Location

The hotel room was located 250-300 meters away from the main building, making it inconvenient to access other facilities such as the reception, kitchen, and dining area. As a result, I found it inconvenient to walk back and forth, especially when requesting additional towels or breakfast while still in their pajamas.

Great location , close to main attractions in the San Marco. Friendly staff Clean and tidy room. Loved the decor. A lot of eating places and shops nearby.

Very average breakfast with rather late start timings at 8 am. We had breakfast only one day as the other day we had to travel before 8 am. We were not offered to take coffee or breakfast with us and our request declined when asked. An earlier start around 7 am would be helpful to most of the tourists.

We loved everything. Our expectations were not high given the reviews, but the main thing that matters to us is the location. The hotel is 150m from piazza San Marco. Unbeatable. Lovely and warm staff, even recommended a gluten free restaurant that was amazing. This is the best quality-price deal ever. The room was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view... the breakfast too was very nice, with options. Totally recommend this place!

Breakfast was so bad and simple

This hotel is very close to San Marco Square and many food and espresso options. For the price, the location is excellent and easy to find based on their directions, the pin on the map from the booking.com address was not correct. Using Google maps and searching the hotel name provided the correct pin location. GOOD A/C in the room!!! Decent and adequate breakfast and coffee that was included in the price.

It was very clean, and we were surprised by the interior of the room on the fourth floor (the atmosphere was perfect). Even though breakfast was simple, the croissants were delicious. The location is perfect, it's only 3 minutes from the main square

I really needed some vegetables for breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights so it was not a huge problem. But for one who stays longer, the breakfast might seem too limited in variety

The room was nice, cosy (old-style decorations) and clean and had its own bathroom and a mini fridge. It was a quiet area even if it was by a busy little walking path to San Marcus Square, just a few minutes away. Having breakfast was the only real contact we had with the actual hotel apart from the friendly staff at breakfast and reception. It was a basic breakfast with some bread, yoghurt, juice and a hot drink, just as advertised on the website.

The only downside was that the room was located a 2 min walk from the actual hotel - so getting breakfast required going there. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable but worked well most of the time.

It was clean and close to the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was really good.

The reception was closed during the day and nobody was there to open the door for us. We waited a couple minutes and a maintenance worker came out and opened the door for us. Later that day we asked the receptionist and he said it was a mistake and it rarely happens.

MVP location, though we got a different room around the corner, closer to the canal.

Our sink was rather loose upon arrival, partially disattached from the wall, as I reported this the staff seemed to be helpfull and confirmed they will fix it. Breakfast is very simple, no veggies or fruit, good to grab a few bites, but totally skippable.

Eccellente location, quiete a walk from station but very local with lots of restaurants, shops and canale right out the door. San Marco Square less than a 5 minute walk. Fridge in room was nice to have. Good air conditioning and nice large shower. Would stay again.

Wifi kept cutting out.
