Good central location near to Fortitude Valley Station. Room was very spacious, comfortable & all amenities. The bed was soft (a little too soft for our liking but this is personal), lounge was comfortable & having a full size dining table was great. Bathroom had the basics including a washer & dryer, though it was showing its age. Full kitchen as well made the whole place feel like staying at home. Easy to get into the city using buses at the front door as well. It's the entertainment area of Brisbane so two blocks away is quite noisy with a slight thud during the night. Overall a pleasant experience & we would stay there again.

It was a little dirty here & there in the kitchen where things hadn't been washed properly. A heavy downpour resulted in a leak through the ceiling though it stopped as soon as the rain did.

The location was perfect, the parking reasonable, the apartment size 1 bedroom was good. It is an older accommodation but has been updated with restaurants and bars surrounding it. We needed access on a Sunday when office was closed access was easy enough and info regarding this was emailed to us. Good comfortable stay

After I booked and paid for the stay I asked for an apartment with a walk in shower due to a disability and was told it is a shower in bath. Every apartment was like this.This was my fault for not checking sooner but I need to let others with a disability know this. I found the bath narrow and a little slippery but with help of my husband I managed but could not do this on my own.

The location was superb....near the river ....easy to catch the ferry ..near the City and near a bus stop. ....one can visit the city for free with the free Bus loop....the free ferry Kitty cat and a lot of walking space along the river to jog at any time of the day... Most importantly is the place is very safe if you want to go out at night

I am trying to think about but I find none. May be the kitchen of the room where there only two forks, two spoons, two glasses etc...for two guests only.. they could have put more kitchen ware in the room

Great location, and it has all the facilities (basically) that you need. Supermarket down the road - ferry about 6 or 7 minutes away, and train about 10. Funny courtyard area with restaurant outside the window, which you expect could be noisy but wasn't.

Most uncomfortable old dining chairs I have ever seen - could not sit in them so had to use the outdoor furniture instead. It's not really a hotel so couldn't keep bags stored after checkout. Which makes things difficult cos no Sydney stations have lockers. (Chill Hostel at Roma St. does though, fairly near the Roma St station). My partner complained about the bed being old and lumpy but I didn't notice!

CENTRAL BRUNSWICK APARTMENT is just that, right in the middle of everything. So we stayed here on our last night on a 3 week vacation. We discovered that it is a short walk to the river cat which takes you any were you need to get to. The neighborhood is lively to say the least and there are many place near by to eat and drink. We were epically very fond of a near by Vietnamese bakery.

The unit we stayed in was a little rough around the edges but that goes with the neighborhood. Clean and secure.

Right from the moment of arrival I was told by the lovely man on reception that my room wernt ready, not great as I’d been travelling for 27 hours BUT I did not know he was in on a surprise he had arranged with my daughter (who I hadn’t seen for 10 months) to be in my room waiting for me! I went across the road for a drink and he messaged me 20 mins later to say all good to come in! I was pleasantly surprised by my room (6th floor up) very spacious and clean and the added bonus of my daughter!

Room only swished round once with cleaning, I’m not dirty so wasn’t a bad thing for me but no where to put rubbish each day, had to take outside hotels to street bins.

With Genius level 3 and a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment this was incredible value for money. Spacious apartment and great city view from the balcony. We enjoyed the buzz from the bars and restaurants below but appreciated the sound proofing when inside. Great location near the river in stylish Brisbane and good facilities

Reluctant to criticise because we had a great time and it was an absolute bargain - however to give people a balanced view the apartment could do with a really good clean and lick of paint.

I was able to access the bus at the front door. Very close to the city. Lots of shops in the area. As I like to walk I enjoyed looking at houses and gardens in the area. My room was fantastic as I had all the modern cons. Washer, dryer, microwave, stove top and a separate bedroom with a tv. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to my make sure my stay was a great customer experience.

Of course the traffic was a concern at times. However I knew it was on a main street and what to expect. I could shut the windows and the lovely curtains which helped.

Location

The noise from the bar below room 203 was crazy loud until 1059 pm then they lowered it a bit at 11 pm. I cranked my tv loud to drown out the music and loud bass. The parking gate was broken so I feel like so many parked in there as well and it wasn’t secure. I reported it to the security company and so did management but they said they couldn’t come out til Monday which is after I was there. I saw people riding bikes with big empty bags I. The garage. And was concerned about safety. The security company said they were coming but never did.

The apartment building felt very safe, comfortable bed, washing machine and dryer available. Also a hair dryer, fan and iron in the room. The building had a sauna and spa which was great. I really enjoyed it. Apartment were central to all bars and clubs.

Our apartment wasn't serviced at all while we stayed for Nights. It was noisy outside in the evenings but managible.
