Facilities are very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and very convenient. The staff were friendly and the restaurant personnel were super welcoming. Location is fantastic in terms of view and far from the busy town center.

The fact that they played lively high-beat music over the outside speakers pretty much all day. We could not open our balcony door nor go sit outside to enjoy the view, birds and nature sounds due to the unwanted music playing all day long. Music selection was ok, but impossible to opt out or scape from it.

This was an incredible experience! The hotel picks you up at no additional cost with their taxi service which helps a lot. It is centrally located with a skiable route to the lifts (essentially making it a ski in/ski out location). The morning breakfast is perfect before a big day of skiing and the ski room with heated boot hangers ensures your boots/skis are safe and dry. The room was also perfect for our group of 5 and fit us comfortably. We loved staying here!

Great variety at breakfast. Super dinner menu. Great bar and staff fab. We were given Chalet Stella a chalet for two it’s fabulous!!!! Up stairs bedroom with shower and downstairs sitting room etc with doors onto the terrace and views of Matterhorn everywhere!! Had a facial and body massage superb.

It’s a great quiet location. But it is a fifteen minute walk to the town centre. Electric taxi back up easy to get back from the station area but 45 chf……

Hotel a calm setting even for Zermatt, with very welcoming decorations and exceptionnally kind and precise staff, a true opportunity for relaxation. The free transfer to the train station is a huge plus. There is a train station closer to Gorgegrat which is much closer on foot the hotel via hiking than the main station in Zermatt. The terrace with the amazing Matterhorn view is perfect for sunbathing with a cocktail.

Some rooms might not be too large, but on the other hand they are very well equipped, so its not a problem.

Excellent place, rooms with excellent views to the matterhorn. Breakfast is also excellent, everything looks rustic but luxurious. You need to be lucky to arrive during daytime - they have a pickup service from train station. The hotel is quite far from city center.

We had to leave really early, before shuttle service, and we had to pay for a taxi ride. The price was ridiculously high, more than 50 CHF, I felt ripped off. Not the hotel's responsibility, though.

We stayed at the Hema apartment (family of 4) and could see the Matterhorn from our living room window / balcony. Amazing! Everything was squeeky clean, very helpful and friendly staff. The location is very quiet at the end of the village and reaching the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola was possible and easy on ski. Would go back anytime, highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and delicious breakfast!

The cost of a taxi from town to the hotel was 40chf. The hotel is only allowed to pick up and drop off on check in check out. There is a bus but it stops at 7:40pm and wasn’t running for part of one day. Due to a very dodgy spine I’d waked too much in the day and couldn’t walk back to the hotel and the bus wasn’t running. Hence the expensive taxi 😬

It was amazing for our ski vacation. We stayed one week and went to the sauna every evening after skiing. The sauna is very nice and relaxing. There is also a relaxation room with a view of the Matterhorn. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly. Best part is we could ski in and ski out to the main lift.

From the pre-arrival communication to the pick up and the entire stay, everything and everone was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast entirely exceeded our expectations and the spa was beautifully located with perfect matterhorn views from the relaxation room. Rooms were cosy and comfy and the location quite, away from the center, that can get a bit busy. We even saw some deer at night.

There was really nothing more that we could have wished for.

We had a fantastic stay for 6 friends at Hemizeus. The rooms were great (with incredible Matterhorn views), reservation was a breeze (with very prompt responses), the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was a great value, the ski rooms were convenient, and as a bonus, the spa was great to cap off ski days. It was quite easy to ski down to the chair lifts, but it was a bit more work to ski back to the hotel (but this is because of snow conditions). Would absolutely come back to stay here.

This wasn't a big deal for our group, but the hotel is ~15mins walk from to town. There are buses but they stop running at 7pm or so. Small negative - the hot tub temperature could be warmer.
