The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed (and more) for our one night stay. Full sized fridge in the kitchenette, stove top, oven all crockery and cutlery and cooking equipment. The washing machine and dryer were a very welcome addition after a few days of travel! The bedroom was a very generous size with a king sized bed … the best we’ve ever had in all our travels … and a large single bed, plenty of storage and even an extra TV! Bathroom had plenty of room, storage for our things and large, soft bath towels. The walk-in shower even had a bath mat; great for safety and the water pressure / temperature was perfect. The lounge area had a couch and coffee table to sit and relax whist the table / desk area was great for meals. We were impressed with the rubbish and recycling measures in place too. The location was central to everything - a relatively short drive to Port Fairy and Tower Hill - and walking distance to supermarkets and eateries whilst still being quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly, even leading us to our room and providing a map of the area for us. We will definitely be back and have, in fact, already booked our next visit (for a longer period of time.)

Nothing to dislike except the somewhat tight off-street parking and maybe the need for hot chocolate sachets for those of us who do not drink tea or coffee.

5 minutes from the CBD of Warrnambool. Walking distance to a supermarket. We have stayed at the unit before and it's exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Only an overnight stay this time sadly. We appreciated the milk,tea and coffee supplies and there was also some oil to use if we wished to cook. Lovely crisp clean linen, fluffy towels, shampoo etc. It's great to have washing and drying facilities in the apartment as well. Everything to make our stay extremely comfortable. Thankyou.

Botanic Apartments exceeded my expectations: it is located near the hustle and bustle of Warrnambool, and yet it offers a quiet, cozy, and comfortable living. The 2BR apartment had everything in it: a kitchen (the smaller room has a kitchen as well), a common TV/entertainment room, spacious bathrooms, spacious rooms, laundry facilities etc. The sleep quality was great! Linda - the property owner/manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She even gave us tips into the dining scene in Warrnambool, and I must say, she was spot on! Thank you Linda :)

There is nothing that I did not like about the Botanic Apartments. Amazing experience overall, and I will stay here again.

I was there to check on my Mum in the local nursing home. The manager at my accommodation was very kind, helpful in telling me how long it would take to get there to the home. I was surprisingly given an upgrade. Very happy with that. But I reckon they were all of the same excellence. The accommodation was beautiful. Completely satisfied with all the additions ie shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, all kitchen needs for self cooking. Beautiful luxurious towels, bed linen, plenty of immediate help for a cuppa. The bottle of olive oil was a great touch. Even had an ice cube tray already with ice. I was very impressed and highly recommend to anyone and appreciated all the care and help from management and staff. Great parking too. Oh, and a nice e outdoor setting for those warm summer evenings. Very very happy. Shops and restaurants close by, walking distance to Woolworths. Great place. Highly recommend this place.

Clean room, had electric blankets for bedding, while it's a small place it fit many things which was impressive (everything that I needed and more), heaters in the bathroom were great too and there were two TVs in separate rooms.

The TV remote connection to the TV was quite slow and the shower water head pressure was uneven (it felt like it was jolting) but still did the job. It would be nice if there was a shower cap and decaff options for tea/coffee. Overall, it was still a fantastic stay.

The apartment is just about perfect, with an excellent kitchen. The olive oil was a brilliant step up from the usual salt and pepper! Thank you!! As l don't fry anything, having a steamer pot insert would be a nice addition :)

In the kitchen, they provide separate containers for recyclables and bio-degradable trash. Well done indeed. Their manual says, they take out the trash daily, which they did on day one, but not for the next three days. No problem for the recyclables, but the food leftovers attracted a stream of ants, although fortunately not until the day of my departure.

A very well equipped apartment with separate lounge and bedroom. Cooking and washing and drying facilities are available in the room which was excellent. The bathroom was very well appointed with good strong hot water. Room is quiet easily accessible with parking straight out front with easy check in and check out procedures.

The only issue we had was the bed in our room was quite firm, which is not what we are used to. Otherwise everything was excellent, convenient, and comfortable.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, central and tastefully decorated. The "extras" that are in the room are so considerate. I really loved the makeup flannel, throw rugs and the bottle of olive oil. Walking distance to all services. Staff are welcoming and accommodating.

This is not a criticism just an observation and not deal breakers: Sizeable front door gap (Room 8) allowing breeze through when closed. There were some ants inside attracted by the bin so we just moved the bin outside.

Good King size bed, clean and all the amenities you needed. My husband had a knee replacement in a nearby hospital, less than a km to walk. He had to stay in the hospital for a day longer than expected and the lady in the office arranged with other guests who had booked the room to accept the smaller room that was the only one they had vacant. I was most appreciative of this as it meant I didn't have to move.

Nothing, I was very happy.

The apartment was exceptional, it has everything you’re after for a relaxing long weekend - clean and spacious facility with essential amenities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable L-shaped couch to read a book or watch movies. Walking distance to Woolworths, short drives to all local restaurants, making cooking your own food or dine out so easy and convenient. Few things my husband and I really liked about the property - bedroom was huge! There’s a walk-in robe to store our cloths and also plenty of circulation space to walk around bed even when we had our luggages lay opened on the floor. The bed was very comfortable, and it’s quiet even when it was raining outside. When you’re on holiday, the worse thing is you can’t sleep as the bed has no support or you can hear the noise from outside/and street. This is not an issue here in this apartment, we were well rested and fully charged in the morning during our stay.

There is no where to hang your changing cloths in the bathroom. Perhaps a small bench or stool outside the shower cubicle instead of a wire stand would be helpful.
