Location was perfect. Walking distance for everything for those inclined or plenty of bus stops etc. for those who don't like to walk. Apartment (8, The Box) had everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect size for 2 people. Check In and Check Out simple and fast. Great communication with management before check in with regard a special request. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

No full length mirror in the apartment which was slightly annoying, but not a big deal. Only Netflix / Streaming available on the Smart TV (could have been us not knowing how to use it properly!) so could be an issue if you don't use streaming sites.

Our in these luxury apartments was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning interiors and high-end finishes that exuded sophistication. The spacious layouts provided ample room to relax, and the modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to fine dining, shopping, train station and cultural attractions. Overall, our stay in the luxury apartments was a delightful escape, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and elegance!

The first morning, when I phoned to complain about the bed, the service was excellent. Within minutes, they arrived with a mattress topper, transforming comfort. I removed the waterproof cover below the fitted sheet and on the pillows. We then removed the cover of the Duvet as they did not have a lighter one. This transformed our sleep for the next three nights. Thank you. In addition, I was having my sons and their friends for dinner on Sunday evening, and again, the staff was super helpful when we asked for more plates and cutlery. Our apartment was small but quirky, precisely what it said on the tin.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were covered in a waterproof cover, so every time you moved, you could feel it, and it woke me up. The duvet was heavy, and we remedied this by taking off the cover. The bathroom lighting was not great, and the extractor fan did not work - which would be needed in the summer.

Booked two rooms. Easy access to building, beds are set up well for the number of people staying in each room. Each room looks to be themed which is unique while being large in size. The lower ground room 4 was cool in temperature and had a modern theme. Keyless entry as well as physical card provided.

The top floor room 12 was abit too hot for 28°C+ weather. Even with the portable A/C provided, we didn't know how to active it, so just kept the fan on. It also needed a clean as it had alot of dust buildup. The dining room chairs for room 12 were not comfortable to sit on (I assume it was bought to match the room theme).

Perfect location, close to the bus station/train station. Only a few minutes walk to find the accommodation once we arrived at Lime Street. Flexipass App, as the key card, was very easy to use, and we did not have to worry about losing the key card when we were out in town that night. The themed rooms are fun and the bed was very comfy. Parking very close by - great!

Shower was rubbish, even when we followed the instructions. Some dodgy characters stood outside the door when we went out in the night time.

Great apartment. Close to everything including the train station. Clean and very warm which was appreciated as it was freezing in Liverpool! Coffee machine and pods provided - excellent touch! Beds and bedding super comfy.

Only a couple of suggestions for the kitchen to include better mugs as the tea cups are tiny! Also, it would be good to have a mirror with a plug close by for hair drying. 2nd bedroom was more like a bed off the living area so maybe could be pointed out in the description of the apartment a little more.

The staff were excellent. Ahead of arrival the communication was fantastic. The staff prepared a key card and left it in the room for us; this was really helpful although we didn't have any issues with the app. We left a set of airpods in the room and a member of the team called us and arranged for us to pop back in to collect them. The location was really central but surprisingly quiet. There is a really reasonable overnight car park just around the corner (£7 for 24 hours). The accommodation was clean and well maintained.

The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. Some of the kitchen cupboards are also very high and were difficult to access.

Was clean and very well equipped. The lady was friendly and met us to take in the bags early for us. Communication was great with hosts. The beds were comfortable and bedding was spotless. Towels were provided for us all and toiletries and was very quiet. Very good location to the Tain station and Mathew Street bars

When we arrived some underirables activity taking place outside. Perhaps a fence and further security is needed. Apartments were lovely once inside.

A fabulous set of apartments. Beautifully kept, spotlessly clean. Gorgeous beds with fabulous quilts and pillows. The staff couldn't be more helpful. I managed to break something crucial in the apartment on the first night there and they moved me to another apartment the next day with no fuss. The only place I will stay in Liverpool from now on.

Wifi in my second apartment was weak. There could be better blackout solutions (though admittedly I am very fussy about light at night).

this property was fantastic and the whole process from start to finish was very straightforward. The host was very accommodating and made sure we were okay everything you need and more was provided at this property and the high quality finishing touches and appliances and furniture made everything extra special the bed was very very comfortable and the apartment was very well so improved. It was hard to believe we were in the city centre. The apartment is very cleverly designed with ample space and storage it was also very quirky. We really cannot think of anything that was negative about this apartment or our stay even as we were leaving the cleaning staff were we’re very polite and greeted us. There was a handy instruction manual left in the apartment covering every aspect of how to operate things in the apartments but it also has a detailed list of local stores and shops and florists which was also very useful I would definitely recommend the apartments at Truman Court to any friends and family who are thinking of staying in Liverpool and I would personally definitely use it again. A lot of thought and consideration has clearly gone into the designing and planning with the customer as the main focus well done.
