Everything was above our expectations: - excellent location: almost every touristic attraction is at a walkable distance, except the beach - for which we took the bus and the bus station is at corner of the street. - everything you need during your stay is already in the room - we asked for ironing facilities, a baby cot and a high chair and they prepared everything before we arrived. Thee is a coffee machine and a dishwasher and coffee and hot cocoa pods were provided during our stay. -the team is the best asset they have: the receptionist were very helpful and friendly and the cleaning team did a great job.

It would be nice to have a breakfast offered by the hotel for those people who don’t want to prepare their breakfast in the morning. From time to time, we noticed an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, but disappeared quickly after we opened the windows.

As a family of 4(2 adults, 2 toddlers) we had everything we needed. We didn’t know that cleaning was included so that was a bonus. We stayed in the 5* hotel across the road the last time, and the rooms are much more spacious and modern in Ramirez Flats. Flor has been a pleasure to deal with.

I don’t know the name of the guy at the reception, but my god he could have been a little more curteous. I have a stroller with 2 kids, and every time the girls at the reception helped me open the door so I could get the babies inside. He never helped open the door. Thank you Flor and the other girls.

The location was wonderful. Near enough to the main city centre by walking and even closer by bus. It was also well connected as there was a bus stop a minute away from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable - able to fit two adults and a 4yo very comfortably. There were utensils provided in the kitchen which allowed for breakfast and snacks in the room as well as a fridge which we could stock up. I would have liked to have the hotel provide breakfast but there was a cafe and supermarket within 2 minutes walk. The air conditioning was brilliant! The windows also had shutters which blacked out the room at night and was perfect in the mornings as it would stay dark until we were ready to sleep. Overall very pleased with our stay and I’d happily recommend to anyone. Great for families too - the ladies at the reception were lovely and my daughter grew very fond of them for the duration of our trip.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming – something you don’t experience often anymore. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The room and the whole property were spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect – quiet, yet still close to everything you need. We loved that bikes were available for guests, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The bikes provided by the hotel are okay for short rides, but I’d recommend renting from a professional bike rental shop if you plan to cycle longer distances – just for more comfort. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Very pleasant accommodation. We especially appreciate the quality windows that are tight and do not let in street noise. In addition, there are blackout blinds available - we really appreciated that and we slept wonderfully. Could not choose better as quiet night and good sleep is the most important while choosing place where to stay. The location is perfect and everything important is within about 20 minutes on foot. The ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful. The building and apartment are clean and modern. You have to walk at least 15 minutes to a good restaurant but it is a very pleasant walk to the center even with kids. We walked a lot and enjoyed the surroundings. We really wanted to soak up the local atmosphere. We used also the bus or taxi to get on the beach or somewhere further. Everyone was nice and willing to advise. Like everywhere in Spain. Thank you very much!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean with very comfy beds and pillows . The hotel has very convenient laundry self service. There was a supermarket across the street as well as gastro bar around the corner.

The room was being thouroughly cleaned at 4 pm one day which for us was a bit late as we were just coming back for rest. We appreciate the cleaning but we needed to wait for more than 20 mins at the lobby with a 4 yo. Given we were leaving the next day, I would have lived with the uncleaned room :) Still, the receptionist was very nice and gave my son more toys to play while we wait.

The booking process was good, the hotel staff communicated excellently before and throughout the process and are available at all times and very supportive. The location if good, though not central; it was no issue for me. The local area is good and safe and the local bus service and metros are excellent. The room was as described and it was comfortable, it is very clean and has all the required facilities in excellent condition.

The room appeared smaller than what I expected. This may be due to the amount of natural light due to building adjacency, low light levels etc. It is suited to one or maximum two people. The locality of good but does not have as many adjacent restaurants and the main city centre core. For information there is no lobby, bar or other facilities within the hotel in which to relax. Therefore it is probably best suited to adult travellers.

This experience truly exceeded all my expectations, and was a delightful surprise! It's been a long time since I've encountered a place that genuinely priorities its clients and offers such top-notch service. I had missed this level of care in the West Europe, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it again. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and I was truly impressed by the attention to every little detail. It was the perfect complement to an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful city of Valencia. A huge thank you to everyone for the exceptional work you do, and a special shout-out to Tamara for being absolutely wonderful - her kindness and support made all the difference!

Kitchen is very well equipped. Coffee machine with a few coffee/cappuccino capsules for free every day. Rooms size is good. Bed is huge and sofa bed is not too uncomfortable like a sofa bed can be. We were there for my mom's bday. On her bday they left a bottle of Spanish wine in the room with a birthday card. So thoughtful. We felt cuddled. Bar/restaurant nearby is good. On the other side of the road, a minimarket and a bar where we got croissants in the morning, etc. Excellent position: close to parks, close to citycentre (20mins walk). Staff were great; helped us booking a table for dinner, suggesting a lovely place for paella.

Great place to explore Valencia with the family. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equiped. Our beds were so comfortable We stayed there as a family of 3 and the sofa bed was comfortable for our child. The kitchen had all you needed for making breakfast or even cook a proper dinner. There is a small supermarket just across the road to buy food. The location is good: Well connected to the city centre and the City of science and there are a few restaurants, tapas bars and cafés around the corner. The staff in the hotel was excellent: Always very friendly and helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp. They greeted us with some sticker and drawing papers for our child and also said they have more toys available to borrow at the reception - very family friendly.

Nothing. I would stay here again!
