The location was perfect, right in the middle of the historic centre of Vienna. Parking available nearby and a pet allowed, which is a bonus. Good communication with the letting agency. Door code provided offline. Good advise on parking. Spacious room, very comfortable.

The room and the building were not cleaned/serviced up to the standard expected. We paid a hefty fee for that and the agency did not respond to our complaints. Examples: only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, dust all over, broken airco vent, damages to walls & no cups for tea. Note that in Vienna all the shops are closed on Sunday, hence if you arrive on Saturday evening like we did you better bring some supplies of your own!

Fabulous, high-ceilinged apartment that exceeded our expectations.

The arrangement for getting the entry code didn’t work for us. We didn’t get the message an hour before check-in, possibly due to poor phone signal as we were killing time until check-in on the streets of Vienna. Several stressful phone calls later we got the code and everything was great from then on. Would be nice to get the code the day before.

Fab location, lots of bakeries, food, nearby good restaurant ax road

We arrived 9.30pm, key code woukd not work, lady we rang did not ring us back as promised so we honestly thought we were going to have to go to a hotel. After other phonecalls /messages a lovely gent reset the code at his end and we got in....but then we dare not go out again next morning...several more phone calls etc we finally got a manual key. Not the best start . Thanks to the gent who sorted the key.

The location Of the apartment is perfect. The view is amazing! Perfect for two pair. It was clean, all kitchen utilities is present for making a dinner.

Some furniture already need to be repaired ( kitchen furniture, dishwasher, shower drain). The wooden deck on the terrace needs to be replaced in some places, little dangerous.

Great location for exploring all the main touristy parts of Vienna. Penthouse was great and quite, lovely views to enjoy breakfast. There is a small lift for those who can't do stairs. Tram stop with one of the major lines is right downstairs, and underground/metro is only 5 minutes walk away. It is a convenient 10 minutes walk to one of the main Christmas markets that they have at Rathausplatz. There is also a delicious coffee shop downstairs, cafes, supermarket (Billa and Spar) for all necessities.

The shower drain was blocked so water leaked out from the stall into the bathroom floor - cleaners need to sort that out. Had 2 coffee pods for the nespresso machine but you'll need to get all other tea/coffee/pantry supplies yourself - alot of airbnbs have these nowadays.

Good size. Very clean. Excellent location. Short walk to the Ringstrasse. The trolley stop is nearby. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower with very hot water. Full kitchen.

The AC was inconsistent. Upstairs kitchen and lounge was perfect, but the downstairs bedroom was too warm.

It was perfectly located and quiet on a night even though it's very central. It was 100% clean and we found the stay very enjoyable overall except a few minor issues.

A light fitting had fallen off the wall exposing live wires, even though it was in quite a high position it would be very dangerous for small children who could have easily climbed and reached this. I sent a message on Saturday night but only got a response on Monday morning saying there are only team members available for 'emergencies' - exposed live wires obviously didn't count? There was also a hole cut out next to the air conditioning unit on the wall, most likely to gain access to a fault but for some reason left a cut out hole on the wall. Not a problem but not what to expect on a 4* stay..

iron and ironingboard, coffeemaker, cleaning utensils - all the amenities were there. The terrace was nice, restaurants and shopping rights outside the door. cutleri, glasses, plates everything was fine

Nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and close to tram stop. Comfortable bed and spacious flat.

Lighting was poor. Needed more pillows. Could use a toaster and instructions for appliances.

Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities you need for a few days stay. Very nice view and balcony is a nice bonus. Convenient check-in and check-out using a code key. The location is good, next to the Parliament Building and the Rathaus, a short walk from the MuseumsQuartier and the Innere Stadt. Very close to metro, tram and grocery stores. Billa is in the building opposite.

I agree with previous comments regarding the dim lighting in the main room, it could be improved. The round table needs to be repaired, we found a bolt from it in one of the vases. There is no sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen.
