Great location near Westport, and the hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in was easy and smooth! We didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled really good! The entire place felt like it had recently been renovated. The architecture of the older building was super cool!!

Nothing! I will say that some of the furnishings had noticeable wear and tear, but I got the impression they were remodeling the place and still had a bit more to do.

The hotel was clean and the the rooms were a nice size. I switched rooms during my stay and hotel staff helped with that and they were super friendly too. The beds were comfortable and was worth the money I paid. It was also located nicely for what I needed. It easy to get a ride share to get around.

The only thing I will say is that the property is older but it didn't deter from my stay at all.

The beds were not comfortable. There was only a mattress on a bedframe with no box springs. When I sat down on the bed the mattress moved. Not having carpet in the room was not enjoyable. There were three of us and only two chairs were provided for the table. The bathroom was super cramped.

The rooms are spacious and clean, we appreciate the way the rooms are set up. It gives us as a family space to spread out. Also, it is close to things that we go to, such as Legoland and the T-Mobile center.

The breakfast was just OK. We realize that when you are providing a meal for everyone that tastes are different, and it may not appeal to everyone. But there was variety and we appreciate that.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included hot meals, yogurt, juices, cereals. Everything was good, thank you!

I didn't find any kitchenware in the room, but they offered plastic plates and cups at the front desk.

Great little hotel, modernized, and has a policy to only rent to people over 75 miles away. Translation: No local parties, no loud "activities. Just travelers. Easy walk to the Uptown theater. Great rooms, quiet - just a perfect stay.

Located close to where we needed to be. Very unique rooms. Modern and up-to-date. Breakfast is very good.

Never ending road construction in the area. Pretty expensive for what you get. Parking isn't great but it is downtown.

Not being able to turn on air conditioner even though it was cool outside. I like to sleep in a cooler room plus set room temp myself.

Very interesting layout to the room, was more like a suite. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice.

Parking is a challenge, road construction going on outside and our room was on a floor that was being renovated. Beds could have been a little more comfy but weren't terrible.

Cleanliness was exactly as expected, everything in place and up to spec. Great price only for the location, close to many mainstream KC attractions like Power and Light and various breweries/restaurants.

Didn't feel very safe walking around the neighborhood, but that was not fault of the hotel's, just unfortunate placement. Walls were very thin and could hear every argument in the lobby as well as emergency sirens that were excruciatingly loud. AC did not work and room was very hot during sleeping.
