Very cute property, scenic location, with comfortable and spacious rooms

We weren’t aware when booking that we would have to check in/out at a different location. We didn’t have a car which meant we had to call another taxi which ended up being quite expensive. We also opted to add on the breakfast - it was the same price as what people staying at the location with the kitchen paid but was far simpler and in my mind not good value for money. These were the only downsides, otherwise we had a lovely stay

The hosts were extremely accommodating, especially with our late check-in. Breakfast was excellent. There is plenty of space for parking. The room is spacious. Beautiful floor to ceiling window with a lovely side view.

There is no kettle in the room, only in the communal space (but no sink in this space to fill the kettle with water). Breakfast (delicious) is served in a remote location, 10 minutes by car.

We stayed at Cascina Canova a couple of weeks ago. We somehow managed to book the room for the wrong nights so effectively turned up a day earlier than our booking. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated our error. They came out to give us the keys to the room late in the evening. The room was lovely, huge, very clean and good views, would definitely recommend. Would recommend a car due to being a little rural. But that comes with quiet rural views.

Wonderful stylish B&B on amazing site.and garden in the Tuscan landscape. Nice spacious rooms, with amazing bathroom with large bath and common living.room.and terraces. Very quiet. Breakfast well organized (provided in the b&b).

Check in is at another location. Some parts need maintenance. Tv lacks international channels. Location is beautiful, but also a bit remote; nearby Village has minimal facilities.

Absolutely lovely this place, stayed two nights with my Mum, the location was so peaceful and beautiful views. Room was immaculate and spotless. Facilities all good. We really over meeting the resident Black Cat , would definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend.

We had to drive to a different location to collect the keyfob and room key. But not too far about 10 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room which was very comfortable and large. The location was good, 5 minutes drive to the Tower of Pisa. Breakfast was also lovely.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the TV as there was no signal and so it didn't work. Also no fridge in the room. Other than that everything was very good.

Nice location if you like a quiet place. Peaceful rural area. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to Pisa, park the car and get on the bus.

Not really a dislike - just a heads up - you need to go to other location first to pick up the keys. Read instructions first, it will save you some time.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ! Beautiful and comfortable accommodations with a very large soaker tub. We had a lovely breakfast each morning. The sunset views are spectacular!

After check in, you need a car to get to the property. This is clearly stated, but we did not prepare well! Totally our fault !

Excellent hospitality. Everyone so welcoming and friendly. Very cute place and property grounds.

The air conditioner could have cooled a bit more, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The appartment is surrounded by nature, it has a nice view, located in a peaceful village. you can park your car right in front of the house. it has a free to use coffee machine.

The floor and the walls need to be renewed.
