1 day that I stayed.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast and the staff is perfect. The bed was one of the best. Requests at the reception were no problem, the staff was always very professional

The only thing we didn't like was the toilet in the room, as it was water everywhere after flushing

Excellent choice for Casablanca in terms of location and its proximity to public transportion and many good restaurants and cafes serving really very good food and very affordable at the same time. The staff was really nice and cooperative. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Good value for money, and I would definitely choose again next time I visit Casablanca. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit small but still ok. Breafast, I believe, needs further improvement.

Cleanliness, staff attitude after the first impact.

The description of the room included a balcony that wasnt there. When i pointed this out the staff reaction wasnt what i expected. After a bit of talking they tried to met my expectation and their effort was so sincere that i was impressed. Still that first impact was a bit harsh and even out of character for a staff that was almost perfect during my stay.

This hotel was close to the city centre and the tram was accessible. I was given a free upgrade to a room with a king-size bed. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I only received 2 bottles of water on the first day and none for the remaining 4 days.

Hotel was great. Location, breakfast, service, all was great

My only problem was the air conditioning was not controllable. The air draft was going directly on the bed. So either it was freezing when the air was on or hot as I would stop the air. The technician came twice but somehow did not understand what I was asking. I finally installed myself a towel to divert the air draft off of my bed. The hotel need to look into these air conditioning. My friend in the other room had the same problem.

Comfortable and spacious room, good city views, nice bed and good wifi too.

Very little storage space. Strange to provide a decent size suite yet have only minimal storage for clothing: just one very small wardrobe and nothing else, not even drawers. Reception staff are probably the least engaging hotel staff we’ve ever met…more interested in chatting amongst themselves than talking to guests. The receptionist is often hiding in a cupboard probably to avoid talking to clients.
