Plenty of sunbeds and sunshades available at pool area so no need to get up at stupid o'clock. I had a one bedroomed apartment which could sleep 4 (2 on pull out sofa bed) and it had everything you'd need for a self catering holiday and I mean everything - 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine - they even supplied washing up liquid and a sponge. There was a safety deposit box, and you had your own sunbeds and patio set including sunshade in your private garden area. AirCon in bedroom. Dispensers for soap / shampoo / shower gel were installed in the bathroom during our stay so no need to bring your own! Towels and bedding were changed once during our 1 week stay. Complex had plenty of parking either in their secure car park near reception or on surrounding streets. The food and drink offering at the onsite bar was good and reasonably priced, entertainment was put on in the evenings. Reception had a book library / exchange.

The only negative is lack of aircon in the main area of apartment but they do provide a large portable desk type fan and a light above the mirror in bedroom for hair / make up would be helpful. I personally would have appreciated a docking station or speaker for my phone to play music and listen to radio as I'm not a great TV fan.

Bungalows are very modern very well equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, nice patio area. Tv with English channels. Pool bar had good food and drinks menu, staff very friendly. Good nightly entertainment. My kids loved the karaoke night. They have a small arcade room its a bit outdated but my kids still enjoyed it. Pool is heated which is nice. Overall a lovely complex.

Quite disappointed with the pool rules which we weren't advised in advance or by reception and were told off by a very grumpy pool life guard. July and August you aren't allowed inflatables, or play catch with a ball in the pool until the time slot of 4-6pm. I did see others being told off so I don't think its well known by guests so maybe it could be highlighted more or better still remove it! To note there were no 'swimmers' in the pool to be bothered by such.

The apartments had everything you need plus a washing machine very clean and modern! Staff were so friendly and the bar prices for drinks and food were very reasonable also had acts on and a quiz night and a games room for the children. The pool is heated the kids played in there for hours and didn't need to get up early for a sunbed. Bus station right outside cost us €13 to the airport. Location was amazing not a long walk from anywhere and the beach is a five minute walk away plus all the bars/restaurants also it had a supermarket just across the street. Also the beds were super comfy!! Can't wait to come back !!

The location is excellent very close to the bus station, the shops, bars, restaurants, beach everything. The pool is excellent lovely temperature Lovely bar on site All staff were lovely reception, gardeners, maintenance, cleaners everyone we came across very friendly and helpful.

All the children in the pool playing with balls when it clearly says no ball games in or around pool area. People reserving sun beds from early morning and then not using them for hours and again it says no reserving of sun beds but nothing was ever done about it. People diving into pool when it says again no diving into pool? Why have these rules if they are not enforced?

Great location, great comfort for Families in the villas. Home away from home. So close to shops and main strip. Little park very handy right by the pool. Very safe space for families

Pool rules. Floatys only allowed at set certain times. Which could be changed a little to allow more time with floatys as pool is empty mostly until the floaty time comes about. Need more umbrellas at pool. There isn’t enough and creates umbrella wars at the pool each day. Pool bar. The staffs form varies. The bar area especially the floor is so dirty all the time. Watching staff walk over papers and trash on the ground. I picked napkins, receipts etc constantly when walking in but the staff clearly don’t care, needs to have more care and brush the floors every few hours.

The location is really nice, close to the beachfront promenade, bus station, and shops. The disposition of the bungalow was elegant, everything was well organized and made sense, and there was everything a family needed for an extended stay - a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. nice terrace for sunny contemplations in the afternoon.

The whole experience is centered around European, predominantly British seniors - don't get me wrong - I like that - but it shows on the "modern" side of things - which is...absent - everything is mechanical, key-based, slow, and old school - so this is just a heads up - not to expect the connected 21st-century household experience on this one. Make sure you get your apartment as far from the bus station as you can - the buses here are always parking out on reverse and an early morning beep beep beep from the bus at 6 AM is the last thing you want to experience on holiday.

keys picked up from reception on arrival, villa was ready earlier than advertised. The Staff at this complex are first class we had no problems for the whole two weeks, very friendly. Villa was a good size, well stocked and clean, just as we expected from the description. Lovely pool and it has a life guard on duty all day, plenty of sunbeds but we did go out of school holiday time. Pool bar / snack bar was also very handy, again staff here are really nice to deal with. food also served in the evenings until around 8pm. Our first visit but hopefully not the last

One minor issue the sunbeds on the villa terrace not in the best condition.

Heated pool, bar, snack bar, villa size, terrace and table/chairs, large bathroom (walk in shower, recently refurbished), location, lots of sunbeds, large and accessible pool (walk in steps, plus 6 ladders). Late checkout out and use of shower/luggage room. Villa 55 is near the rear gates, with a new path that takes you down to the harbour, first stop is Yum Yum's!

Nothing...

Everything !!! You have a whole detached little villa for yourself / your family, it’s spacious and comfortable , we are outside but if you need to cook it has more cooking tools than a normal house !! It’s clean and quiet too and a few minutes walk to playa Bianca beaches amazing authentic restaurants and 3 min walk to a bus stop that can take you to the airport directly or other parts of the Island . Also nice coastline walk to other beaches walking distance . And 5 min walk to a cheap local big supermarket ( I can’t remember the name I think it’s dino but look at the sign with the crocodile / dinozore character that’s the one others are more touristy and expensive ) Staff is very friendly . We travelled a lot and it’s easily one of the best places we got to stay in our lives don’t hesitate . The place also serves breakfast ( all British breakfasts eggs etc so not like authentic spanish food but still nice to have this on site if needed ) and drinks / bar

Only think I could say is that the water at the swimming pool was way too cold for me and my husband but our toddler didn’t mind that and enjoyed it very much 🤣

We actually got moved the day before we were due out to Las Casitas apparently due to a maintenance issue but no one would elaborate on this. However we were very pleasantly surprised with the complex. We've stayed in Las Brisas a couple of times previously and we're happy with it therefore was hesitant with the move. Smaller but comparable. Clean, fresh, newly renovated 2 bed apartment. Kitchen almost fully stocked.

Missed glasses in the kitchen, there were none at all. Only 1 bathroom in Las Casitas for 6 of us. We had booked accommodation with 2. Beds very hard and pillows were 1 very soft or 1 memory foam very hard.
