The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Spacious and clean, 2 towels / 2 cups, glasses, bowls provided. The location was great for the concert we were attending, tram line is just outside and runs frequently to the main square and connecting trams to other locations. We were able to check in early and larissa was very helpful in us leaving our luggage on check out date.

We were on the 6th floor facing the main road which was very noisy with the trams, we had to have the balcony door wide open as the room had no a/c and was very hot and stuffy. An a/c unit was provided but the hose didn’t reach outside so the hot air was just blowing back in the room.

Everything that you need in this room for very good price. The Brasilian focus was interesting, keep ir up. For us, we were very happy how much public transport is around the place and in whole Vienna. Tram station is just right by the hotel and train station 5mins (1 stop till U1 metro line)

Everything was perfect, starting from breakfast and ending with communication with personal. Great and very beautiful place. I can write advantages for a long time. Definitely we visit this place again. Até logo!!

What I liked the most is the atmosphere and a decor of common areas. Team members were all very friendly, Rafa and Nadine in particular, Brazilians are known for their hospitality and they have really showed it. Free tea/coffee was a life saver, the worming space on the ground floor was ideal for me as I had to work before my room was ready, and after check out, so it was perfect for me. Location was also ideal for me, as our offices are close to the hotel, but also if you want to get to town, it's just a short journey with tram number 2. To get to the airport is super easy, train REX 7 will take you there for a fraction of money, otherwise you would pay for CAT train, which will only take you to city centre. Overall it is a great place, with great people.

If I was to give any constructive feedback, it's that it was a bit cold in the room, even with a set up on highest temperature, and kitchenette, should have more items for cooking, I would imagine, that not everyone would be travelling with pots and pans, unless hotel has a renting of those available.

The room was big, comfortable and clean! Staff was very kind and helpful specially Glenda, Isa, Aline and Laura. Breakfast is delicious and you can try some Brazilian food. We loved the atmosphere and definitely recommend it.

It’s a little bit far from de historical center but it has public transportation right outside. Line 2 of the Strassenbahn and we were able to get anywhere around the city.

Loved the place, it has really friendly staff, free refreshments including tea, coffee, water. Large places to relax and chill out. Massive rooms with plenty of room to move around. The best thing is the staff, they are brilliant at there jobs and will do anything for you.

The air conditioning isn’t the best in the rooms as it doesn’t cool the room down a lot, I would advise maybe getting another one to assist with this.

A very nice hotel located in Dresdner str. 109, in front of line “2 Dornbach” Tram station called “Innstraße” just 2-3 min walking and train satiation called “Traisengasse S” is just about 8-10 min, the style of the hotel is amazing Brazilian way and you can notice this every where, and one thing which I am happy of the low sound of birds played in every where, you feel your self in the forest , the staff are very friendly “Sabina, Camelia, Mujae and all the other staff (I might forget one name who helped me to locate some points of interest) ” I hope I got there names correctly spell, I appreciate all there support. The room are perfect and suit us very well for long stay occupied with full kitchen for 2 person, and we have to separate the waste and bring it down to the waste recycling station which is located in the ground floor, they have a very nice lobby and outdoor setting area, and let us not forget the terrace, they have also a laundry service room it works with an app. They serve in the setting area and the restourant in the ground floor Tea and Coffee for free , their breakfast cost 14 Euro. The only concern that the cleaning of the room usually is every 3 days for a normal stay but for a long stay they clean it every 7 days, they should think to reduce the period if the cleaning time and make it 3 days as well, this just my opinion.

The location was perfect for us, only 15 minutes away by tram to the city centre and museums, and direct train to the airport. Both tram station and train station are very close to the hotel. The staff is really nice: Maju made our check-in and check-out really smooth and easy. We had the possibility to leave our luggage after checking out. Breakfast is a little expensive but there are a lot of choices and Brazilian options to try too. The room was comfortable, clean and very spacious. They made us feel like home!

Our room had a kitchenette, with some utensils and pots, and although we didn't cook anything, it would be nice to have basic things like salt and oil. The shower could have more water pressure.

We’ve stayed here for 5 nights with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time! The staff was really friendly and lively, made us feel at home!:) You can get free water/coffee and a wide variety of teas from the lobby/bar area during the day. The room was clean, well equipped, although slippers would’ve been nice. It was also fairly quiet even though trains were going past us all the time:) Unfortunately our wifi in the room gave out and we got 2 free drinks to compensate for the trouble (you gotta try their Caipirinha, I will be dreaming about it till my next time here:)) On that note, the wifi did not get fixed even though the IT guy was supposed to come the next day. Like this we were not able to watch streaming services on the TV- a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. All in all, if you’re going to Vienna, definitely one of the best places to stay! We’ll be back for sure!:)

We had a perfect stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The location is excellent—there’s a tram stop right outside the hotel that takes you directly into the city centre in just 15 minutes, with trams running frequently. The main train station is also within walking distance, providing a convenient direct link to and from the airport. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including several supermarkets just a 2-minute walk. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The beds were especially great—superb and supportive for a good night’s sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available all day in the foyer. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value, and we would happily stay here again!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. During warmer weather, it can get quite hot. While you can open the balcony doors for ventilation, this does let in some traffic noise and cigarette smoke from neighbouring balconies.
