I don't live in Auckland but am studying at Massey University so the motel was in such a convenient location for me. A short 10 minute easy walk to the University. The motel is also very conveniently located next to lots of different shops, service stations and the mall just across the road. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfy, the bed was lovely, there was a stove top to cook food which Is wonderful. Massive bathroom with free soap and body wash. Overall great experience.

One of the things I love about the Albany Executive Motor Inn, is it's location, because it is only 20 minutes from COSTCO, and 5 minutes from the northern on ramp of the motorway. It is also situated close enough to the Albany Westfield that you can walk, near a number of different eateries. Although it is near the motorway, the noise at the Motor Inn is very limited. The beds have been upgraded since I lasted stayed and were very comfortable, and the rooms are a nice size even sharing with another adult. I also like the quick service that I got from the staff when we had to get assistance. I enjoyed having an early check in, and my son loved the spa bath, at 172 cm tall he was able to still stretch out in it and enjoy the relax.

Having to bother the front desk as there wasn't a plug for either the sink or the spa bath in the room, otherwise I had no complaints whatsoever.

We really loved the spa bath and water pressure. The water temperature was great. The extraction fan wasn't great but if you opened the windows eventually it cleared up. The room and unit was spacious and the internet speed was fantastic. One of our party smokes and was delighted to see ash trays and be able to be near our room. Carparking was easy and location was fantastic. Staff were fantastic and really helpful.

A couple of the lights weren't working and my son found a carving knife under the bed.

Great location with easy walk to the shops and plenty of places to eat. Soft comfortable beds, large bathroom and good little kitchen. Tons of parking and the staff were really helpful amd check in was a breeze.

Double glazing would be great to stop some of the traffic noise, but loved the close proximity to motorways, so understandable.

Staff flexibility, the spa bath

Some swelling of bathroom and kitchen cupboards due to moisture, and there needs to be an extra blanket available for the beds. Thankfully, we had a spare blanket from home, otherwise we would have been cold because reception was closed when we realised there weren't enough blankets.

Convenient, great price, suitable facilities for me, good location to highway and my destination, great location for workout, really cant complain.

ummmmmmmmmm, no complaints, just couldnt work the sky tv but thats really not a complaint.

Great, I would say, basic, clean accomodation. Wifi signal strong. No complaints, fully met my expectations. Shout out to the reception person, very polite and efficient.

No tv streaming but had my tablet for that using their WiFi.

Loved the setting in the rooms, loved the spa bath, lovely area to be in,and would definitely come back there, I just didn't know my way around but soon got use to the area, highly recommend these rooms great for couples

Water pressure was fantastic and unexpectedly we got a spa bath. Mattress was comfortable and wifi was strong.

Bedside lamps were broken and hanging from the wall, but I was told that the rooms are being renovated. The very small rubbish bags.

The manager/reception was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was lovely and room was very big.

The fridge unstable . Mentioned this to 2 different staff members but nothing was done about it.
