The place is definitely wonderful, it is my second time to stay there. I always prefer the higher floors, it is so good to look at the whole city from a higher place. Good location, near shopping center, bus stop, train station …. All the facilities are good, coffer maker, washing machine, and juice maker exceed my expectations.
First of all, I notice there are two parts composed of the door lock, however, I couldn’t lock the above part, which made me a little worried about the safety, though it’s unnecessary. Secondly, I was a bit unhappy with the WiFi problem. I need to check out before 12pm today, and I had a very important meeting from 8:30-9:30, I had to log out of the meeting for about 10 mins due to password to the WiFi had been changed but without telling me in advance. In the final, the WiFi was back to normal but I missed the most important part of this important meeting. 😭

The location of the accommodation is perfect for a city centre base. The staff that checked us on were friendly and very helpful. They even upgraded us to a One Bedroom Apartment complimentary, which was a lovely gesture. The room was amazing, such a good size with brilliant amenities. We were only doing a one night stay, so didn't use all on offer in the apartment but the coffee machine and complimentary coffee was a lovely touch on Sunday morning. Really nice to have a pint of milk in the fridge as well. The beds were very comfortable. We purchased the parking voucher from the accommodation, which made the leaving process easier. We had no rush to get back to Moor Street Car Park and leave. The Car Park was a short walk to the hotel through Selfridges, so was ideal. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Birmingham.

Very well decorated and had all the kitchen appliances you needed. Great complimentary toiletries. Good size rooms for a couple. The view of Birmingham was amazing. Receptionist was super helpful. Rang in advance to ask about parking and was able to send me parking suggestions via text. Super friendly lady was able to help with our queries. Location was fantastic. Bullring shopping centre and bars, restaurants at your doorstep. Glass milk bottles in fridge was a nice touch:) bought back memories as a child . I would stay again and highly recommend.
Parking was expensive, although staying at the Rotunda you get a discount. Your car is secure as parking is closed from 12am-6am. The cost of parking was minor issue as its the centre of Birmingham so wasn't a surprise. Nothing to say about the Rotunda itself, was a perfect place to stay.

Better if it could offer breakfast ingredients in freezer at cost. The kitchen facilities are well equipped and thoughtful. Staff is willing to help.
No drop off point for cars. We have to bring 3 big luggage, each weigh over 20 kg, all the way from NCP Grand Central car park to the hotel, which is a long way to go. The design of the glass panel in the shower space doesn’t work at all. After shower, the entire floor is wet as the glass panel only covers half of the shower space. No air-con. It’s hot when the window is closed but disturbing with the noise of whirling wind when it’s opened. Washing machine is out of order.

Lisa on reception was the most professional greeter. She called before hand to check our approx arrival time and then welcomed us when we came through the door. Once she realised it was our 1st year wedding anniversary she gave us prosecco and arranged for a card to be in our room once we returned after our evening out . She sent a text to tell us where to find champagne flutes. Loved the space in the apartment too and great city views

I was met by Lisa at the reception who was very engaging and very helpful above and beyond what you normally get,she was a star. Even took me outside to point out where the better Taxi queue was located, Room was spotless and had a great view I was on the 17th floor So, all in all I would have no hesitation stopping here again in the future. When you first get there it doesn't seem very quiet, but once you get the sliding door/window closed and the curtains closed and cuddle up in the very well positioned bed, the room is super quiet. This was our second stay this year, and it's amazing to see the construction taking place in Birmingham. We were right over the train station this time. We hadn't been sure we wanted to return, but the price was better than a lot of nearby more boring hotels so we tried it again and had a great experience.
Nothing really. This is like an aparthotel, except there are staff at the door, what's not to like?
