Impressed by the good WIFI and the cleanliness. And a very nice restaurant which we have dined there 2 times. We plan to stay there again during our November visit.

Perhaps some complimentary bottle drinking waters and room slippers to be provided.

I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

Some days the reception is not staffed after 5pm which seems a bit early (though once you've checked in you can get in at any time). But the staff are lovely and respond to messages very quickly, you just need to let them know in advance that you'll be arriving later so they can arrange an out-of-hours check-in.

Staff were friendly, professional, helpful with useful information, even when faced with difficult customers / situations (I observed 2 x situations which were handled professionally with kindness and respect). Free parking Hotel and public areas were clean, tidy and smelt lovely. Shower was fabulous Bed was comfortable TV & Wifi worked well Useful information was readily at hand. Room was well equipped - lots of tea & coffee, lots of milk in fridge, lots of hangers, and towels Room Decor was pleasant

Nothing that I didn't like. An external bin area / chute would be useful for room service food / take away food rubbish

stayed in the family room and it was perfect for our needs. my husband is a wheelchair user and the normal bathroom was fine for his needs fir our short stay. we brought along our own shower bench and he was able transfer through the large shower door without issue. room was quiet and the staff super friendly and helpful. excellently positioned for our trip to suncorp stadium. just 2 trains stops away, although we did drive because we get parking beside the stadium and it was a shirt drive even in afternoon traffic. 3 accessible parking spots in the small parking garage but also a ton of free street parking in the area.

Very much clean... Balconies are perfect.. furnitures are new and perfect... Reception was lovely and polite..

The room was cold, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning was broken. I asked them to repair it, but they did not or could not, idk. They did not inform me about this. But they gave me a small heater to get hot. And, the location is good but if you want to go to city center every day, it is tiring to get public transportation.

Clean, nice shower, free parking, liked short walk to a great breakfast place and short drive to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. One of the few places that had 3 beds in one room, so we appreciated that! Pictures were accurate!

Late check in process requiring sending documents, photocopies, seems outdated and cumbersome. They do not have 24-hr front desk concierge like most hotels we have been to. However, we did call and they were able to help over the phone instead. The decor is a bit outdated and strange.

We continue to return here for a variety of reasons-the friendliness of the staff, the accommodations, the price, and most certainly, the location. There’s several food locations in close proximity, including downstairs, and Streets Beach, Indooroopilly, and Mt. Coot-Tha are all short drives (less than 10 min.) away. We are made to felt welcome in a foreign place, which is of great comfort. Thank you to this staff. We will continue to return and recommend the Jephson.

The apartment was good and extremely clean. The location was very good because it is walking distance to big shopping malls so getting food is not a problem at all. Also, it is near to trains and bus station and I can get to the city centre within 20 minutes!

I stayed on the low floor so initially I was worried about safety. But the hotel security is very tight so I got nothing to worry about! Everything about the hotel is awesome, so there is no dislike!

10 minute walk from Toowong railway station. This hotel is on the periphery of the restaurants, shops and only 5 minutes walk to the High Street, where a reliable bus service takes you to all areas of Brisbane. The staff are terrific, very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless both in the room and all communal areas. Loved our stay and just wish it could have been for longer!

I love Hotel Jephson. This was my second time staying, and it's such a great spot. The rooms are so spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. And i really love having my own balcony. It's in a great spot, so many good restaurants nearby, including the Japanese one attached. The bathrooms are a vibe, love the marble work.. I always feel so comfortable staying here, very convenient location, close to the river, I walked into the city and it was a gorgeous walk along the river. And the ferries and trains are also so close. Absolutely recommend this place.
