The room was surprisingly spacious, clean and well-equipped as we expected far less based on the odd location. The shared private locking shower room and toilet room was NOT an issue. The beds were comfortable and the comforters larger than all others stays in the previous 2 weeks, which was nice. The small fridge worked and the room had a nice sized TV. I appreciated the sink in the room equipped with clean water glasses and soap and towels. We received passwords for the WiFi which work well. Decent location for shopping and dining.

Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare for us. We did not realize that this off-site room was managed by a hotel a few blocks away. That was confusing and I think the instructions could be improved upon.

Very clean and spacious. In the center of everything, everything was just short walks away.

The location is difficult to get to considering where you have to check in and parking is terrible but it's bearable considering how close everything is. Just difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

If you're looking only for a place to sleep, this is perfect. The bed is comfortable and it has a little fridge and a sink inside the room which is very handy so you don't have to use the public one. The bathroom and showers are outside for everyone on the same floor to use, but they were always free when we went, and they were kept clean, so no issue with that. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The room itself is a bit small even for 2 people with a big luggage, but we still managed.

It was not very easy to find the place.You have to find Hotel Luzernhof first for checking and collecting the keys.Then you need to walk to the property.Apart from this annoying detail ,the property is clean and gives you a specious feeling.

I love the room very much because it has a good view. And the location is close to the train and bus station. It is exactly what I was looking for. Plus the good breakfast included.

The only thing not good is I have to share the bathroom.

I was very happy with my single room. It was generous in size and I appreciated the table, fridge and wash basin. I enjoyed the challenge of finding the building, which was made easy by the clear instructions given at the hotel reception desk and the fact that I arrived in daylight. I had read reviews, so wasn't expecting beautiful views from the window, but the location is very central and within easy walking distance to Lucern's wonderful attractions and to the station. The no. 1 bus, which takes you to the foot of the Pilatus cable car, stops on Loewenplatz, which is really close by. The reception at the hotel will give you a guest pass, which entitles you to free bus travel in the local area. I didn't find the shared washroom area a problem as there is more than one toilet on each floor and the rooms have washbasins.

A hint of a stale smell as you walked in, or was it cleaning products. Otherwise all good!

An absolute gem of an apartment right in the city centre. Perfect for longer stays as well as our short one with plenty of space for a large group. The deco is also very unique!

Location was close to the train station. There was a lift. The shower on the second floor had great water pressure. Even though the bathrooms were shared, it was never not available.

As advertised, there was no air conditioning but there was a fan.

Lovely location. Upgraded from sharing bathroom to small apartment. Clean. Had everything we needed. Staff so helpful.

Sink did clog on last day.

Spacious. Good cooker/dishwasher/washing machine. Convenient supermarket. Nice balcony with great views.
