The bed was very comfortable and in general the room was nice. Breakfast was good.

The location! Even though the location itself is good, as the hotel is located very close to the Hauptbahnhof and on walking distance from the city center, the street is very noisy and it felt very unsafe. The exact street was all the time crowded by many groups of men who were fighting or shouting at each other, ALL THE TIME! In the evenings I had to close the window in order to be able to fall asleep. Although I didn't have any unpleasant experience, I was not really feeling safe to walk along in the evenings. Also the room was not the cleanest one. The floor was not cleaned throughout the whole stay and I was there for the whole working week. Dust was in every corner even when I came.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, and not too far from the historic centre. My room was spacious and comfortable, and reasonably priced. The personnel was friendly, and the restaurant area seemed nice, although I did not use it.

Although it did not bother me, the area can become a bit dodgy at night with group of men hanging on corners of the street. Perhaps not ideal for solo female travelers.

Loved the room. Modern and comfy. Nice and warm too as it was quite cold and miserable out. helpful staff at reception. Gave me spot on directions to Marienplatz.

Did say on the website there was tea and coffee facilities, well i had 2 fruit tea sachets which was fine for an evening drink but really could have done with a coffee in the morning. I'm sure if i'd noticed i could have probably got one from reception but it was late. Checked out early and no-one was at reception so just left my key on the desk. I had paid on arrival so presumed it was ok to do this.

Lovely evening meal. Lovely food. Shower, separate toilet, washing facilities all goood.

The arrangement of the bed was not ideal. Noise from courtyard outside on going to sleep Movement of furniture, too much loud noise at back of hotel. Hotel room too hot for October, had to open windows, made the noise outside even louder Breakfast expensive , you could walk over the road and get a good breakfast in the cafe, for half the price

Nice bathroom, shower, querky unusual front entrance with brewery

Initially thought the room was dirty as floor had some fluff and a lot of dirty marks, however to be fair the bathroom , bed and rest of room was very clean. Was only given 1 single toilet roll throughout the whole stay (even though it was only half used!) would have expected a spare. Room.advertised as tea/ coffee maker etc however there was only 3 fruit tea bags, would have expected some coffee sachets and some milk containers.

The room was large and clean with a modern bathroom, and the bed was excellent. Location was great for the train although the street is under repair.

The self-check in/out was slow and frustrating. So was the info portal. My bathroom sink didn’t drain. No light in the shower. No air-con. The wifi password is in the lift (I had to phone up).

I like the room it was spacious and clean. I appreciated being right in front of the elevator.

One day my room wasn't cleaned. The girls at the reception area were not very friendly. The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday which was a pain especially in that neighborhood. When the restaurant was open the person doing the seating was rude in addition to the whole restaurant was booked.. I was surprised they didn't suggest ordering and taking it to my room. So to say I'm disappointed

I had a really big room and it was spotless clean. I loved the location - close to the railway station and in a lively multicultural environment. The only little problem was noise: Both evenings there was a lot of noise from partying people in nearby restaurants until rather late at night. But it was not a a big nuisance, and I would certainly book a room in mk again if I came to Munich.

Sound insulation, thick walls, good doors. Also it is relatively cheap for this nice room. The style of room is fine.

The absence of coffe machine. The absence of fridge. And the absence of air cooling system. Also bathroom is absent. Douche is a just glass wall and the sink is right in a room. Not my taste. Also nicer to have some more furniture for clothes.

The beds were super comfy and everything was clean. I didn't have the wifi pass anywhere in the room, so I had to ask for it . The location was a bit stressfull to get to at night. If your coming from the central station there seem to be weird people around so you don't wanna take too long.
