The animation team were wonderful - especially those who look after the children in kids' club. They'd learnt our boys' names after the first visit and made the effort to seek them out and say hello at dinner and around the pool. The animation team by the pool worked really hard to pull guests together and get involved. There were always plenty of sun loungers after breakfast at 9.30/10am. Family suite was a good set up for a family of 4 - gives adults and kids their own space. Food was good - lots of variety each day but some staples. Really enjoyed the tagines. Great location for visiting Marrakesh.

Dinner service - more staff needed. Those working were rushed off their feet so we often sat with plates on our table that didn't get cleared before moving on to the next course.

Staff are very friendly, I brushed up on my French as everyone said you needed to speak French - that isn’t the case. 95% of the staff speak English. Good choice of food, there is something for everyone and the pizzas are exceptional. Entertainment every night, but buy and miss if it’s something you’d like, that being said it was ok. You never struggled to get a subbed.

No host in the restaurant, if there wasn’t a table set up (most of the time) you’re a bit lost as to where to sit. They need a place to leave dirty towels by the pool. Wine in the restaurant is always warm.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great heated pool, good selection of food & excursions easily booked.

Lack of information - a book with all the activities and number for reception / spa would be super helpful. Would be good for reception to explain / take towel deposits on check in Housekeeping replenishments bit hot or miss.

The property was kept very clean and tidy. I wasn't keen on the little zoo but otherwise everything else was lovely. The animation team worked very hard and there was plenty to do if you wanted to but you could just sunbathe if you didn't. There was a free shuttle bus into the medina ( about 20mins away). The food was a buffet which we found fine, plenty of choice, even for the member of the family who is gluten free..the chef was very helpful pointing out what was OK and what was not. Our rooms very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much

Animation, they can do better when I compared to other clubs where I've been. I was disappointed on the Moroccan night both on the dinner theme and the show. being Moroccan I was expecting to have a great and unforgettable night putting out gastronomy and culture on the spot, but it was a big disappointment, and I wasn't proud of what was presented. I hope they will make an effort in the future and be creative.

The room was clean , the bed was very comfortable , the pool was good , plenty of towels in the pool . Plenty of water

The same menu every day just slightly different , personally I don’t like the food is not tasty . every day chips plenty of sauce (mayonnaise ketchup and similar sauce) for nothing. We have to wait for cups and coffee cups for minutes to come . The orange juice is mixed with squash not real . The stuff is the bar ignored kids , because they give priority to adult many time I have to go my self to order.

Everything was very good. The hotel is beautiful, full of flowers and very clean. Animation team is great, many things to do for children and for adults. A professional fitness coach arranges different activities every day, highly recomment to visit all! Food and wine was ok. Shuttle bus to the center and back to the hotel. Kids almost cried didn´t want to leave, and so did I.

The big pool was cold, but we knew that only one pool was haeted, so it is ok. Evening shows were too late for our family - at 22:45. Once I saw that cook (or another kitchen worker) skreams at a waitress, I was shocked, it is not acceptable!

I had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! Everything was great, but what made it truly special was the amazing staff. A big thank you to Sara, Coach Aziz, Mario, and Fati. the animation team was top-notch and made every day enjoyable. Your energy and kindness really stood out. Kenzi club is always welcoming from the moment you arrive at the hotel. Security, reception and the drivers are wonderful and informative. Bar staff restaurant staff are always delivering service with a smile. Shout out to youseff Yassine and Fettah in the restaurant and chef Ali who will accommodate whatever you need. Animations team are amazing especially Sam youseff and medo from kids club. Club Eldorado staff are friendly in particular arif, latif and Bader. Rooms are spacious and clean and the grounds are lush and green. We have an amazing stay and look forward to returning.

It was perfect, perhaps water in the rooms however it really isn’t any issue collecting water from any of the bars or restaurants.

This was one of the best hotels iv stayed in in Marrakesh! Just wow the hotel is huge and beautiful the pools were amazing one was even heated perfect for the more chilly months the food was gorgeous great selection and the staff were so helpful friendly and welcoming the room was so big I was upgraded to the suite and I would highly recommend this room if travelling with children as there is plenty of space I will be back to this hotel for sure very soon!! This hotel Made my experience in Marrakesh wonderful and I’m so happy I chose this hotel
