Great value for the price. Spacious room with balcony and aircon. Comfortable bed. Shoes off inside made for a very clean experience, slippers provided. Just a short 10-15 min walk to the night market and old town. Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Allowed to store bags at the front desk on my last day with a late train departure. Decent breakfast included, satisfying.

Bathroom was virtually bath only - no curtain or glass to prevent water splashing if you want to stand up. Some construction during the day on either side of the building, but during the evening/night, there was no construction noise

Staff is amazing, really great people, clean, value for money, close to two most popular and busy bars

They forgot to mention that in front of the balcony there is a construction work like 3 meteres in front of your face as they are setteling a new building. No nice view, less privacy and bit loud

The rooms are very nice, they have a balcony and re very comfortable. The staff was very very nice, welcoming and helpful! There is a massage place and a scooter rental just a few houses down the road, laundry services around the corner and good restaurants close by.

The position of the hotel. A kind, conscientious receptionist. My room, perhaps the only type in the hotel?, was very good with a bathtub. And hot water all the time!

Nice old wooden building, staff helpful, free breakfast.

Just one downside, the balcony is currently looking onto a building site which also was a little noisy

Nice breakfast, great location and easy to walk to markets and bars and restaurants. An awesome area to stay in Laos. We could have easily stayed a few more days. Staff all very helpful with any questions and booking any tickets we needed.

Very clean room, perfect location, walking distance to phousi hill and the night market. Staff were really friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help us book train tickets.

the cost of room had included breakfast but when we arrived at the property we were told breakfast was no longer included. however, the room itself was still great value.

Huge aircon room with a big, comfortable bed. Everything was clean and comfortable, all for a very good price. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants around, 10min walk to the night markets.

No breakfast included as stated on the booking, just coffee and tea. When I asked about it, they immediately apologise for the mixup and were nice about it.

The staff is amazing and very friendly. The room is spacious, the shower has a great water pressure and location is excellent.

There is no breakfast at the property as stated in the booking - they have reopened very recently and don't have the kitchen running at the moment. The room we were was very dark but it was ok.
