Gorgeous, scenic and peaceful. Felt like we were in the neighborhood.

Did not appreciate the sales pitch to make an appointment with a rep for the Wyndham timeshares. After a long drive, we just wanted to check in and relax. When I finally got snappy and said I absolutely was not interested, the gentleman was then curt and short with me. Not cool. Not a good way to treat families on vacation.

Extreme weather conditions (heavy snowfall) delayed us for more than three hours and to make matters worse, the last stretch of the road to Flagstaff was closed. It was already getting dark and we had to make a 90-mile diversions. We kept the hotel reception informed via email. Instead of arriving at three in the afternoon, we arrived around midnight. We thought we had booked a hotel room, but it turned out to be a super nice apartment (in the snow). The receptionist whose shift was long over, was kind enough to wait for us and took us to the cottage. All credit to this man. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Club Wyndham Flagstaff and will definitely go there again next time.

The clubhouse was fun for the kids and the stay at the townhouse worked well for the family. The townhouse was clean and stocked well with amenities. Parts of the townhouse were remodeled such as the bathrooms. The kitchen worked well for having a family. The fireplace and balcony were nice. The staff was responsive to guest needs.

The kitchen drawer where the cutlery was stored was stuck and you had to pry it open each time to retrieve the cutlery. The pullout bed appeared to have "seen better days" as to get the bed back into the couch you had to " wrestle" with it and the mattress was also in poor condition. The issue was reported to staff and maintenance repaired the bed to the best of their ability.

I really appreciated the cozy, homey atmosphere of the property. It felt so comfortable, and having our own space made the trip even better. The scenery was also a highlight, and we especially enjoyed the little patio for breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Great location. Wonderful National Parks very close and wonderfully accessible. Also loved that WIFI was included. (Not true in Lakeside/Pinetop). Liked no steps to get to the unit.

Next stay I will request a unit with a woods view instead of the parking lot!! The units were smaller than most World Mark and furniture was too large for the space.

Great roomy place with good amenities such as club house and gym. Also great location close to Flagstaff.

Check-in and Check-out times. Check-in is at 4 PM and the room was not ready until 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM and the cleaning crew put their towels outside the room at 8 AM to "remind us" to leave by 10 AM.

It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The condo/apartment was absolutely perfect for my daughters and I. The Bear Paw was a great place to unwind and grab icecream as a night-cap

The room was cozy and clean. The activity center was awesome and we enjoyed an afternoon playing pool, chess, and basketball. Staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere within the resort. We did not get breakfast at Wyndham but the toasted owl down the street was great! The oakmont restaurant was also great.

We did not have a coffee pot or pillows , sheets and blankets for our kids upon arrival. Housekeeping did bring these items to us efficiently however when we requested them. The fitness center was closed for maintenance while we were there, and the front desk staff did not alert us of this even when I asked for walking directions to it. The concierge was slightly pushy about attending a 90 min presentation. The activity center is really great but closes too early, 8 pm.

It was a quiet neighborhood. The scenery was nice. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The condo was cozy and very clean. I wasn’t able to use the club rooms, however, I did tour them and they were clean and had a lot of fun options. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. And I WILL be back soon!

Bear Paw is great, but closing at 8PM is way too early. We got back from the days activities to find it was closed. We've been coming to this location for 40 years and its never closed this early.
