Impressed by the good WIFI and the cleanliness. And a very nice restaurant which we have dined there 2 times. We plan to stay there again during our November visit.

Perhaps some complimentary bottle drinking waters and room slippers to be provided.

stayed in the family room and it was perfect for our needs. my husband is a wheelchair user and the normal bathroom was fine for his needs fir our short stay. we brought along our own shower bench and he was able transfer through the large shower door without issue. room was quiet and the staff super friendly and helpful. excellently positioned for our trip to suncorp stadium. just 2 trains stops away, although we did drive because we get parking beside the stadium and it was a shirt drive even in afternoon traffic. 3 accessible parking spots in the small parking garage but also a ton of free street parking in the area.

We continue to return here for a variety of reasons-the friendliness of the staff, the accommodations, the price, and most certainly, the location. There’s several food locations in close proximity, including downstairs, and Streets Beach, Indooroopilly, and Mt. Coot-Tha are all short drives (less than 10 min.) away. We are made to felt welcome in a foreign place, which is of great comfort. Thank you to this staff. We will continue to return and recommend the Jephson.

The apartment was good and extremely clean. The location was very good because it is walking distance to big shopping malls so getting food is not a problem at all. Also, it is near to trains and bus station and I can get to the city centre within 20 minutes!

I stayed on the low floor so initially I was worried about safety. But the hotel security is very tight so I got nothing to worry about! Everything about the hotel is awesome, so there is no dislike!

I love Hotel Jephson. This was my second time staying, and it's such a great spot. The rooms are so spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. And i really love having my own balcony. It's in a great spot, so many good restaurants nearby, including the Japanese one attached. The bathrooms are a vibe, love the marble work.. I always feel so comfortable staying here, very convenient location, close to the river, I walked into the city and it was a gorgeous walk along the river. And the ferries and trains are also so close. Absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing..

room size is larger than normal hotel, the balcony is a bonus. location is excellent, 5 mins train ride to CBD or by ferry or bus from nearby stations. plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby also shopping centre is very close so coles/woolies/bakery/fruit shop/nail shops/barber/hairdresser are easily accessible. chemistware house is across the road, doctors nearby, pathology, dentist, in case needed. domino pizza is across the road for those lazy nights. but really you should try many yummy restaurants/cafes nearby, japanese, taiwanese, dessert cafe, vietnamese, mexican, chinese, burgers, etc etc

the safe is still not working, twice we stayed in the same room, the safe was still in the same condition, not working.

This hotel was amazing. Definitely one of best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely affordable, the room was very spacious and it had one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was beautiful and had a huge double headed shower. There was plenty of food places around and the shopping center and city wasn’t far either. I will definitely be booking again if I ever need to stay that way again. The staff were also fantastic and made check in and checkout very easy

We liked everything

Easy check in, very clean and large room. Very large and comfy bed. Explanation how remote worked, could watch every channel on earth. Even mini bar with snacks and drinks, we did not use. The room had a fridge, kettle, tea and coffe, milk, biscuits. Large toilet area and large shower and shower head, just wonderful. Nice balcony with chairs and table. Free parking. Location very good, just a few minutes walk to Toowong shopping centre. Even quicker check out.

No usb charger in room.

location is superb, have stayed many times for this reason alone. close to bus and train stations, close to many cafes/restaurants/shopping centre/doctors/hairdressers/chemistwarehouse/doctors/pathologies. and free parking is a bonus

this time, we were ,unfortunately, allocated a room with a broken safe, offered another smaller room which has an interconnect door to the next-door room as replacement so we decided to stay in the original room and stored our documents at a friend's house. at least, the reception girl tried to solve the problem.

The location was perfectly positioned with a short walk from Toowong raiway station. I caught the airport train and changed trains at Bowen Hills for Toowong and the Jephson Hotel. It was a very simple change and transfer of trains. The room was comfortable with the addition of the balcony facing Sherbrook Street. The bed was very comfortable. The young man who cleaned my room was polite and did a good job. Tea and coffee along with a mini bar selections were available. It was possible to do a lovely walk by the riverside as well from this hotel. The Regatta Hotel is a lovely venue to visit or a lovely meal. It is an enjoyable walk from the Jephson Hotel.

I was a bit disappointed to see that a toaster was not included in the room. There was also no microwave to use either. A bit disappointing as there was not a restaurant currently open in the hotel as far as I was aware. Having said that there were numerous cafes and restaurants close by to choose from including the Regatta Hotel which was wonderful. A good walking distance from the Jephson Hotel.
