We stayed here in mid February 2025 for one night only. I booked panorama Suite since the room would fit 6 of us. The room was beautiful and spacious. Amazing sound system which can be connected to our handphone by bluetooth. The best about the room is the view of Rhine River. We watched beautiful sunrise from the window of our room. My adult children loved the soda provided. We had fun with the time travel. The hotel is only a walking distance to the train station, the cathedral, old town, and the river. We were also able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out.

The worst is no beddings provided for two people that slept on the sofa bed. No extra blankets or pillows when I already mentioned in my booking that it was for 6 people. Had I realised earlier I would have contact the front desk. We only noticed about it quite late. The room can get too cold at night and the only heater provided was from the air cond/ heater blower and it was not helpful. With no blankets provided, it was quite uncomfortable for those who slept on the sofa bed. The bathroom also missing shower curtain / glass door. There's a reminder that said do not wet the floor but there is no partition or shower curtain to protect other areas in the bathroom from getting wet. The smaller bathroom in the smaller room also lacked privacy.

The hotel is well located and walking distance to the Cathedral and a lot of the other historical sites we wanted to see. Close to the hop on off bus stop 1. We thought we would have issues being on level 1 and the pub below but it wasn’t too bad.

The only issue we had was the taxi refused to drive up the cobblestone road and drop us so we had to drag our big bags the last 600 metres. When we wanted to go back to the train station they refused to pick us up. Be prepared to drag you bags across the cobblestones and the. Up to the station which is walkable but with heavy bags and rain not fun

We stayed for 2 nights in a large double room overlooking the Rhein river. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and having a fridge in the room was very handy. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the central train station, the cathedral,etc. The view was great. It was busy outside but the windows adequately blocked the noise when closed. The restaurant below the accommodation served delicious food and drinks competitively priced for the area, especially when using the 10% off voucher provided by the hotel.

The cleanliness could have been a little better. Previous guests item in the shower, plastic mugs instead of china which held an old coffee odour, scatter cushion covers not clean. The iPad in the room did not switch on but we did not really need to use it anyway.

Great location and clean.

Just a bit expensive for a small room, but the location is a big attraction. My room was in the adjoining building which meant that I could not take the elevator all of the way to my room, so it was annoying to carry my bags up a flight of stairs. There was a very small free breakfast available, but the facilities could not handle many people. Otherwise, it was a good choice for a short stay.

I have stayed her multiple times. The rooms are comfortable both in colder weather and this last stay when it was scalding hot outside. It has a nice little fridge to cool your drinks. It is always a fun adventure finding your room. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I try to stay here all the time but always booked. Hey maybe I should give 1 stars so people stay away. I only speak English and luckily for me, also speak English

It is always lovely

The hotel is in an excellent location in the old part of town, easy walk from the cathedral/train station & lovely views of the river. Staff were all excellent, friendly & easy to communicate with, great language skills. Room was lovely & clean and we were able to leave our bags at reception before check in to make the most of our trip.

Some noise at night but you are right in the middle of the busy old town area so it’s to be expected, it didn’t affect our stay, we wanted to stay in this area for ease of walking to the city’s main attractions, whilst enjoying the great views of the river.

The location, room and staff were really good. Everything is really close and easy to get to by walking. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were polite and helpful with any request.

The complementary breakfast could have been a bit better arranged, with better space management and more often cleanings as well as a few more pastries (not necessarily more options but more of the existing options). Also covering the totality of the parking cost would have been nice too, however understandably it was not.

The location is fantastic. It is in walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. I booked river side view and it was lovely. There was a tablet in the room with all kinds of information what to do, eat, see and so on and the room has a small fridge so you can keep drinks and food cold.

There is an air condition in the room and when it was turned off there was a small sound coming from it.

Tiny tiny bathroom, not the hotels fault but I had a terrible time finding the recommended carpark, that was then not motorcycle Friendly. Recommend you just park on almost pedestrian road at back of hotel.
