While cozy as mentioned in the listing, the room was more spacious than I anticipated, which was nice. I had room for 2 dog crates for 45-50lb dogs and still had room for my suitcase and to move around with ease. Oceanfront balcony was lovely and the furniture out there was relatively comfortable. The bed was wonderful!!!!

I definitely missed having in room coffee even though I brought some iced coffee I made at home so I could have that first daily cup prior to meeting the rest of the world for the day. Body wash and shampoo containers in the shower were both empty when I arrived, which was inconvenient, and I only had two partial rolls of toilet paper so had to restock myself mid-visit.

The employees were all very friendly and kind.

The valet ONLY parking. We was on our bike with trailer and was told before coming that was ok upon arrival told we had to use different parking area which we paid $40 for 1 night then was told we could just use the Moxys parking and wouldn’t be charged valet and we were still charged $12 a day for valet and didn’t use it on top of $40 we paid to parking lot next to Moxy. Also the room we were put in the first night had no AC after unpacking all of our stuff we had to pack it back up and move to a different room with no compensation. And finally when I booked the room, the total was right under $1200 after the vacation was over. My card was charged over $1400.. none of which added up to what I was quoted when I booked the room

The room was a nice size with a perfect balconey overlooking the ocean.

There was no hot water on the first day and night, I could not wash off sun block with cold water. The following morning I could not have breakfast in the Cafe, I was told 2 cooks did not show up for work. I was told I would be compensated for these inconveniences. There was no soap in the room. Not on the sink and none in the shower. However, there was shampoo and conditioner. I requested bar soap, but did not receive it. If the hotel does not offer soap, perhaps have a body/shampoo product for use. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in the room.

The simplicity of the rooms was great. The bar and check-in were great experiences. The service staff was wonderful--the valet and the check-in/bar staff specifically.

The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired. It was too dark and the lights that were there were too 'focused'. We had trouble with the tv in the room, talked to someone twice and they supposedly 'fixed it' twice. Never was fixed. We also let the staff know that there was water coming up through the tiles in the bathroom. Someone came to look at it but the problem was never solved.

Since the moment I came in it was amazing from the check in prices the staff up beat welcoming and just great customer service very helpful and very attentive also the bar service A1 the location the pool amazing I honestly so happy I got to book with them and will definitely come again you have amazing team and also amazing cleaning staff as well every person we came pass by was very nice and happy .Thank u again for making our stay so smooth and great

The location was excellent - right on the strand. It was just a bit further from the Shamrock Marathon start/finish I wanted. But that was my own choosing. Due to the amount of parking for the marathon, my husband drove me 2 miles and it worked out just fine. I saw the party crowd in the lobby and started to worry that the hotel would be loud at night - but the room was quiet. Hooray! I am guessing the hotel put all of us runners/sleepers together and maybe all of the party animals on another floor. Whatever you did - it was greatly appreciated. Appreciate the party vibe normally, but for the marathon it was great to have the option to party but also go to bed at 9 PM.

No issues with the accommodations except I would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The hotel staff did warn us in advance that these were not available, so I appreciate the notice. Gracias.

I liked the lobby because it created a place to socialize with people. It took me a couple of days to figure out that there was a stash closet at the end of the hallway however, there is no room service and the restaurant in the lobby was only open until 2 PM.

It was no fault of the hotel, but we had three days of extreme gusty winds that it was unsafe to go in the ocean. Then the ocean was filled with high back bacteria, so it was off-limits the week I was there. Had to ask the hotel to hire the temperature of the pool water so that their guests could enjoy the pool.

DJ Nick was incredibly fun when he did Music Bingo on Wednesday night! We met many great people from all over. The sunrise on the beach just steps away from the Moxy and the boardwalk fun kept us outside our entire stay. Breakfast and staff at the Belvedere was awesome. Kung Food in the evening was convenient. Their staff brought the food to our group while we sat in the bar lounge. I must add, our group ages 50+ took some fun photos landing at the bottom of the slide! We already are planning our stay next year!

I did wish the portion size of the mixed drinks would be twice as big. It's just more convenient not to have to make so many trips back to a busy bar. The bar staff was quick, amazing and participated in Music Bingo and Trivia games to help us out!!! We couldn't have done it without them!

The slide at the entrance was new! We’ve stayed at multiple Moxy properties and everyone has their own niche. The bar and check in was as soon as we walked in. Process could not have been easier! Everyone was friendly and professional. The famous espresso martini with the roasted marshmallow was a hit! Location was amazing and walkable to many things we did! The curtains kept the room nice and dark and we were happy to not be able to hear the people next to us!

This Moxy didn’t have a pull out draw like others we have stayed in. They did have 4 hangers though. Also, the lighting in the room was very minimal or wouldn’t work.

First, let me say that I am a doggie lover and there were many dogs of all sizes and breeds from small little Poms to German Shepherds which I didn't mind BUT what I did mind was that there were two dog poop spots on the carpet on our floor which looked like someone tried unsuccessfully to clean it up but no such luck with that carpet.
