Location is good - about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the railway station. I chose a single room so my review based on that and not a dormitory. Staff very helpful, able to leave your bags while you sightsee. Provided breakfast on payment. The room key and towel deposits are for dormitory guests. If you want somewhere comfortable to sleep for a stop-over prior to catching the train then why pay out for a hotel that you do not need. Photos from immediately outside - good part of town.

Extremely friendly people at the reception!! There is a family dinner at 8pm everyday- it was for 5 euros and I recommend everyone to try it out- the food is good but more importantly, the concept of family dinner is great!! So everyone who signs in for it (you can sign in in the evening) are seated together like a family and the conversation between different cultures begin!! You get to meet and talk to people of different countries! The reception staff also join in there at the dinner. I loved the experience! My room was small with cozy bed and although I had booked a 4 bed female room it was a room with 3 bunk beds. So if you have a problem climbing up, then I believe you must inform at the time of booking. Location of the hostel is also very good.

Although location is great, I almost reached the location and kept going round and round as the name of the hostel is not written prominently and is not so easily visible to a passerby.

Great location, perfect for a short stay. Easy walk to the train station and city centre. Lots of food places close by, litte supermarket and bakerys. Hot water available down stairs in the common area. Friendly helpful staff always available. Warm and cosy at night as the weather was chilly.

Carpet in the room was quite old which made the it feel a bit run down, Especially as the room was freshly painted and comfortable. It is noisy in the evening as there are cafes in the street below but good double glazed windows shut out most of the noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel - the location is PERFECT, the staff are very easy going and treat clients like friends rather than just clients. Gaylord, Carla and Tatiana were very friendly, helped when I needed navigation and became great friends along my journey. The hostel has a cozy vibe and lots of privacy in each bed. I’d reccommend Hostel 20 Wilson to anyone looking for a hostel in Toulouse :)

A stove to cook food would have been nice.

From the location, to the cleanliness, to the staff, everything about this property was great. it was comfortable and i felt safe the entire time which means a lot to a young female solo traveller. 10/10 cant wait to come back! :)

the beds were entirely closed in making it difficult to sit up in bed, but each room has a desk with a very comfortable chair and the common area downstairs also provided plenty of space to get work done, if needed.

6 beds dormitory and one toilet with WC and shower and lavatory inside, it means when one takes shower another one cannot use the WC - there should be a division between shower place and WC place and lavatory, that is the standard in dormitories

Enjoyed my stay overall. Comfy bed, the living rooms were pretty good, with spaces to eat, chat and other room where you can close the door and work in silence. They throw dinners every night, costing 6€. Recommend. In case you forget your towel, they can lend you one. Bonus points!

The room had a total of 6 beds, and it had a bathroom inside. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the whole room was heavy in terms of humidity. Also, the kitchen is only equipped with refrigerator and a microwave. Having the option to cook would be an asset.

The location of the place is really central and close to major bars and restaurants in the city center. The personal was always very friendly and the hostel in general is clean. In general, I would recommend it!

The bathrooms look clean, but there was a lot of black mold on the roof, as they have no proper air circulation. The beds also were bunk beds with very little head space, so it was difficult to get in, specially the upper bed.

Located in Wilson Square. Being on one of the main areas of the city center of Toulouse was a massive point in its favor. Was only 25€ per night Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Mould all over bathroom, tiles were cracked and made sounds as if water was trapped between the grout and tiles. Beds were soft foam mattresses, for some this is a positive but for me this hurt my back Curtain rings for capsule were almost all missing

I came at an earlier time for breakfast because my plans changed. The lady at the desk was very accommodating. She even asked me how I slept and if I had any problems. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was very noisy outside overnight. The hostal can't control this, I understand. Something the hostal could do is have fans in each room. I was on the top bunk of a three-person bunk bed and it was stifling hot. There was no air circulation. I really feel that a fan would make a big difference - especially in a room with eight people. If a ceiling fan is too complex, a table top fan would be great.
