Spacious, clean, walking distance to downtown, in a courtyard, a quiet little street near the university campus, well connected, multiple bus stops nearby, grocery 5 min. walk, full size bed very comfortable with enough pillows, kitchen well equipped, a nice surprise was the lights - the many lamps allowed to adjust the lighting to any need; on top of that, there are even some English programs in the TV ;-) perfect for a couple or solo traveler

some windows were locked (for safety?); more cups, mugs and glasses would be useful, too. One needs also to get used to the shower solution - but worked well enough.

Spotlessly clean, great location and comfortable bedding in a well decorated apartment. Lots of lighting choices allow you to set the mood.

I was disappointed to be given an almost subterranean room and wondered whether this was because I’d had the genius discount. It was too high for me to close the curtains, so automated blinds would give more privacy. It felt very closed in because of the lack of natural light. Also, the step up the the bed area is very high. We don’t have mobility issues but I have a sore knee and getting up and down was uncomfortable. Lots of heaters in the room, but really missed having air conditioning on a warm night.

The property was great and we will definitely stay again. Great location and really good welcome by the host. Up to date and trendy property, very clean and everything we needed.

The only thing we would stay was the heat in our room. There was an air conditioning fan on the ground floor which worked more downstairs but not so much upstairs. Although we did notice the radiator in the kitchen was on in the morning, but when switched off didn’t make much difference. We also couldn’t get the shower working in the morning which was annoying for those wanting to shower before we left.

Location was perfect. Walking distance for everything for those inclined or plenty of bus stops etc. for those who don't like to walk. Apartment (8, The Box) had everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect size for 2 people. Check In and Check Out simple and fast. Great communication with management before check in with regard a special request. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

No full length mirror in the apartment which was slightly annoying, but not a big deal. Only Netflix / Streaming available on the Smart TV (could have been us not knowing how to use it properly!) so could be an issue if you don't use streaming sites.

Our in these luxury apartments was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning interiors and high-end finishes that exuded sophistication. The spacious layouts provided ample room to relax, and the modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to fine dining, shopping, train station and cultural attractions. Overall, our stay in the luxury apartments was a delightful escape, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and elegance!

The first morning, when I phoned to complain about the bed, the service was excellent. Within minutes, they arrived with a mattress topper, transforming comfort. I removed the waterproof cover below the fitted sheet and on the pillows. We then removed the cover of the Duvet as they did not have a lighter one. This transformed our sleep for the next three nights. Thank you. In addition, I was having my sons and their friends for dinner on Sunday evening, and again, the staff was super helpful when we asked for more plates and cutlery. Our apartment was small but quirky, precisely what it said on the tin.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were covered in a waterproof cover, so every time you moved, you could feel it, and it woke me up. The duvet was heavy, and we remedied this by taking off the cover. The bathroom lighting was not great, and the extractor fan did not work - which would be needed in the summer.

My stay at Trueman Court, was simply perfect! Room 14 is super spacious, with modern and cozy decor. I loved the comfortable bed, the full kitchen, and the huge dining table - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Liverpool. The fur rug in the living room added a super special and cozy touch to the environment. The location is great, close to everything, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend! Oh, and the fur rug in the living room is really a charm, super soft and stylish!

Booked two rooms. Easy access to building, beds are set up well for the number of people staying in each room. Each room looks to be themed which is unique while being large in size. The lower ground room 4 was cool in temperature and had a modern theme. Keyless entry as well as physical card provided.

The top floor room 12 was abit too hot for 28°C+ weather. Even with the portable A/C provided, we didn't know how to active it, so just kept the fan on. It also needed a clean as it had alot of dust buildup. The dining room chairs for room 12 were not comfortable to sit on (I assume it was bought to match the room theme).

Perfect location, close to the bus station/train station. Only a few minutes walk to find the accommodation once we arrived at Lime Street. Flexipass App, as the key card, was very easy to use, and we did not have to worry about losing the key card when we were out in town that night. The themed rooms are fun and the bed was very comfy. Parking very close by - great!

Shower was rubbish, even when we followed the instructions. Some dodgy characters stood outside the door when we went out in the night time.

Great apartment. Close to everything including the train station. Clean and very warm which was appreciated as it was freezing in Liverpool! Coffee machine and pods provided - excellent touch! Beds and bedding super comfy.

Only a couple of suggestions for the kitchen to include better mugs as the tea cups are tiny! Also, it would be good to have a mirror with a plug close by for hair drying. 2nd bedroom was more like a bed off the living area so maybe could be pointed out in the description of the apartment a little more.
