I liked the convenience of parking right outside of room, the WiFi was excellent. The maid was very friendly and very helpful in obtaining a room for early check in.

I had requested early check in and a room for a disabled person way ahead of time. I booked the room for Aug 31st way back on April 30th. The front desk clerk told us upon arrival that she only had a second floor room available. I asked if we could go to a restaurant and come back if she might be able to save a first floor room. She said that she was expecting a full house and could not guarantee anything. I had to attend a wedding at 4pm and I was very anxious knowing how difficult steps would be. I went outside to think and asked the maid if there were ground room floor units available. She said there were three. She came into the office with us and the clerk still begrudgingly gave the room. Thanks to the maid who helped us!!

We loved almost everything about it, our room was great, there was a pool and a limo service into town, which was a very unexpected bonus! Staff were friendly for the most part.

The breakfast was completely unsatisfying, they had very few items in the first place, and when we came (towards the end of the breakfast period but well within it), most things were gone. When I asked them to restock breakfast the lady replaced one item and then hid in the back. I can't believe that Booking.com is letting the hotel advertise this as breakfast. We made similar experiences at other Wyndham hotels, apparently this is what they do.

we stopped at the motel at about 2 pm to let them know we were in town, knowing that it was too early to check in we wee told as long as we checked in by 3:00 am we would be good. we got there at about 2:00am. it took a half hour to get room keys because the attendant did not know ho to check people in and had to wake up a manager

Room was very neat and clean. Sheets were nice cotton, bed made very tidy; clean, neat, 4 pillows. Bathroom clean, towels nice quality. Lots of channels on TV Water pressure and quality great. Manager very friendly and went out of her way to get me room on 1st floor.

Forced air heat loud, ran alot and it wasn't very cold, mid 30s. It did keep the room warm.

What I liked was almost everything. Location is most important. It was close to a lot of stores and places to eat, and everyone was friendly. The room was very comfortable. I would recommend to anybody that it's a good stay and if I come to the area I would stay again

It was absolutely stunning fir a super 8 I thought I was at a Hilton in Atlanta if they renovated the outside it would be an easy 4 star it had a pool and all renovated rooms definitely suggest a new outside look because you can definitely charge atleast a 100 a night with the way the rooms are like new and didn't cut any corners

It had a very nice bed to sleep in, nice conveniences such as microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker. The bathroom needed some work but was still functional

The bathroom had a floorboard stripping falling off the wall. The bathtub was dirty along the floor and walls.

Very reasonable price for the area. Clean, great check in. It was fast and friendly. I did not eat any breakfast but it was all set out and ready to go and other people were enjoying breakfast sandwiches, pastries and coffee. There was fruit and yogurt as well. It was quiet and overall a great stay!

The room was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, it had a grab and go breakfast which was good. I really have no complaints. It's no 5 star hotel but it serves its purpose and is good if you're on a budget. It's also very close to downtown Petoskey, Walmart, multiple restaurants and lots of other stores. I would recommend.

Breakfast offers too much white sugary stuff, only healthy things were fruit, boiled eggs and bagels. Also all the clocks in the room were on the wrong time - clock on microwave off by 1 hour, bedside alarm off by several hours and I couldn't figure out how to change them. Bed too soft.
