Brand new (or newly refurbished) hotel. Fresh and very clean. Welcoming staff, quiet and strategic location. Tram line E 5 minutes walk, easy access to the old town and business centre on foot. Fresh Orange juice for breakfast, good coffee. Air conditioning was working perfectly in +36-37 heat.

Too few TV channels, no international news channels on TV. Breakfast is basic, one may run out of choices if staying for a longer time. Just to underline - it was not a shortcoming for me. In principle you get choice of three cheeses, two hams, freshly boiled eggs, butter yogurt, granola/cereals, fromage, choice of breads, croissants and other pastries, fresh fruits, jams, nutella, peanut butter, good coffee, two!! options of freshly squeezed orange juice (one already made for you, another DIY)

I liked that the breakfast table was constantly replenished at any time, and there was always freshly squeezed juice. The hotel was quiet and clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to reach the city center on foot. There is also a small park nearby, and the European Parliament is not far away. A safe, comfortable, and cozy place.

I was expecting a wider selection for breakfast. The only hot food available was eggs, which you have to boil yourself (not the most convenient option when you're in a hurry to get to work...).

The moment you entered it had its own scent, in a good way. You really felt welcomed by the staff and the flavoured water in the lobby on a warm day was a delight! The interior design both in the lobby/restaurant and the rooms were very uplifting and it felt new. Automatic blinds for the window was really appreciated and the soft close lid on the toilets. The beds and pillows was soft and comfortable.The breakfast was a real treat, you could boil your own egg to your preference and they had a lot to offer. The pastries was really good.

It is very clean, all new, colourful. The staff is very friendly, polite, ready to help anytime when asked. Good breakfast with lots of pastry and brioche, fruits and fromaige and juices. Big bathroom. The hotel has a private parking with a fee per day. It is close to the city center within walking distance. There is a market shop near the hotel.

The room we were in was not too spacious for 4 people. It has no cooler or fridge.

Not far from tram stop to go to centre, and it's also possible to walk (15 minutes?). Family room (double bed+ bunk beds) Was well thought out. It was quiet at night time. Breakfast was ok.

Strange cleaning product smell as soon as we entered the hotel, causing slight allergy and acid taste in the throat. Breakfast constantly running out of supplies at peak times (juice, coffee, bowls, cutlery : at least two out of these missing at any moment)

It was my first experience with the Ibis and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Both the hotel and my room were beautifully decorated. My room was large and extremely clean, with all the amenities I needed, plus a very comfortable bed with soft sheets. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of breads, drinks and more. The location is good, in a quiet area with walking distance to the center.

Freshly renovated rooms and common spaces, well functioning AC (essential during the heat wave). Tram lines nearby. Good selection at breakfast, quiet room, walk-in shower (my favorite), bathroom products, comfortable bed.

A bit dark in the room because of courtyard view and shades on the window, but perhaps that’s what saves you from the heat during the summer.

Good location close to the old town. Helpful staff. Nice facilities.

AC was restricted to a somewhat high temperature of 21C (in comparison to 19.5C at other hotels) and was barely moving the needle and seemed to reset in the middle of the night making stay uncomfortable and sweaty. Parking is limited due to space constraints; however, staff recommended an excellent alternative in 5 minutes walk.

Brand new, modern and eclectic hotel, brightly colored and unique. Staff was excellent. –Cami, Michele, Antoine were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Rooms are small, but very adequate for a 1 to 3 nights stay . Good location, close to tram or walkable to Christmas villages. Thank you for a great stay .

No bottled water in the room.

An amazing stay! Very good room with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The location is good if you like to walk but a tram station near by. Neighbourhood is very safe. The hotel itself is gorgeously decorated so magical…Easter decorations made it feel like Alice in Wonderland.

Maybe a kettle in the rooms would be nice. A bottle of water too.
