We had an absolutely brillant time and will definitely book again. Housekeeping was superb, friendly staff who recommended the fireworks. Great food selection, bar staff friendly and the evening entertainment enjoyable. Honestly 5* brilliant location from the beach and pier. Room was spacious, hot shower and comfortable bed with plenty of storage for luggage as we stayed 7 nights. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools, lots of fun for the kids and the suna for adults.

The parking was a little expensive and some nights the room was hot. Could do with reflective covers for the glass windows so we could have the curtains open at night to let the breeze in. They did have fans which were a great help! Also a cocktail selection at the bar.

The staff, were excellent and friendly There was an issue one night, in the restaurant, but it was dealt with professionally and instantly by the restaurant manager, with a nice gesture The food passed our expectation, both morning and evening

We found the drinks a very expensive It only encourages you to buy one round, in the evening, instead of two This is counter productive and should be reviewed The wine was priced higher than spirits which can’t be right.

The room was nice and clean (Clare), excellant for local bus route stopped literally outside, and daily charge £5. The staff were polite and helpful. The welcoming staff for breakfast were excellant, especially the man (older than others) but very handsome and took pride in his job, and services offered. ( I did see a blonde waitress spraying D10 sanitizer near the food, I think she is new "angela". But all staff were lovely The room was very hot as it was on the 4th floor (a very hot weekend) fan was in room, so happy with our experience, and would return

The bed was a bit too firm, and the 2 pillows had seen better days. We asked for 2 extra pillows, that made it more comfortable.

Everything else was such a great experience.

The indoor heated pool was cold as my ex’s heart.

Location on the seafront was amazing! Just a 3 min walk. . Beautiful. . . Around a 20min walk to the train station/town centre. .friendly welcome, easy check in. . . Room was on 3rd floor, small single room. .had everything I needed. . . Bed was comfy, and loved the wide windows i could open. . . Bathroom was spotless, and the big bath was amazing. . View was just the car park area, but wasnt expecting a sea view. . Didnt use the bar or resturant. .

Room was VERY hot, even with the fan blowing/windows open. . . . The noise of a generator outside my window kept me awake abit. . .

Very clean and very modern decorating and furniture. The bedroom was very clean, with high-quality mattresses and warm. The pool was open till 9pm but a little cold. We had a problem with the room booking, but the front of house and housekeeping sorted in within 10 minutes. The breakfast was self-service and very tasty. We visit Bournemouth regularly and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, it was worth spending the extra money.

Parking is limited and very tight, I would recommend parking on the road and paying the extra parking cost if a decent space is not available. The pool is very nice but cold. I paid for a room with a double and two single beds, when we got to the room it had a double bed and sofa bed, I think the room booking was messed up but we did work it out with front of house, although they would not reduce the price of the room.

Right next to the beach, large comfortable room and very clean. Lift to all floors. Tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries in en-suite with a bath.

Our room overlooked the back of the hotel and there was a humming noise from machinery like generators all night and day. There was never anywhere to park in the car park it’s a first come first serve basis at quite a cost. Parking on road was easier and slightly cheaper. Couldn’t get food past 8pm on Sunday.

Lovely location, right on the sea front on top of the cliff. The breakfast was nice rooms were comfortable and swimming pool more than I expected for the price. Between me, my wife and son we had a total of 5 rooms in our 2 nights day! Booked a family room which they could not provide, but more than made up for this with a double room plus single for our son over both nights. Staff are friendly and helpful and overall, very good value for a nice autumn break. Easy access to Central Bournemouth, parking outside £20for 3 days would recommend this fun hotel.

Breakfast had a variety of food on offer. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location and views were exceptional. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach.

The sink in room 212 was clogged up and the area around the swimming pool is not kept clean and there were no visible staff available in case of any pool incidents. The restaurant need more staff as the food took along time to arrive.

This hotel is worthy of recommendation. The reception staff was extremely informed and able to assist with every part of the matter. Our accommodation on the first level was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. The waiting staff was very helpful. The swimming pool and sauna are free of charge and tiny yet nice. Towels are also available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone who helped us have a wonderful time.
