I was on summer. Excellent air. So good to go to balcony to work with computer. Close to hiking routes. Mountain View is charming in the morning . Breakfast is fair. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Sauna + pool is excellent addition. ***Dani on reception was very service oriented and helped me several times. Really made my stage very joyful

Certain lack of privacy on rooms because balconies has no walls between rooms. guy standing on neighbouring balcony can watch you inside the room so you need to close the windows and door curtains . Breakfast is not very rich. Location. Good only if you have a rented car otherwise you have a lot to walk to the city. On summary, supermarkets are not opened in the surrounding so you need to go long way and back almost hiking :-)

I like location of the hotel, really close to the Pirin park and hiking area to the mountains. Tasty breakfast. Quite area. Very warm in room which is good for winter time. Really nice swimming pool and hot sauna. Additionally I booked massage - very good specialist. Finally, thanks a lot to receptionist Teodor who gave me a medicine when I had temperature on my lasts days, it was really helpful. It’s nice place for solo, for family and friends traveling.

It was a bit stiff mattress and I used another cover. Gym has simple equipment but it’s enough for session (It would be nice to upgrade some equipment).

Very friendly staff, helping us out on anything that we needed. Really good to have storage for the ski equipment and a free shuttle from the hotel to the Gondola lift. The hotel is situated in a good location. Breakfast was really good. We had dinner too, lovely food and really good portions, we were really pleased! Recommended and we will come back for sure. Thank you very much for everything.

An improvement I would suggest it would be to gym! It felt left abandoned. Pieces of machinery left on the floor on some old mat and some machines didn't work very well. Not a deal-breaker to us. However I would suggest to take care of those facilities a little bit more, including SPA and Pool.

Lovely spa and gorgeous pool. Lovely panoramic view of mountains (especially at sunset). Free shuttles to gondola between 8-9am and 4-5pm otherwise it's a 20 min walk. However, it is a short 5 min walk to the piste (so you can ski down to the gondola pretty easily). Also it is up near the forest with hiking trails nearby and 20 min walk to a lovely swimming hole. Staff were amazing (especially Teodor), very helpful and facilitated a trip to the nearby hot springs.

The breakfast was very healthy and tasty. I felt like in my own home and had an amazing view of the mountaint with a big balcony and spacious room. The bathroom was roomy, and the water was hot with high pressure. Everything was very clean and arranged. The beds were so comfortable as well. What I liked most were the services and the hospitable and honorable behavior of the hosts. Thank you for everything.

They drink ness and don't have real coffee.

The property was always warm, clean and there was generally staff available to help if needed. The rooms were made up every day which I think is a great touch.

I was really disappointed by the state of the spa. The pool was freezing, the steam room wasn’t on and the sauna, whilst lovely and hot, had a few broken panels. It seemed like a wasted opportunity for a nice large space, that looks like it could be a lovely spa.

The view is really amazing and breathtaking. The staff was very friendly to us.

The neighbors were too close to us. The balcony separation is absolutely transparent. And I saw what I wouldn't like to see. The breakfast was good but the same all 3 days without any change.

It was clean and the location was ok, better if you have a car. The staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast ok, not so many options but we managed. The rooms were spacious and warm.

A bit overpriced, we stayed for the New Years’ Eve. On the 31st of December we run out of hot water for the shower. Maybe it was full and everybody showered at the same time:) For the other days the water was hot.

The stuff is awesome and so helpful! Apartments were warm and clean. Tasty breakfasts. Free sauna and swimming pool made the weekend even for those who are not skiing.

Skipass prices in Bansko :) No word to say against the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very nice location and view. Nice breakfast. Billy at the reception was awesome!!!

The only thing I didn't like was that for a double bed they had only 2 single blankets. Not really comfortable and nice for a couple.
