Clean and close to the station. Amenities are as shown in the pictures. Clean and tidy Aldi nearby is very handy

There were no instructions on how to enter the property. We checked in after hours and had to collect the keys from the building 5 mins walk away. No salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen to use.

Its a fully furnished apartment, good for short and long stays. The staff were great, Marco was very helpful. Note that you need to buy or get along washing machine and dishwasher pods if you are planning to use them. Also recycling garbage bags for a stay over 2 nights. The staff did communicate ahead of 1 day from our arrival for check in details. The reception is at -1 but easily accessible by stairs and elevator and the brass gate is obvious from the street. Cleaning is for extra charge. Location very close to train station.

It would have been great if recycling garbage bags are provided during the stay as it didnt make sense to buy them for a short stay. Slight maintenance is required. The property can add more details of the amenities included or not included on their website or OTAs. The aircon system was hard to control.

Apartment want very clean when we arrived. Broken ya me and lamp and a hole in the sofa left by another guest.

It exceeded my expectation! Located in the modern area of Milan yet only 8 mins walk from Milano Centrale Train Station, the apartment is very convenient. The building is ultra moderns with units located on high floors (ours was on the 24th!), therefore the view was spectacular! The apartment has 24 hrs concierge at the door, and the staff were very helpful. The apartment was well furnished and you have every little thing you need to make your stay feels like home.

The mattress on the sofabed was so thin my daughters can feel the springs.

Spacious and modern looking. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There are every type of appliances necessary for cooking and I love that. The window view from the nedroom is chefs kiss. It truly was perfect

I couldn’t find the way into the apartment. Its not common to know that you are suppose to double click okay and so we thought that this may be the back side of the place. We walked to the other side for them to send us back and of it werent forvthat family we wouldn’t know how to enter either so that can be a little more easy to figure out

Very good location and close to Milano Central Station and metro station. Apartment is located in very nice area and even walking distance to Duomo. Beautiful views over the city and mountains. Apartment was clean, but as for family, I suggest to stock up more dishes and essentials.

I would suggest to add more dishes and cleaning supplies for famillies. But this is not a dealbreaker, stores are close by and not expensive at all. Definitely great place to stay and I would recommend for families.

Overall, not bad. Modern apartments with an excellent location near the Central Station. The apartment offers everything needed for a com fortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. There is also a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with quality amenities.

However, there are some aspects that need improvement: the walls require refreshing, and the sofa bed in the living room is broken, making it impossible to fold due to the mattress topper.

Check in: I understand that the process of check in could be a bit of a hustle for those arriving to the accommodation after and before the indicated check in time. However, knowing previously were to head to (another hotel) to complete your check in process made my experience easier, with the help of Google map and I was able to keep my family in the lobby area and head to Century hotel which is nearly 300 meters away to complete my check in process which took less than 15 minutes. Apartment with one bedroom: The apartment was specious and can accommodate comfortably 2 adults and 2 kids. I would not recommend more than that number. The room was equipped with all the necessities .i,e toiletries, kitchenware and cleaning article and equipment. Security: The building is secured and there is a 24hrs security presence in the lobby Location: For those who are renting a car, I don't think you would have any problem with the location of the building, its the parking lot that you need to also consider. Now if you are planning to stay in this building and use the train to travel most of the time to nearing areas, then this is your perfect location as the train station is only 5 minutes away. If you plan to commute to the central and don't like walking few kilometers then you will need to use the metro to the Dumo area evetime. To me It was a mix of both, so the location worked out just fine.

it would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies and coffee capsules for those staying long in the apartment. I do agree that eventually you will need to buy your own waste bags, dishwasher cubes and other stuff, but having more of these for those who book longer stays would be nice.
