The booking process was good, the hotel staff communicated excellently before and throughout the process and are available at all times and very supportive. The location if good, though not central; it was no issue for me. The local area is good and safe and the local bus service and metros are excellent. The room was as described and it was comfortable, it is very clean and has all the required facilities in excellent condition.

The room appeared smaller than what I expected. This may be due to the amount of natural light due to building adjacency, low light levels etc. It is suited to one or maximum two people. The locality of good but does not have as many adjacent restaurants and the main city centre core. For information there is no lobby, bar or other facilities within the hotel in which to relax. Therefore it is probably best suited to adult travellers.

This experience truly exceeded all my expectations, and was a delightful surprise! It's been a long time since I've encountered a place that genuinely priorities its clients and offers such top-notch service. I had missed this level of care in the West Europe, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it again. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and I was truly impressed by the attention to every little detail. It was the perfect complement to an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful city of Valencia. A huge thank you to everyone for the exceptional work you do, and a special shout-out to Tamara for being absolutely wonderful - her kindness and support made all the difference!

Kitchen is very well equipped. Coffee machine with a few coffee/cappuccino capsules for free every day. Rooms size is good. Bed is huge and sofa bed is not too uncomfortable like a sofa bed can be. We were there for my mom's bday. On her bday they left a bottle of Spanish wine in the room with a birthday card. So thoughtful. We felt cuddled. Bar/restaurant nearby is good. On the other side of the road, a minimarket and a bar where we got croissants in the morning, etc. Excellent position: close to parks, close to citycentre (20mins walk). Staff were great; helped us booking a table for dinner, suggesting a lovely place for paella.

Great place to explore Valencia with the family. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equiped. Our beds were so comfortable We stayed there as a family of 3 and the sofa bed was comfortable for our child. The kitchen had all you needed for making breakfast or even cook a proper dinner. There is a small supermarket just across the road to buy food. The location is good: Well connected to the city centre and the City of science and there are a few restaurants, tapas bars and cafés around the corner. The staff in the hotel was excellent: Always very friendly and helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp. They greeted us with some sticker and drawing papers for our child and also said they have more toys available to borrow at the reception - very family friendly.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Cafes and restaurants nearby. All kitchen essentials, laundry detergent, and more provided. Washer and dryer were a huge perk. Parking garage was conveniently located at the hotel.

I wish they had more than 1 washer and 1 dryer, the wait was long for a machine BUT I appreciate the hotel having the option so it’s not really a complaint, more like a possible future suggestion. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the people in their rooms while walking down the hallway.

It was the best apartmant we have ever stayed in. The hotel service is excellent, they take care of every detail you would not even think of. Give you umbrella in rain, beach towel in sunshine, garage for parking, bike to discover Valencia like a local, toothbrush in case you forgot :). Everybody was really, honestly kind. They clean the apartmants daily. The kitchen is so well equiped like home. The location is excellent, 5 min walk to the park, 25 min to the city center (or you take bus 4 which stops nearby the flat), 45 min walk from the sea or you take the bus or bike. We will go nowhere else in Valencia.

The wifi practically does not work. You can connect easily but it is so slow that in practice you cannot even browse a webpage not to mention streaming or video call. As I have unlimited data anyway, it was not an issue for me but it can be annoying. However, everything else was so wonderful that I can forgot the non-existing wifi. :)

The room and it's facilities was great. Kitchen well equipped, we did not miss a thing. The hotel parking place was very convinient. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood, near restaurants, the beautiful park with all the attractions, Gulliver, the science museum and the aquarium. The old city isn't too far either. We did everything by foot with two small kids and they had lots of fun. The hotel staff was fabulous, always very helpful with a smile, especially Tamara who spends the time, explaining and suggesting and would do anything to make your stay great!

The bikes to rent with child seats were not of the best quality. Several bikes are supposed to be compatible with the child seats available but in practice the seats cannot be transferred to another bike and one of the bikes which had a seat already on had flat tires and we had to rent at another place. Thankfully there are several affordable quality bike rental shops around the hotel.

The fact that it is located quite close to the historic center (20 minutes on foot) and the City of Arts and Sciences (10-15 minutes on foot) is a big advantage. Additionally, the reception staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. We had issues with the heating system on the first night, and the person at the reception was very kind and eager to resolve the problem. They called an electrician, even though it was Friday evening, past 9 PM, who came and fixed the issue. A big plus in this regard for the staff and the team.

Unfortunately, the bed is quite short, and for a taller person like me, I had to sleep diagonally to fit 😅. Another downside is the bathroom, which is tiny and lacks any space or shelf where you can place the clothes you plan to wear after getting out of the shower. You have to undress and dress in the bedroom. An even bigger downside is the noise from the bar on the ground floor, where they move tables and chairs from the terrace late at night, after midnight, or rearrange them in the morning when you’d still like to sleep a bit—but you can’t really 😅.

The property was amazing beautiful and clean, spacious had everything we needed. Kitchen had microwave, coffee machine toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher. Spacious bathroom, luxurious shower with hot powerful shower. Location probably 20 min walk to city centre, same to arts and science area and beach maybe 30mins. Overall we found location to be great. We hired the bikes they have for 4 hrs and rode to the beach and through arts and science area and jardin Turia great way to get around a little quicker and bike paths everywhere. Staff were totally fantastic went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed. Special shout outs to Elisa, Celia and Tamara who are super friendly and helpful and we thank them so much you made our stay even better. Car parking onsite for a fee or you can find free parking in the street in front of hotel. Definitely stay again
