Great hotel. 5min alkimg from the metro, in a nice area (during the day). The hotel staff is super nice, and was very welcoming. We had welcome drinks and were given some hints on the places to go and how to move around. The room is clean and nice. The hotel restaurant is also very welcoming. Great experience.

The area at night had a big amount of homeless people so.can feel unsafe at night.

My recent stay at Moxy was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with a vibrant energy and a sense of style that made me feel instantly at home. The lobby felt more like a trendy lounge than a traditional hotel lobby, complete with cozy seating, upbeat music, and friendly staff ready to assist with anything. Check-in was fast and seamless, and I was offered a complimentary welcome drink – such a nice touch! My room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. While not overly large, it made smart use of space and had everything I needed – a super comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, USB charging ports, and stylish décor with a fun, urban vibe. The lighting was warm and cozy, and the bathroom was modern, featuring a powerful rain shower and quality toiletries. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the communal areas. Moxy encourages guests to socialize and relax. Whether you want to work, hang out with friends, or just unwind with a cocktail, the common spaces are inviting and well-designed. I especially enjoyed the bar – it had a great selection of drinks and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Moxy were incredible. Every person I interacted with was upbeat, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic. They were always ready to provide recommendations, offer assistance, or simply share a smile. Their positive energy really enhanced my overall experience. The hotel’s location is also perfect – centrally located with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were well-insulated, so I enjoyed quiet and restful nights.

Most staff was extremely friendly, but there was one girl who wasn't (she seemed more friendly with her colleagues than to me as a guest, which is never good). The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are very nice (except for the bathroom issue, see below), and I particulary liked the very quiet and stylish workspace. Location is great too.

The bathroom is not amazingly designed. The towels kept falling from the hangers, and especially the sink is an issue. It kept flooding everything (including the shirt I was wearing and the hairdryer below). Would be great to fix that.

Superb hotel, starting with the very friendly check in process. Room (Queen, with balcony) was excellent, clean, well organized, and nice balcony. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of hot and cold options, all tastefully displayed at the buffet, starting at 6am for those who have an early start. The large lounge area is originally and creatively decorated and has different types of seating options, perfect for just relaxing or conducting meetings. All staff very friendly and helpful, The hotel has a fun vibe, designed for comfort and very welcoming.

The only little thing is the walking shower has a very slippery flat ceramic tile floor, would be better to add an anti-slip mat.

We had an amazing stay at Moxy Brussels! From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm welcome by the fun and friendly staff. The whole place has a great vibe and energy — you can really feel it as soon as you walk in. Our room was beautiful, super clean, and well taken care of. We also got a free welcome drink which was absolutely delicious! What made our stay even more special is that the team went the extra mile to celebrate my partner’s birthday during our visit — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice hotel in a good location, not far from EU institutions. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had queries. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. They were also well soundproofed, so I did not hear much noise from neighbouring rooms or road traffic outside. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms could benefit from some additional touches in terms of features, e.g., a kettle and/or a fridge. The automatic underfloor light was also a little annoying, as it would kick on with any small movement, so I would prefer to have the option to switch this off.

The breakfast was good, plenty of options for everyone. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The mattresses were a bit thin but the pillows were super confortable. We stayed on the 2nd for and there was no noise whatsoever, even being near a main road. The bathrooms were okay, mostly clean but definitely in need of a deep clean. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the city center which was good (between 8-11:00 there's quite literally no one on the road—shops pretty late here— so don't worry if it feels a little sketchy, the streets will be packed by 1:00pm) if not, an Uber to the city centre is about 10EUR which I think was pretty fair. The staff was fantastic and super lively and helpful. The decor is absolutely amazing, vibes are great and they have a cool bar and communal space where you can watch the live soccer game. The restaurant in the hotel was also pretty good, prices were about 30 EUR/person. Overall, pretty good, would recommend, and would return should we visit Brussels again.

There was an alarm that went off at 6 am (ironing room was closed when it was supposed to be open) we know it was out of the control of the staff but it was still a very disorienting experience with the blaring alarm.

The location was great once I got my bearings. Very walkable and close to the metro and all attractions. It was nice to be in a quieter area but still close to everything. My room was fantastic! Very quiet and comfortable. I really appreciated all of the creative storage, USB plugs for devices and that I could stream Netflix to the TV!

Overall I didn’t have much to comment on. My only area for improvement would be a nicer scent in the rooms and for the bath products. Smelled a bit like a hospital to me.

Great location, easy to get into the city centre by bus or 20min walk. Cafes and restaurants nearby and a couple drinking spots so it was perfect location wise. It was a little noisy outside and the aircon didn’t really work so you had to open the window, can’t imagine what it would be like in the middle of summer. The room was very clean and a decent size. The bathrooom was really small but decent and functional. The shower was ok, although the plug hole was weird and you’d kind of slide into it which wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad. Safe were amazing, very helpful and even let us check in early which we were very thankful for. I also liked how we got given a free welcome drink.

The noisy street and lack of proper aircon

I can not speak highly enough of the staff. They made me feel very welcome and were always up for a chat, and they went to great lengths to accommodate additional requests where they could. Modern concept. Nice bar/common/reception are to hang out in.

Despite being relatively new, the walls had some scuff marks. The rooms are simple and minimalist so don't expect too many features (ie no fridge, stationary, etc). There were some broken pavers outside the hotel that made a clunking noise every time they were driven over that could be heard day or night in the rooms facing the front. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of.
