Great apartment in a fantastic location, staff were really helpful.

The description could do with mentioning: - ALL of the property is up two flights of stairs with no lift (it mentions that upper levels are accessible only by stairs, but they are all on the upper level) - the fridge in the room is a minibar only: it is barely cold. The fridge available is shared with every room in another corridor. - the sharp knives, bottle opener, iron and clothes airer are also shared- so is someone else is using them you may not have the facility None of this would prevent me from using it again, and I would still recommend it but I also like to know what to expect.

The hotel was located in a very nice area. The metro station “Oktogon” was just downstairs. There were also other facilities like Tram and bus stations.But even if you prefer to walk everything is at a decent distance so you don’t have to always take the public transport. The entire area around was amazing with beautiful architecture at every corner with a lot of trees so it’s great for walking and sightseeing. There were also many restaurants and cafeterias. There is also a big Spar-shop if you prefer. I strongly recommend this hotel both for its great staff and its appartaments which are great, comfortable and cozy. We loved it, hope you will too!

An impressive, yet typical building from Budapest hosts this perfect place for your stay. The street in front of it is very quiet, yet very close to Oktogon intersection, one of the most important in Pest. Restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops - everything you need is there. Paid parking place can be easily found on the street, or in the parking buildings around. The rooms are very cozy and warm, with all the facilities needed for short or medium stay. The host are extremely kind and willing to help. Check-in/check-out it's quick and easy.

Hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Location was fantastic, easy access to tourist attractions through public transport (or walking). On a quiet street so we slept very well. Hotel staff were very nice and arranged an easy self check in.

The hotel was perfect for us, nothing wrong! The hotel doesn’t have a lift and is on the second floor so there are lots of stairs, but they let us know this before we arrived and this was not a problem for us.

The accommodation is in a central road between St.Stephen's Square and the hero Square so it's the perfect location for you to explore the city by foot (and if you don't like that there is a station near by for tram or bus ). The room was amazing even better than the photos and the hospitality was excellent She waited for us even after the working hours (it's not a 24h reception and was 25th of December ) just to welcome us and give as all's the information we need it

Everything was excellent

Everything! The location, the orange cat in the reception, how comfortable the bed is, the bathroom, the washing machine outside the room, the balcony inside the room.

It’s on the third floor and you have to go around the stairs on the second floor to the get to the third level. The building doesn’t have an elevator. The blankets and the cover had stains. The bathroom doesn’t have soap, shampoo, conditioner, or anything except toilet paper. You have to bring your own!

Great place at the center of the city (in Pest side). You can go pretty much everywhere on foot. As far as nightlife goes you are also very close to bars, clubs, pubs and all that stuff. Even if you are in the midlle of the whole thing, the street is quiet and the rooms are too. The staff is very helpful.

The soap dispenser next to the sink must be readjusted because you can't use it. Simple consumables that don't pass the airport are not included (for example toothpaste).

The location is close to main attractions and there is also a good restaurant close-by (Ferdinand Monarchia Etterem). The lady at the reception was nice. We found a parking spot right in front, you have to pay between 8-22 during the week and during the weekend it’s free. There is also a good gelateria in the neighbourhood - Hizsteria Cremeria.

The blankets were kind of worn out and had some spots on them, the kitchen also wasn’t cleaned so well and the sponge they gave us wasn’t new.

I do really think we got everything what we needed in Octogon house...friendly welcoming, sparkling clean room with a bathtub, silence around and convenient location close to the very center of Budapest. We even used the kitchen ,since it is so light and spacious , so it was cozy to have breakfast there! The place is quite cool in the spirit of Budapest. The most comfortable bad ever!

There is nothing I didn't like honestly! Definitely coming back there one day!

The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building, so rooms had tall ceilings. The beds were spacious and extremely comfortable. Location is perfect, near two metro stations and tons of tram stops, but in a quiet street.

Small kitchenettes were not very well equipped, but you can find everything you might need for a short stay. Fridge is not located inside the appartment, but in a small foyer shared by two/three appartments.
